Desventajas: The flight was very good. The landing sounded rough with a lot of braking. Crew were really friendly. The food was expensive but fresh sandwich. Plane was beautiful. Lovely flight overall

Ventajas: Nothing. I missed this flight because of a delay of my flight on Friday.

Ventajas: Efficient flight to Buenos Aires. I was seated in row 4 which helped getting off quickly.

Desventajas: Better communication from airline staff about how to and where to line up by group to board the flight. Passengers were left confused and didn’t know where to line up since staff was at desk and not easily accessible.

Desventajas: LATAM check in at GRU was a nightmare. I was traveling business class. Another flight guy was delayed, and the check in procedure came to a complete halt until they re booked effected passengers. Was in line for 45 minutes. Lots of angry people.

Desventajas: The enterior is dated and my business class seat was falling apart. The seats are not true lie flat seats. They need to update to stay competitive. Otherwise good flight

Desventajas: The flight was delayed by more than 45 min as 2 passengers noticed that the plane was not cleaned properly prior to boarding (apparently there was a large mess around their seats). As a result, the cleaning crew had to board the plane and remedy the situation. In addition, the crew was rude.

Ventajas: Since the flight was delay almost 4 hours and the replacement plane was very old, but I did get home no comment.

Desventajas: The crew left a XXX Lady left by my side. This person had to eat on my tray because she didn’t fit into her chair... there was no assistance from the crew to move me or her.

Ventajas: We got there checked in and checked the bags. We went to the what we thought was f but was not. We happened to turn a corner with no signs. After going to the bathroom and sitting for 20mins, i thought it was weird no one was calling boarding 12mins before the flight. After talking to two people they said they left.

Desventajas: No paging for checked in guest, no warning of early departure.
