Ventajas: Everything. No issues.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: The crew was great, as always. Unfortunately, my seat mate was very overweight, pushing into my space. No fault of BA except that bigger seats would help the "growing" population of travelers.

Desventajas: Bigger seats for bigger travelers. Especially on long flights. Those of us that are less full figured would be more comfortable. Go back to the system that includes one checked bag and one carry on as included in the advertised price. I know that airlines need to be more competitive, but the ala carte for luggage is not acceptable. Instead, offer an opportunity for customers t donate to offset the carbon impact. Thanks

Desventajas: I paid extra for the seat but it was very cramped.

Desventajas: With 2h30 hours delayed flight I missed my train and had to have a hotel Arcturus airport in Amsterdam and continue my journey only the day after.

Ventajas: About as good as they come.

Desventajas: Nothing.

Desventajas: Cabin kept very hot, very difficult to sleep. Seats were so-so comfortable

Ventajas: Crew was very nice, appreciated that they came by with water often

Desventajas: Legroom is very cramped, entertainment options are limited. After one 10-hour flight, you've seen everything you wanted to, so the return flight is a bummer

Ventajas: The boarding process was easy

Desventajas: Some of the crew members were rude and inconsiderate - if you see that someone is sleeping, you don’t stand at their seat and lean on it and shake it while you’re waiting to give the security demo before take off.

Desventajas: Im paid for confort. But give a economic. Maybe mix with golairline.

Desventajas: It felt like the flight attendant had a long day. Chairs weren't super comfortable.

Desventajas: The check in agents are truly the worst. Only one check in agent came after me through security and apologized on behalf of his colleague and upgraded me. Awful check in person

Desventajas: The seats are really small. Even for people not considered tall.

Desventajas: Need longer transfer time in Frankfurt airport. They use buses to airplanes and that eats up time. Also, passport control line can be long. Fights to and fro gave us barely enough time and we were last ones to board

Ventajas: Safety of aircraft

Desventajas: Parents called as soon as the delayed flight caused the young teen to miss her flight, Lufthansa operator verifies only by phone that young teen had a seat in the next flight, UNTRUE! She was ignored at counter, mr. M. Meindle told her to step aside and it was not “worth arguing”! The people she sought direction from, are the ones that left her confused and ignored. Shame on them

Ventajas: Crew was great. The food Was good.

Desventajas: Seats were very uncomfortable and there was no air control.

Desventajas: Flight was 3 hours delayed due to technical problems. Then it was moved up 40 min without enough time to have someone get back for boarding. Barely made the flight.

Ventajas: The crew was amazing, flight on schedule and good entertainment.

Desventajas: Space is just reasonable on a long flight, even if there's seats more spacious that you could choose if you pay more.

Ventajas: Fantastic gate agents!

Desventajas: Wheelchair assistance at Heathrow was very very slow it took 2 hours to change gates within Terminal 5

Desventajas: Less leg room than on other airlines, Crew was noisy, credit card reader was broken so all payments processed manually, maybe they were behind schedule because of this and were rushing through the cabin as a big group

Desventajas: Service far exceed my expectations, seats were superior to anything I've every experience flying domestically in the US.

Ventajas: The crew were very friendly.

Desventajas: The terminal was old and no pre check at security. Also very limited options in that terminal once through security.

Desventajas: The airplane had a heating sensor issue so they had to move us to another airplane and the flight was delayed 2 and a half hours

Desventajas: Seat confort is bad, specially for tall travelers.

Ventajas: Everything was excellent the crew were so nice airplane was organized and clean the seats are comfortable you can watch movies with a big screen right in front of your seat or listen music for FREE and not only that a big plus you can use WiFi to text while you are traveling for FREE !!!!!!

Desventajas: No dislikes

Ventajas: Commitment to on-time travel, nice friendly staff, professionalism.

Desventajas: Seat had peanuts on it - I think it had not been cleaned. There were also rumpled newspapers in the seat back.

Ventajas: The safety rating and the price.

Desventajas: Overall, not impressed. The price pasó seemed cheap, but baggage fees aren’t included and are ridiculous. Delayed over 7 hours flight out. Flight back was more or less timely. The movies are old, and the newer ones are B level, at best. The food, is cheap. The price seemed right, safety ratings were good too; but won’t fly with them anymore.

Ventajas: The crew was very attentive, as was to be expected for Business Class service.

Desventajas: Out of a total of only seven (7) Business Class passengers on the flight from Venice to Madrid, for some reason they only had five (5) meals available, so we were offered a selection from the standard economy class snack list, which was substandard and very disappointing considering we paid for Business Class and therefore expected a Business Class meal and not just a snack! Very poorly planned and completely unacceptable!

Ventajas: Crew was efficient and friendly

Desventajas: Entertainment system on my transatlantic flight was outdated and functioned poorly. Also, the promised WiFi connection wasn’t working, and the flight attendant I spoke to basically said, “yeah, I think it’s broken.”

Ventajas: Fue más o menos puntual. El vuelo era directo. No estaba demasiado lleno.

Desventajas: El avión era muy viejo, escasamente cómodo y sin sistema de entretenimiento. La aplicación no se puede usar si no la descargas previamente y eso había que haberlo sabido antes de embarcar para poder hacerlo con el wi-fi de la terminal. Uno está de vacaciones en USA y generalmente no tiene datos móviles. Tantas horas de vuelo sin nada que ver se hacen interminables.

Desventajas: El viaje es acorde al precio del viaje, la comodidad y la comida es mediocre.

Ventajas: The crew on this flight was amazing, and boarding was right on time.

Desventajas: It was pretty hot on the airplane. Could have regulated the temperature a bit better.

Desventajas: Gate agent did an excellent job getting everybody on the plane in Atlanta

Desventajas: The unfortunate delay prevented me from attending my grandmother’s wake. Fewer delays would be helpful.

Desventajas: They charged us extra for set 3 and it is on the back side of a bothersome curtain separating us from 1st class. As the plane took off it flew in our face. Flight attendants took great care of the 8 people up front and offered the rest of the plane the opportunity to buy stuff and drinks.

Ventajas: The flight was on time and the staff were great.

Desventajas: The seats are quite worn, with crumbs and drips here and there from previous flyers, and the magazines very dog-eared - makes you feel a bit like you don't want to touch anything.

Desventajas: The flight from Manchester to Amsterdam has been delayed which led insufficient time for me to transfer to HK

Desventajas: My flight was serviced by British Airways. The temperature in the cabinet was very warm and there were no fan controls. The seats are very narrow. Miserable 9hr flight from London to Denver

Ventajas: The staff was amazing. Took care of the flight well.

Desventajas: The seats that I purchased were “premium economy” the only thing premium was the price I have flown premium with other airlines and there is a difference in leg room and seat size. There was none on this flight. The seats were the same size and room as regular economy. Not what I paid for. I will never fly BA again.

Desventajas: Not AirEuropa’s fault but they left before we arrived in Zurich because Delta flight 66 was so late that our 3-hour layover became the AirEuropa flight left before the Delta flight arrived and deplaned.

Desventajas: Not only was the flight hours late but there was practically no communication what was going on and what to expect.

Ventajas: Not much. There was one flight attendant that seemed pleasant but I wouldn’t know for sure since the attendants ignored all passengers except for those who had preordered their meals.

Desventajas: It was extremely frustrating that there was no kiosk available when checking in. I did not have a bag to check, yet I waited on a ridiculously long line to check in for my flight. The people working the desk at the gate were slow and unpleasant. Service on plane was terrible.
