Ventajas: Exactly on schedule.

Desventajas: Food.

Ventajas: With the exception of comments below, everything was great.

Desventajas: Although I understand bad weather is out of the airlines' hands, cancellation of flights seemed to be called a little early (ie to places that we just starting to rain before snow). It took me four days to get home (mnl-rap) because of cancelled flights

Desventajas: The a/c wasn't working. Flight attendants acted annoyed by the people flying, no connectivity to gogo inflight.

Ventajas: This was Japan airline and the crew were very respectful and responsive and food was amazing

Desventajas: The entertainment selection could have been better

Ventajas: Professional, friendly crew.

Desventajas: Food was horrible.

Desventajas: Business class seats do not convert into flat beds.

Ventajas: Great seat in biz class, great food and personal service.

Desventajas: Cabin was too warm for my comfort, and this 767 had no individual air controls. In flight entertainment choices limited and out of date titles.

Desventajas: The pork dinner meal option was burnt … al the way through.

Desventajas: Late boarding. Slow de-boarding.

Ventajas: The food choices were broad enough for anyone. They came by with water periodically. The movies offered had a good range. The pillow was a surprisingly good size.

Desventajas: Tight seating. Cold. Arm rests hurt my arms. Foot rest would have been a blessing. Blanket was too thin.

Desventajas: One of the staff members was really disrespectful and impolite. Really disappointed after flying for 11 hours straight.

Desventajas: The burocracy on the check inn for both flights, the clerk didn't know or was scared to make mistake so she was asking for things that I didn't need

Desventajas: The crew left a XXX Lady left by my side. This person had to eat on my tray because she didn’t fit into her chair... there was no assistance from the crew to move me or her.

Desventajas: I had to overnight in Santa Cruz. Flight was cancelled, they rebooked me next day

Ventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Hicieron todo lo posible para poder realizar el vuelo.

Desventajas: Todo estuvo bien.

Desventajas: Avianca food in national flights is non existing. Not even for purchase. Other than that flight was pretty good indeed.

Ventajas: Todo ha sido una experiencia increíble. Gracias.

Desventajas: Vuelo sobrevendido. Atrasos en la salida. Sumamente ruidoso y asiento sin pantalla propia, sino dos filas adelante a control remoto.

Desventajas: the food was terrible. Copa has really gone down with there food. Usually international flights have good food.

Desventajas: I was worried about traveling with a fractured humerus to Guadalajara. The crew took an extra step to make sure I was comfortable and moved me to the first row without asking to be moved. That was a huge relief knowing that if I had to use the restroom I didn’t have to wake up anyone.

Ventajas: The extras that I was not used to anymore, like a snack and movies. Also punctuality.

Ventajas: I love to fly with aeroMexico. service and safety.

Desventajas: all good.

Desventajas: Había mucho calor dentro del avión antes de despegar. Los aciertos muy pequeños. Poca cantidad de comida.

Ventajas: The organization of the crew was poor

Desventajas: the connecting flight was missed due to the 30 minute lay over, plane was late landing and we were stuck in the back of the plane. Once we found the service desk the woman was really rude and uncaring and then charged us $300 to rebook us on a flight leaving 5 hours later. They lost my luggage.

Ventajas: Pricing is very reasonable.

Ventajas: Their boarding is more orderly than many Brazilian airlines.

Desventajas: check in was difficult. Their app is terrible - check in was not allowed.. The website is worse - it couldn't link my locator number to my account. And the gate check in had an absurdly small number of kiosks and no one to help the confused passengers. Boarding was done on time and they kept the door open for 20 minutes after take off time with no announced reason for the delay.

Ventajas: punctual, airline staff were accomodating

Desventajas: nobody speak English

Ventajas: El entretenimiento a bordo con películas, juegos y mapas. La comida estuvo muy buena y el personal muy amable.

Desventajas: Hubo una demora en el vuelo hacia San Pablo y como tenía una escala de terminó retrasando todo en consecuencia. Llegué muy tarde a Argentina y a mí casa. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que me informaron por email pero todo en inglés, los links de enlace al sitio web de LATAM también todo en inglés.

Ventajas: la tripulacion

Desventajas: Al inicio no se abrió nuestro modulo teniendo que cambiar el numero de embarque.

Ventajas: My three LATAM flights were all on-time, well-piloted and efficiently run. They are not responsible for airport-related issues in Lima. Taking off at over 11.00 feet and landing at sea level must be like having most of the air leak out of your tires while driving, but these guys take that in stride.

Desventajas: Gate assignments in Lima tend to change and be posted late, but this is not under LATAM control.

Desventajas: offering some free snacks and soda (3 hour flight, other than water, everything else is charged). An online entertainment system that actually works.
