Ventajas: Everything was very good, mainly when compared to other airlines: the boarding, the condition of the plain, the comfort, entertainment and food.

Desventajas: It is hard to say... But I had a problem with gate information on my first leg. This could have been better handled.

Desventajas: The flight attendants from Sao Paulo to Newark, didnt seem like they wanted to be working. They did their job but with no enthusiasm to be there

Desventajas: Me dieron la última fila, los asientos no se reclinaban y al lado una mujer con niños que gritaron todo el viaje, los auxiliares de vuelo no hicieron nada.

Ventajas: Part of the crew was very attentive and well humored. Food was delicious. I appreciated the leg space and the wider bathrooms.

Desventajas: There was no USB not outlet charger. The touch screen was not working well, the console was loose and the movie options were all outdated.

Desventajas: Boarding: Stay in the line for “several zones” and then put everybody on the same bus is ridiculous. Food is more or less OK, but all the movies can be seen in TV (HBO, Telecine, etc.)

Desventajas: The flight was delayed and caused all sorts of problems and headaches. Had to book a new final destination and didn't even make it to my original final destination.

Desventajas: The flight was originally scheduled to depart at 0915 hours but the departure time was changed to 0635 hours without notification. Fortunately I checked my baggage the night before and discovered the change. Not a good deal.

Desventajas: Not a lot of legroom. There was no in flight entertainment and the flight service was just mediocre.

Ventajas: Boarding was easy, crew members were friendly, snack food service was good, and the flight was smooth and on time. My baggage arrived promptly at Chapeco after the flight. No complaints!

Desventajas: Maybe refresh the plan in the near future. Other then that it was very enjoyable trip.

Ventajas: I had a nice exit row seat and the plane had a good selection of entertainment.

Desventajas: flights were delayed significantly and in Tbilisi the staff did not show up until about 10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart. Crew had not been inside the new airport and could not answer questions about transfers.

Desventajas: I couldn’t fly because at check in they asked me to pay for my 2 luggages and I couldn’t afford it so they let me out of my flight and now they don’t want to return my money. Worse airline I’ve ever seen. I’ve been flying international for 20 years and never saw a flight you have to pay for Luggage
