Desventajas: La hora de salida fue incorrectamente indicada en Kayak y también en todos los correos electrónicos posteriores de Kayak después de la reserva. Afortunadamente, fue una hora más tarde de lo que dijo Kayak, así que no me perdí mi vuelo. Además, Kayak desestimó la duración del vuelo (2h50 frente a 1h50 real).

Ventajas: Flight crew & food

Desventajas: Need avoid delay flight, it’s hard to catch connecting flight

Ventajas: The seats were spacious and comfortable. Ample room for the long flight.

Desventajas: Love Emirates - would fly it everywhere if I could!

Ventajas: I was set at the emergency exit for free.

Desventajas: If there was any Entertainment.

Ventajas: After we bought waters through the gate, we had to throw them out before we got on the plane. Then every time we would click the button for a flight attendant to come over to give us water, it seemed like an issue. We got maybe a single gulp in every cup. It got to the point where they ignored us.

Desventajas: The flight attendants. The food. Being able to bring your own water after buying it THROUGH the gate. Everything.

Ventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: They broke both of my luggage and don't recognize a thing!

Desventajas: The luggage was mishandled when we got to EWR. Landed 9:15, got my luggage at 10:45

Ventajas: Crew was great.

Desventajas: There is for a 4 hours flight just a small snack - just like a local flight. Then there is no bedding at all, just a blanket. Very poor for a F-class ticket.

Ventajas: Crew, interior, seats

Desventajas: Food was average. Service could be better. For example, my wife and I never got our food at the same time or close enough. We had to ask for food or drinks. They should regularly ask if we need something. Empty water bottles (up to 3) were sitting on my table for hours till we landed.

Desventajas: It seems LATAM changed the way they charge fees in July. The ticket for my return trip included no allowance for checked bags, and that detail wasn't obvious on my reservation information. Imagine my surprise when I check-in for an international flight and I'm told I can't check any luggage because it isn't included on my ticket. I ended up paying $210 to check two bags. Also expect to pay a bit more for decent seat assignments. My default seat assignment was at the very back of the plane, right against the rear bulkhead where seats often can't recline. So, another $60 to move elsewhere.

Desventajas: They tried to charge more Money all the time. During the web check in, they give you the row where the sits are not able to decline. When you try to chance it, they pretend to charge extra fee

Ventajas: Airport (AEP) was nice, plane and crew were good.

Desventajas: The only problem was that our flight moved 50 minutes earlier and we didn’t get any email notification from kayak. But that may not be latam fault.

Ventajas: Crew was fine. Flight was full. Good leg room. Tight being between fellow passengers.

Desventajas: Check in was confusing.

Desventajas: Boarding: Stay in the line for “several zones” and then put everybody on the same bus is ridiculous. Food is more or less OK, but all the movies can be seen in TV (HBO, Telecine, etc.)

Ventajas: The quantity of food was pretty good. The entertainment options very fun.

Desventajas: The announcement at 7am could have been avoided. It woke people up.

Ventajas: I love Emirates airlines and I only registered once for diabedics food I always get it ,the service always consistent but could be better ,aiming for excellence

Desventajas: I think staff could do better ,I think Emirates should aim for excellence I think they still need more efforts to reach excellence ,for me Emirates is number one airline world wide

Desventajas: I am an Emirates skywards member and I was placed in the middle seat when my preference on Emirates and Kayak is an aisle seat. After boarding it was explained to me that I couldn’t move to an aisle seat even though more than one seat was available. I asked to pay or to use miles I have accrued.

Desventajas: The seats are close together so there's not as much legroom as other airlines I've flown in Brazil. There was no in flight entertainment. The snacks were mediocre at best. The gate was changed at the last minute so it was a little confusing.

Ventajas: Aircraft was comfortable

Desventajas: Checkin crew had very little knowledge of laws and almost avoided my nephew to board the plane even with proper documentation. Flight was delayed more than an hour. Poor communication to explain why

Ventajas: The crew were very friendly and attentive. Most of them spoke English and Spanish in addition to Portuguese.

Desventajas: The snacks could have been healthier and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Desventajas: TODO! Es un pésimo avión para tantas horas, es un avión de cabotaje, muy incómodo, no para tanta distancia. No tiene entretenimiento, ni siquiera un USB! una vergüenza. La comida de terror! solo dieron un poco de comida de muy mala calidad y congelada! ni siquiera pasaron a ofrecer bebidas en 7 hs

Desventajas: Boarding was late and no announcements were done to inform why. I got food poisoning from the lamb dish I had on the flight. Two days later I am still trying to recover from it.

Desventajas: My judgement will be unfair cause I love Emirates airlines

Ventajas: The service I received in coach felt like first class on other airlines. I enjoyed the variety of beverages and food choices provided on the flight.

Ventajas: helpful Emirates woman translated portuguese to english with me at emigration in airport.
