Desventajas: If kayak didn’t take me to a page where the reservation was different than what I agreed on. Not even close to what I had selected, leading me to believe I was booking a trip on the days I chose and then not realizing it was incorrect until my trip was starting. This is the last time I use kayak.

Ventajas: The crew in my area were very helpful. The young guy next to me passed on the dinner choices. The crew member came back and asked if he would like some pretzels, etc. which I thought was very nice. They were very friendly.
Desventajas: Just a suggestion that the ear jacks for the entertainment be passed out earlier. Luckily I brought my own but my neighbors on both sides had a long wait until they were passed out.

Desventajas: Luggage was terrible. Forced me to check my 1 small laptop bag despite letting others board with duffel bags, then lost 1 of our actual checked bags in the airport for an hour after our other bag was delivered.

Desventajas: Our luggage was not put on the plane and was left behind. It was delayed about 36 hours but when we got it 3 new shots and one perfume was stolen.

Desventajas: You made me late for my connecting flight by unloading my carry one bags slowly. It cost be $500 extra dollars and I’m stuck in Madrid until Friday which is making making me miss work. Unacceptable.

Ventajas: Not much. There was one flight attendant that seemed pleasant but I wouldn’t know for sure since the attendants ignored all passengers except for those who had preordered their meals.
Desventajas: It was extremely frustrating that there was no kiosk available when checking in. I did not have a bag to check, yet I waited on a ridiculously long line to check in for my flight. The people working the desk at the gate were slow and unpleasant. Service on plane was terrible.

My video display was not functioning, when I asked for help the flight attendant seemed offended. He went to the back and did get it fixed. I thanked him, but he did not even look at me.

Desventajas: There were NO SIGNS saying it was a level flight, not Iberia. No one at Iberia check in desk etc. We eventually figured it out after a while. In general Iberia and level are short staffed and unorganized. If you're willing to deal with this, it's an affordable option and they'll get you from A to B.

Ventajas: Viajé en Ejecutiva. La pantalla era grande y el asiento se reclinaba completamente... aunque hoy en día estones casi un estandar. La distribucion permite asientos individuales, lo cual está muy bien.
Desventajas: La mesa queda un poco lejos si quieres estar con la espalda apoyada en el asiento. Los asientos son un poco estrechos y el area de paso para llegar a tu asiento también. Tampoco hay mucho sitio para dejar una mochila. Pero lo peor, como siempre, es el servicio del personal de Iberia. Baño no muy lim
