Ventajas: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Desventajas: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Ventajas: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Desventajas: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Ventajas: Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness.

Desventajas: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.

Desventajas: selected our (3 in a group) seats 24 hours before. but in Doha, the ground crew named Mohammed changed our seats . usually in usa you need to ask if you could do that. but that guy printed the new boarding passes and then said we change your seats. i told him that was rude and not courteous to passenger. he had no answer.

Desventajas: I’m really not sure. The seat felt like I was sitting on a rock and I had a lot of trouble moving so as not to disturb the person seated next to me.

Desventajas: No toilet available at gate due to enhanced security measures when flying to the USA.

Ventajas: Gate agent gave us extra legroom after our trip to Australia in the crying baby section. No one's fault, but a difficult 14 hour flight. Thank you again for your kindness.

Ventajas: The crews were super accommodating and my seat was so comfortable I actually feel asleep which is something I have never done on a plane before.

Desventajas: Load the plane from back to front. It makes sense as people leave the plane from front to back

Desventajas: The pilot take off, navigation in the air, and landing were horrible .

Ventajas: The crew was very nice and helpful, I had a nice spot on the plane, and it went very smoothly, especially considering the circumstances. I was supposed to be flying to Seattle later on, but I had to change my flight last minute because of the virus. The whole Delta team was very understanding and considerate and it made the process much less stressful.

Desventajas: My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for a later time the day before and there was a lot of changing of gates and running around, but I understand that everything has been hectic and I don’t blame that on you, I know you’re all doing your best.

Ventajas: The crew was polite and professional. Boarding went very smoothly and the flight left on time. Baggage was very quick when we arrived in Seattle as it was already coming out when we arrived in the baggage claim area.

Desventajas: I would have like to have been offered disinfectant wipes to use on the food tray. Otherwise it was a perfect experience.

Ventajas: I had a great seat and the crew was very helpful and nice! It went very smoothly, especially considering the circumstances, and we even got there early!

Desventajas: I accidentally put this in the wrong survey (the PNS-ATL) one but there was a lot of changing of gates and running around before the flight. I understand how hectic this whole situation is though so I don’t blame you all at all and everyone I talked to was very helpful. The app helped a lot too with figuring out where I needed to go

Desventajas: For options none. No drink carts at all. Had coffee once after I asked. Poor quality entertainment. Just a huge waste of money.

Desventajas: There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy.

Ventajas: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.

Desventajas: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.

Ventajas: Turkish Airlines can really teach other airlines about hospitality and customer service. They really go above and beyond to make you feel super comfortable.

Ventajas: Seats are wider apart than usual, leaving comfortable space for legs in economy class. The crew is really attentive and nice

Ventajas: The check-in crew in Chicago was very nice and efficient. The flight crew on-board were not friendly, they were very curt and rushed, and did not go out of their way to be helpful.

Desventajas: Friendlier staff during the flight. Better food for breakfast. The connection port for my headphones did not work...I would not have been able to watch movies if I hadn't brought my own single connection head phones.

Desventajas: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Ventajas: El proceso para realizar la documentacion del equipaje es un poco lento ya que destinan poco personal para ello.

Desventajas: No me parece bien que cobren el equipaje documentado, anteriormente no había visto eso en Aeromexico.

Desventajas: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.
