Ventajas: The crew was realy nice

Desventajas: Swiss perfect as always, Barcelona ground worker disaster, as always....

Desventajas: I requested a vegan vegetarian meal and did not get it. I had to do with the regular meal which had a lot of dairy products to which I am allergic to. The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!

Desventajas: Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Ventajas: It was ok.

Ventajas: Young crew, with positive attitude and very kind and helpful.

Ventajas: They were very nice! Always a smile, even after 10 hours with us!

Desventajas: Final snack was a ricotta pepper sandwich - which was kind of a weird choice. Kitkat was of course delicious. Beef stew for lunch was fine. but my meal come out with frost on it, so the salad was freezer burned and my dressing was unable to pour being frozen! no veggies for me! :)

Ventajas: Friendly and great service. Flight attendants like their job. Food was good. Flight on time

Desventajas: More legroom

Ventajas: I didn’t even catch this flight - the connection time was impossible causing unnecessary stress!!! Just don’t sell this ticket which such a tight connection.

Desventajas: We were flying from JFK to heathrow to Tel Aviv. Israel declared that they we’re going to mandate all persons coming in for 14 days. British Airways did not cancel our flight and would not give us a refund. They would only rebook our flight to several weeks later. We booked our flight months ago because the specific time we booked was convenient for us. Our new flight is not convenient for us and we don’t want to go to a country that we will have to be quarantined in. We were very disappointed.

Desventajas: 1 hour delay in departure from Lisbon

Desventajas: Too many announcements. It seems like they were announcing something all the time and it became annoying.

Ventajas: Nothing. The flight was delayed, caused us to miss our connection. 700$ additional to get us to our final destination.

Desventajas: The staff ignored us. If you want to be ignored, starve, die of thirst, and miss your next flight the. Norwegian air is the airline for you.

Desventajas: First flight of the day was majorly delayed. I understand these things happen. But all flights before 09:00 are the star flights where airlines get their on-time departure scores. They failed today.

Ventajas: The crew didn’t have most things listed that should have been for sale. They were annoyed when asked for things. If you needed something mid flight you had to go to the service area...they would not serve you at your seat.

Desventajas: Everything...app didn’t work, baggage allowance wasn’t clear (extremely overpriced), crew was irritated...don’t use this airline if you don’t need to

Ventajas: Air Europa sucks. Avoid if you can. Not worth the savings.

Desventajas: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Desventajas: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Desventajas: Bigger seats the new ones are way to narrow

Desventajas: Booked through a service so didn't know no food or water free on a trans-Atlantic flight. Flight "boarded" 1.5 hrs before the take-off time. We were connecting, so rushed to the gate without food or water. Then just sat in a locked area. Only sandwich available on flight--7 Euros. Water was 3E.

Ventajas: We got bumped over our previous flight. DO NOT FLY WITH THEM. THEY OVERBOARD

Ventajas: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Desventajas: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Ventajas: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Desventajas: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Ventajas: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Desventajas: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.
