Desventajas: The gate changed in a Dubai without proper announcement, Ground staff should have visited the passengers waiting in the gate waiting area that was printed on boat pass and inform them to new gate. Instead they charged the passengers with no show fees and delayed departure for another 12 hours.

Ventajas: There's actually footrests that fold out like a lawn chair in economy and there's lots of leg room so you can actually put your legs up and sleep. First time I ACTUALLY slept on a long haul flight. Chairs seemed to be made of soft leather or some other super comfy material. Puts the older US-based planes to absolute shame. Super soft fluffy blankets, the flight attendants were amazing, courteous, hospitable, the food and drinks were awesome, loved the movies. 10/10 would fly again.

Ventajas: Very nice and modern plane with attentative staff. Also they served maybe the best airplane food I’ve ever had.

Desventajas: We boarded just a bit late but still arrived on schedule.

Desventajas: Starting by the fact that if the system was actually working we could’ve done check in in the machine, and cut the 2 and half hours of line for check in and luggage drop off. The check in crew was not efficient at all, they would take 10 to 20 min to every costumer, no organization and poor trainin.

Desventajas: Food! Being a International flight they could serve better food.. they served a cold cheese/ham sandwich..

Ventajas: The gate agent refused allow us to board..even though fully paid we were checked in and had boarding passes IN HAND..said there was a problem caused by kiwi sjd fid no honor our ticket. We missed 2 planes, had to find. A hotel in Mexico City and buy new tickets to get home. INSANE

Desventajas: Very disappointed that there were only junk food options on the snacks served. Same goes for the drinks. And no option to buy anything healthy either. Arrived hungry at 1:20am!

Desventajas: For post landing gateholds it would help to say why waiting and say something about how long the wait might be.

Desventajas: Departure time was incorrectly stated on Kayak and also on all subsequent emails from Kayak after booking. Luckily it was one hour later than what Kayak said so I did not miss my flight. Also, Kayak misstated the length of flight (2h50 versus 1h50 actual).

Desventajas: Food was average. Service could be better. For example, my wife and I never got our food at the same time or close enough. We had to ask for food or drinks. They should regularly ask if we need something. Empty water bottles (up to 3) were sitting on my table for hours till we landed.
