Desventajas: The flight was originally scheduled to depart at 0915 hours but the departure time was changed to 0635 hours without notification. Fortunately I checked my baggage the night before and discovered the change. Not a good deal.

Ventajas: Everything was very good: boarding, plain condition, comfort, entertainment and food

Ventajas: Very nice and modern plane with attentative staff. Also they served maybe the best airplane food I’ve ever had.

Desventajas: We boarded just a bit late but still arrived on schedule.

Desventajas: Tuve problemas al comprar el pasaje desde el exterior (fuera del Brasil) La pagina limitaba algunas cosas como reserva y elección de asientos. Tampoco me permitía pagar por las maletas y al momento de pagar en el aeropuerto cuesta el doble del monto que figura en la pagina .

Ventajas: I always have a good experience with Gol, the Gol Confort Seats are great, attentive crew, puncntuality.

Ventajas: On time Had a hard time trying to check in online. Crew was extremely helpful

Ventajas: Nothing much, really.

Desventajas: Baggage handling. They lost one of my baggages and are giving me a hard time to get a refund.

Ventajas: Polite and friendly crew. Comfortable seats, new plane.

Desventajas: Definitely the food could be better. It was tasteless.

Ventajas: They have the friendliest crew I have ever seen in an airline. Specially if you have flown with American Airlines who has the rudest crew I have ever seen.

Desventajas: Flight left over an hour late, we were told we would leave just a half hour late then the time just passed without further announcements of delays. Cramped A320 aircraft. Just water and soft drinks for a 3.5 hour flight.

Ventajas: Everything was very good, mainly when compared to other airlines: the boarding, the condition of the plain, the comfort, entertainment and food.

Desventajas: It is hard to say... But I had a problem with gate information on my first leg. This could have been better handled.

Desventajas: The American Airlines flight was delayed by 1hr. When landing in SFO we waited on the strip for 20mins to get to our gate.

Ventajas: Dont know who or why. Plane out of Orlando mco delayed from 9:30-2:30 am. All food places closed 9or 10 pm

Ventajas: The gate agent refused allow us to board..even though fully paid we were checked in and had boarding passes IN HAND..said there was a problem caused by kiwi sjd fid no honor our ticket. We missed 2 planes, had to find. A hotel in Mexico City and buy new tickets to get home. INSANE

Ventajas: The flight itself was fine. The flight attendants were friendly and solicitous. The food was good on the long haul leg of my trip. The trip itself was nice.

Desventajas: It seems LATAM changed the way they charge fees in July. The ticket for my return trip included no allowance for checked bags, and that detail wasn't obvious on my reservation information. Imagine my surprise when I check-in for an international flight and I'm told I can't check any luggage because it isn't included on my ticket. I ended up paying $210 to check two bags. Also expect to pay a bit more for decent seat assignments. My default seat assignment was at the very back of the plane, right against the rear bulkhead where seats often can't recline. So, another $60 to move elsewhere.

Desventajas: I have flown LATAM several times recently, and ALL the planes are old. They are showing their age. For the prices LATAM charges, they should modernize their dated planes. Also, the food leaves much to be desired

Ventajas: Pessoas super simpáticas e atenciosas. Assento com muito espaço para as pernas (eu estava na fileira com a porta de emergência).

Desventajas: Houve um atraso grande na saída. O tempo para a minha conexão no Rio ficou curto, então não consegui jantar no aeroporto.

Ventajas: Azule Airlines incorrectly charged me 60 Rais for my first bag of 23 kg. When I showed them documentation of my connecting flights, they reversed the charges.

Desventajas: Check in using the online system was impossible, even with helpdesk staff assistance.

Ventajas: Priority checkin at Ezeiza airport.

Desventajas: The A320 planes was too cramped and it's an older plane.

Ventajas: My seat 28H didn't recline

Ventajas: There's actually footrests that fold out like a lawn chair in economy and there's lots of leg room so you can actually put your legs up and sleep. First time I ACTUALLY slept on a long haul flight. Chairs seemed to be made of soft leather or some other super comfy material. Puts the older US-based planes to absolute shame. Super soft fluffy blankets, the flight attendants were amazing, courteous, hospitable, the food and drinks were awesome, loved the movies. 10/10 would fly again.

Desventajas: Their international flights are all supposed to be on the 737 Max, but since that aircraft is currently grounded, the international flight was on a 737 intended for use on shorter domestic flights.

Ventajas: The service and food are always fantastic. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The ticket price was fantastic too!

Ventajas: I'm not sure since I slept through most of the 90 minute flight, which is a good sign, I guess. It was an older plane with no entertainment system, but I hate those things, so fine by me. I missed the food this time around, but it was a crappy cold sandwich when I took the same flight a few weeks earlier, but it's a 90 minute flight, so what do you expect?

Desventajas: The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!
