Ventajas: Easy boarding process

Desventajas: Crew climbed over my seat multiple times in order to get their stuff from the overhead bins. Also loud when people were trying to sleep

Ventajas: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Desventajas: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Ventajas: This is how my trip started that day. Missed my checkin window by 10 mins do to waiting in traffic for 45 mins, because of wreck. Got to the ticket counter at 8:35 and my flight my was set to take of at 9:30. There wear others in the same boat as me, we where all flying with American. I will Never ever fly with American again! The Lady was so rude then she said we were disgrutle when we ask to speak to a manger about trying to board even though or flight didnt leave until 9:30. Not Military Friendly at all. So I ran down to Lufthansa and talk with a guy at the ticket counter that was understanding of the sistuation, he told me what to do once a Book my trip through Kayak he checked me in and got me right to the front and on the plane for the next flight that left 2 hours after my missed flight. I book my trip and got through Tsa all before my flight with american even took off. When I boared the plane the cabin crew was very helpful and laughing and joking with the passagners their smiles brighten my day and made me feel at easy. I was stressed out about missing my flight with American Airlines and that lady at the ticket counter that when on got my flight with Lufthanse I felt like they were my friends and that I have been flying with them before. I will always use Lufthansa when fliying back home back to the states! Thank you to flight crew and men and women at the ticket counters!!

Desventajas: If I could change one thing it would be better food, or the drink protion size or just give out canned drinks. But over all the best flight I have taken in a long time!!

Ventajas: Due to the corona19 virus I was not able to travel and the airline phone lines have been so busy that I’m not sure if I will be able to change my ticket.

Desventajas: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Desventajas: Boarding was confused and disorganized, but that seems to be a common problem with ground staff at all Indian airports

Ventajas: Nada

Desventajas: Charged me 30 for allegedly overweight suitcase. The they proceed to lose it.

Ventajas: Some of the crew were friendly, certainly not all of them.

Desventajas: Seats were uncomfortable, food was subpar. Paid extra for a “twin” seat and after this experience I think passengers should be paid extra to sit here.

Ventajas: The crew was very friendly, and the food was the best I've had on a plane trip.

Desventajas: Atraso en el vuelo

Desventajas: Muy mal el embarque y la entrega de maleta express pésimo servicio, al embarque me hicieron entrar como si estuviera abordando y luego me hicieron esperas como si estuviera afuera esperando el llamado de mi fila en zona de embarque

Desventajas: Be more organized

Ventajas: The tablet selection was very variety.

Desventajas: The announcement was hard to hear the volume was loud but something not quiet understandable

Ventajas: Air Europa sucks. Avoid if you can. Not worth the savings.

Desventajas: Food options and number of times meals are served could be improved.

Ventajas: Plane was nice and the crew was good, except that the flight left almost an hour late without enough announcements as to what was going on and when we might be leaving.

Desventajas: More communications when the flight has been delayed and sitting there.

Desventajas: ATENCION ANTE CAMBIOS DE VUELOS DE AEROLINEAS ARGENTINAS, ASOCIADA NO TUVE RECONOCIMIENTO!!!

Ventajas: Flight was fine

Desventajas: Ticket/luggage issues not handled very well. Long wait lines. No notification of plane delay on monitors.

Ventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: If my plane wasn’t overbooked and I actually got on it. Instead I missed my connection in Barcelona and had to buy a new ticket from Barcelona to the US.

Ventajas: No incidents which is always a good thing. I would've liked that the seat had a USB charger though.

Desventajas: For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through.

Desventajas: Turn on AC. Bigger seats. Better food. Serve drinks more than twice on an 8 hour flight. Actually have soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Ventajas: Comfortable and smooth landing of the Captain.

Desventajas: Service training for the Crews for being more polite and for having smiling face..., please!!! Everyone was angry for hardworking????

Ventajas: The crew was very attentive, as was to be expected for Business Class service.

Desventajas: Out of a total of only seven (7) Business Class passengers on the flight from Venice to Madrid, for some reason they only had five (5) meals available, so we were offered a selection from the standard economy class snack list, which was substandard and very disappointing considering we paid for Business Class and therefore expected a Business Class meal and not just a snack! Very poorly planned and completely unacceptable!

Ventajas: Nothing was great nor poor.

Desventajas: The flight attendants from Sao Paulo to Newark, didnt seem like they wanted to be working. They did their job but with no enthusiasm to be there

Ventajas: The staff is always very polite and nice.

Desventajas: First flight of the day was majorly delayed. I understand these things happen. But all flights before 09:00 are the star flights where airlines get their on-time departure scores. They failed today.

Desventajas: Boarding procesa...an absolute mess

Desventajas: The ear plugs connection to the screen was not working 100%. Overall good flight, better than any of the American carriers,

Ventajas: Are you kidding? Its BA. Nothing but the time and route were good.

Desventajas: I had difficulty checking online, because I didn’t have the right ticket number. By the time I contact you and get the right one all the windows seats or aisle seats in the airplane where taken. I had to go with middle seat which can be super tight and uncomfortable when you have two strangers on both of your sides for such a long flight. I wish they email me the right tiket number on time.

Ventajas: Worst customer service ever no one ever answer the call also no one ever answer call from vayama DO NOT BUY FROM VAYAMA

Desventajas: Honestly never buy a ticket from a vayama or kayak worst companies to buy ticket from I wanted to extended my ticket and they were charging me $1200 for extending my ticket from Lahore to New York ... instead I just missed my flight and got new ticket for $500

Ventajas: Crew!

Desventajas: Seat spaces are so small for long flights. London Helsinki on the back seat was a torture.

Desventajas: Checking in was quite annoying because BA canceled our return and over the phone but we still had to transfer all our information upon checking. Boarding rather chaotic. Random searches were not organized. Seats were okay. Food just edible. Mostly the staff was polite and there was one attendant in coach who was very pleasant. Shoulder length blonde hair, she was genuine and cheerful. It was an okay flight, but my experience was more comfortable and the feeling of being dealt with as a person was more evident on my flight to London w BA. I appreciate that the flight went well but American Airlines still has a long way to go in customer genuine service and experience.

Ventajas: it was and, it was as well

Desventajas: nothing flying wise, but airport is kind of a maze, if is any short connecting flight and late arrival, you have to run fast.

Ventajas: The crew were very friendly and attentive. Most of them spoke English and Spanish in addition to Portuguese.

Desventajas: The snacks could have been healthier and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Desventajas: We landed and spend 45min instide the plan to be able to unboard

Desventajas: Bad size almost became a problem... bins are very small

Desventajas: The people working on the land side lack of a complete sense of service. They are rude, unrespectful and with no professionalism. It is a shame that the last impression you get from Israel is the aggressiveness.

Ventajas: Muy puntual

Desventajas: Más personal en Iberia en Madrid para registrar las maletas

Ventajas: Almost nothing.

Desventajas: Allow field research of all terminals to best decide for the next flight to book. If I were 3 seconds off and not running on my last leg to Naga, I would have been stuck in Manila for the entire duration of my trip.
