Desventajas: Delayed flight, missed connecting flight due to that. On the ground staff should have better coordinated from arrival to boarding of next flight. Chaotic and short staffed security personnel at Frankfurt airport. Overall a pathetic experience

Ventajas: The crew on this flight were excellent professional and friendly. They were also very patient. The best part of the trip.

Desventajas: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people on other flights with Lufthansa complain bitterly about the food. It has gone down hill. People should not be dreaming of Virgin Atlantic food while on a flight with Lufthansa!

Ventajas: Easy boarding process

Desventajas: Crew climbed over my seat multiple times in order to get their stuff from the overhead bins. Also loud when people were trying to sleep

Ventajas: Very helpful crew. Quick boarding process.

Desventajas: Not much leg room, or space in seats.

Desventajas: The music on the plane was a bit much. Lol

Desventajas: Luggage that had to be checked at the gate was not immediately available when we landed.

Ventajas: Friendly crew, comfortable seats, good boarding process!

Ventajas: La tripulación súper amable y el embarque estuvo a tiempo! La programación de Películas genial y eso ayuda a que el tiempo se pase más rápido por dicha.

Desventajas: Pedí una dieta especial ovolactovegetariana (con tiempo para no pasar congojas ni hambre) y me dieron una dieta completamente vegetariana. Hice todo el proceso en línea y ahí aparecía la opción de la dieta deseada, pero parece ser que pasaron por alto una parte de mi solicitud.

Desventajas: Mala comida en clase business. Mucho calor durante todo el viaje.. Tripulacion aplicando la ley del mínimo esfuerzo. Inaceptable larga espera para recibir el equipaje

Ventajas: Plane was nice and the crew was good, except that the flight left almost an hour late without enough announcements as to what was going on and when we might be leaving.

Desventajas: More communications when the flight has been delayed and sitting there.

Ventajas: More legroom than other airlines, timely and in flight entertainment.

Ventajas: The crew was very attentive, as was to be expected for Business Class service.

Desventajas: Out of a total of only seven (7) Business Class passengers on the flight from Venice to Madrid, for some reason they only had five (5) meals available, so we were offered a selection from the standard economy class snack list, which was substandard and very disappointing considering we paid for Business Class and therefore expected a Business Class meal and not just a snack! Very poorly planned and completely unacceptable!

Desventajas: Los cambios que ocurren a último momento en los vuelos siempre perjudican a los pasajeros y son imposibles de revertir, hablo de asientos ya comprados y esas cosas

Desventajas: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Desventajas: El embarque fue un desastre. Demora por varias razones y una hora más en el avión porque buscaban a un pasajero que ya estaba dentro. Aún así no cargaron comida en el avión. Un desastre

Ventajas: Crew were polite. The plane was clean and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Luggage cabins were. roomy. Price was great and no extra hidden charges.

Desventajas: Food was okay. Small portions

Desventajas: Flight was on time and plane clean and in good shape. Crew was very friendly.

Ventajas: The staff is always very polite and nice.

Desventajas: First flight of the day was majorly delayed. I understand these things happen. But all flights before 09:00 are the star flights where airlines get their on-time departure scores. They failed today.

Desventajas: A solution to the seat problem. If the seat only reclined 1/2 the distance they do now, the flight would be enjoyable.

Ventajas: Crew was very attentive, and boarding and off-boarding was relatively easy

Desventajas: The seats were cramped, and hard to get out of when the person in front had their seat tilted back, it felt practically in your lap when you were seated.

Ventajas: Everything perfect and arrive to destination on perfect time.

Desventajas: All positive.

Ventajas: En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min.

Desventajas: Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción.

Desventajas: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Desventajas: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Ventajas: Value, and you get what you pay for, not paying for things you do not need or want

Desventajas: Nothing really, it is a low cost airline. You get what you pay for

Desventajas: It was not through Norwegian Air it was another company. It was as if we were flying a domestic flight. No comfort at all. Make sure you pay the extra fee for a meal because they include no food or drinks. Be sure to bring an iPad with movies because they don't supply any entertainment at all.

Ventajas: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Desventajas: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed
