Ventajas: The check-in process is a joke! They do everything by paper, couldn’t find my booking, and so made me pay an exorbitant fee, and then wrote by boarding pass with a pen and paper! Unbelievable!

Ventajas: We (a family of 5) were late for 5 minutes (literally) to the boarding ... Our flight was at 3.45 PM and were at the gate at 3.20 PM ... We were held up at the Passport Control by the Polish Border Guards at the Passport Control - their computer was down ... My wife cried, my kids cried and asked to be let in on the plane ... Nobody cared to help us ...
Desventajas: for RyanAir to be more human and humane and caring ...

Lo mejor del viaje es haber llegado sano y salvo.
Desventajas: Going on time without delay, more staff to avoid long lines
Ventajas: The check in was super easy, they attendent was lovely and the flight itself was alright. However, there was a toddler screaming for 30 mins and not member of the crew adressed the issue and talked to the mother ot tried to calm down the kid.
Desventajas: They called us to queue up way before they started boarding. We stood there in a long line for almost 40 mins. They could've called right before they actually wanted us to start going in the plane.
Desventajas: 30 mintues late

Desventajas: As always delay and on buda airport pretty chaos during off board but not due ryanair staff but wrong airport organization

Desventajas: 1 hour late boarding, 20 min. Waiting outside in cold to get into the airplane and then 30 min. Circling around the city before landing

Desventajas: I didn't like that the flight attendants were wearing their badges flipped back so you can't see their names. In need that may be important.

Desventajas: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$.
The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate.
For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time.
Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Desventajas: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people

Ventajas: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.
Desventajas: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait.
Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)

Desventajas: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them.
Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity.
No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Desventajas: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Desventajas: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Desventajas: Poca informacion en el aeropuerto de Kopenhage.
Desventajas: Una linea area dedicada a transoprtar mercancia humana. No se porque no le cobran por respirar en el avion. No es para las peronas que esperan atencion.
Ventajas: NO me gusto el vuelo porque salio con casi una hora de retarso
Desventajas: La comunicación , si el vuelo se va retrasar deberian avisarlo y no hacer esperar a los pasajeros en cola innecesariamente

Desventajas: When i arrived in london gatwick , with easy jet , my flight was late on entry and the bus did not connect on time with the scheduled buses and it did not give me enough time to get to london stansted. Extra costs of 158 british pounds to take a taxi do i could catch my flight .

Desventajas: They made us wait at the gate an hour without saying nothing, and then inside the plane, we had to wait 30 minutes to departure, and they didn't explain anything neither.

Desventajas: The airline is a joke, they have mandatory self check in before the flight, but you can't do it on the same they, so they charge you €55 to do it for you, utterly ridiculous.
