Desventajas: There was no free food.

Ventajas: Flight was on time; the plane was clean and well-lit - it actually looked new. Entertainment selection was also surprisingly filled with new movies. The headrest was also very comfortable.

Desventajas: Not necessarily a critique, but I did find it very odd, and non-standard, that the all the overhead bins were closed during boarding. It gave the impression that they were all full, when in fact, they were all empty. Planes should have the overhead compartments all open until everyone is on board so people can see what space is available.

Ventajas: Crew, on board entertainment...

Desventajas: Boarding was not organized. A lot of food options but only one dish, missed the salad or other options compared to other companies such as Delta, Lufthansa, KLM and etc.. Drinks were ok, lacked alcohol options compared to other companies.

Desventajas: suitcase came in torn, cut and did not want to compesate

Desventajas: The only problem was that our flight moved 50 minutes earlier and we didn’t get any email notification from kayak. But that may not be latam fault.

Desventajas: The American Airlines flight was delayed by 1hr. When landing in SFO we waited on the strip for 20mins to get to our gate.

Ventajas: Flight on time Departure & arrival

Ventajas: Very attentive and friendly personnel; efficient and timely boarding: surprisingly good meals

Desventajas: The flight was delayed and caused all sorts of problems and headaches. Had to book a new final destination and didn't even make it to my original final destination.

Desventajas: Checkin crew had very little knowledge of laws and almost avoided my nephew to board the plane even with proper documentation. Flight was delayed more than an hour. Poor communication to explain why

Desventajas: Starting by the fact that if the system was actually working we could’ve done check in in the machine, and cut the 2 and half hours of line for check in and luggage drop off. The check in crew was not efficient at all, they would take 10 to 20 min to every costumer, no organization and poor trainin.

Desventajas: Their international flights are all supposed to be on the 737 Max, but since that aircraft is currently grounded, the international flight was on a 737 intended for use on shorter domestic flights.

Ventajas: The gate agent refused allow us to board..even though fully paid we were checked in and had boarding passes IN HAND..said there was a problem caused by kiwi sjd fid no honor our ticket. We missed 2 planes, had to find. A hotel in Mexico City and buy new tickets to get home. INSANE

Ventajas: I'm not sure since I slept through most of the 90 minute flight, which is a good sign, I guess. It was an older plane with no entertainment system, but I hate those things, so fine by me. I missed the food this time around, but it was a crappy cold sandwich when I took the same flight a few weeks earlier, but it's a 90 minute flight, so what do you expect?

Desventajas: The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!

Desventajas: The seats are close together so there's not as much legroom as other airlines I've flown in Brazil. There was no in flight entertainment. The snacks were mediocre at best. The gate was changed at the last minute so it was a little confusing.

Ventajas: The flight attendants are terrific. A huge packed plane and all were well cared for. The food, while not thrilling, was actually hot.

Worse airline I’ve ever seen. I’ve been flying international for 20 years and never saw a flight you have to pay for Luggage
