Ventajas: Gran relación calidad-precio. Gran servicio al cliente. Gran desayuno y gran cena. El alboroto era impresionante. Consigue la oferta de comida. Conveniente a la Terminal 4.

Desventajas: a 5,5 km de la terminal 5 a la terminal 4. No sabía cómo llevar el tren expreso a la terminal 4, así que acabó tomando un taxi

Desventajas: Debe permitir a los huéspedes hacer llamadas locales desde el teléfono en la habitación.

Ventajas: Excelente servicio. La comida es muy buena. Personal amable. Habitaciones limpias y sencillas. Buen aire acondicionado. Fácil acceso desde la terminal 4.

Desventajas: Largo paseo de la terminal 4 difícil para ir caminando. No hay extras como piscina o traslados al aeropuerto. Sólo lo básico, pero bien.

Ventajas: Era una habitación de hotel normal, sin lujos

Desventajas: La comida en la parrilla no era tan buena, el Wi-Fi no funcionaba y había una toalla sucia en el baño.

Ventajas: La habitación para personas con movilidad reducida tenía un buen tamaño.

Desventajas: Personal agresivo en el check in a la hora de pagar las comidas.

Ventajas: Este hotel estaba muy limpio y cómodo con un personal amable. La cama y las almohadas eran perfectas para una buena noche de sueño. Nos quedamos agradablemente sorprendidos con la habitación, y superó nuestras expectativas. La tarifa de la habitación era genial.

Ventajas: Location night next to terminal 4 but terminal 5 a short free bus ride away. Everything you usually get with premier inn, clean comfortable room. Can't hear the planes either!

Desventajas: The self check in is a pain. Took two or three times to work.

Ventajas: Parada por conexión, el hotel esta dentro del aeropuerto el tren te deja en la terminar en donde se encuentra y no se tiene que salir uno del aeropuerto para poder llegar, esta muy accesible. Dentro del hotel todo esta limpio, la habitación es tamaño normal la cama super cómoda, el baño limpio. cuenta con toallas, secadora y plancha.

Ventajas: Great size room, comfy bed, big tv. Great restaurant, good food and good prices

Ventajas: Great staff at check in and check out. They were very helpful, and even printed my return boarding passes for me. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The on-site restaurant is lovely and not at all over priced for where it is, aside from that, the food was lovely on both times we stayed (before and after our travel). Keep up the good work, this is an excellent Premier Inn.

Ventajas: Well signposted, so easy to find when in terminal 4. Basic but very comfortable, the rooms had programmable aircon and a kettle and some tea and coffee supplies, so as an airport hotel, nothing to fault! Wifi was also pretty decent and there is a restaurant downstairs with a Costa coffee if youre desperate for a feed after your flight.

Desventajas: Reception area and walk to rooms unbearably warm.

Ventajas: Este es un hotel estupendo. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera para cualquier ocasión. Tan pronto como llegamos, el personal nos ayudó con nuestras maletas e incluso nos dieron una mejora a una cama tamaño king. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era muy servicial.

Ventajas: Conveniente ubicación con el metro a sólo un tiro de piedra. El personal es muy educado. El lugar está limpio.

Ventajas: Ropa de cama muy buena y cómoda y toallas de calidad

Ventajas: La ubicación en la Terminal 5 no podría ser más conveniente (tenía equipaje pesado) y de hecho me gustó más que los hoteles a los que se llega en autobús. Hubo un poco de confusión sobre mi reserva, bastante rápidamente resuelto, pero fueron muy agradables y me pasaron a una habitación mejor. Cené y desayuna en el restaurante, ambos buenos, el buffet de desayuno muy variado y con un aspecto delicioso, más allá de lo habitual.

Ventajas: Buen lugar para quedarse durante una larga escala. Justo al lado de Heathrow y cerca del metro. Las habitaciones estaban bien y el personal era muy servicial y educado.

Desventajas: Demasiado caro.

Ventajas: El hotel es muy conveniente para una salida de Heathrow. La habitación era grande y muy limpia y tranquila. Yo tomé el desayuno y la comida era buena, así como el servicio. También tenía servicio de habitaciones, comida India y era deliciosa. Me he alojado varias veces aquí en los últimos dos años y los recepcionistas siempre han sido muy agradables y profesionales, van más allá de lo normal para que te sientas bienvenido. Recomiendo mucho este hotel.

Desventajas: Había una música ruidosa fiesta, que se podía escuchar claramente en la habitación durante dos horas. No lo que uno esperaría en un Hotel Sofitel ni lo que se debe tolerar.

Ventajas: Ease of access to T5, variety of dining & drink options and room service. Very clean and welcoming. All the facilities you could want.

Desventajas: VERY slow service in the bar.

Ventajas: Convenience for T5. Rooms are generous, clean and well-appointed.

Desventajas: It’s a vast place - endless corridors. Like waking up as the only survivor on a space ship! However no-one is going to be there for any reason other than the airport so adjust expectations accordingly.

Ventajas: The staff was super friendly, it’s such a lovely place for a layover!

Desventajas: We were creeped out by housekeeping knocking on our door at 12:30 past midnight while the DND sign was on and she actually opened the door. Luckily, we had the lock on.

Ventajas: El hotel cumple con su propósito de manera excepcional. Está conectado con el aeropuerto por un pasillo y ofrece servicios indispensables para los viajeros como camas y almohadas cómodas, habitaciones perfectamente insonorizadas, con muy buena iluminación. Baño perfectamente equipado, con zapatillas y albornoz. Todo muy limpio y moderno. Room Service rápido y con un menú muy completo. Personal eficaz, profesional y muy bien entrenado.

Ventajas: The cleanliness. It is the most important quality in a hotel for me.

Desventajas: I was a little sad that only one restaurant was available during my stay. I also was hoping to use the sauna, but found out I was required to pay a fee.

Ventajas: Same as my other says here ... it's the perfect hotel in every way if you are using Terminal 5 - and still the only choice of quality if you are using any of the other terminals.

Desventajas: Room location by the number is very confusing. The first assigned room was in the process of DE fumigation cleaning and obviously was not ready. Thanks to bellman, who was helping with the luggage, he quickly contacted the receptionist and we were redirected to another room... oooops, it was occupied already, only after that we got our room.

Ventajas: Un hotel más nuevo, bastante contemporáneo sin ser chocante. Una habitación bonita que recuerda un poco a la de IKEA. Nos alojamos una noche entre dos vuelos internacionales de más de 10 horas; lo volvería a hacer en un abrir y cerrar de ojos. ¡un personal genial!

Desventajas: El hotel está a unos 800 metros a pie a través de un metro de metal desde la terminal 4 de Heathrow; puede ser un desafío para alguien con movilidad reducida.

Ventajas: Habitaciones modernas y limpias, excelente servicio

Ventajas: El personal de recepción era increíble y acomodaba a todas nuestras necesidades. Las habitaciones eran muy bonitas y todo funcionaba perfectamente bien, muy conveniente está justo al lado de Heathrow.

Ventajas: Conveniencia para la salida temprano y es fácil ir andando a Heatheow Express. Muy limpio, moderno y confortable.

Ventajas: Gran personal, minucioso y atento. Muy bueno si el vuelo sale de la T4.

Desventajas: When i said to cleaner clean my room and be careful about my things i think she tried open the safe , because when i came back to my room i can not open it , i think there were attempts to open it .. please be careful about your cleaners .. i was angry that night ..

Ventajas: The hotel was in a great location for access to T4, was clean with lovely staff and excellent breakfast choices.

Desventajas: nothing!

Desventajas: Check in they tried to make us pay extra to check In early.

Ventajas: Staff at Reception and Concierge, just so friendly and professional, nothing was any trouble for them. They knew their hotel, could make rapid decisions, explained things thoroughly yet succinctly. They were all excellent.

Desventajas: No issues at all.

Ventajas: This was our second visit to this hotel and it didnt disapoint, after a long haul flight from china, this place is like heaven, staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful, the rooms are super and beds so comfortable, the bar area is chilled and the breakfast was great, we will stay again after our next trip next year, highly reccomend

Desventajas: Hard to get to from other terminals. Our ac was not working and with no windows the room was very hot. I phoned reception, they said they would call me back. They called me back nearly 2 hours later, at 1am! Which woke me up when I had a short sleep anyway. Very overpriced.

Ventajas: Room and Staff were excellent. The Hotel in general, was a very pleasant surprise - for an Airport Hotel.

Desventajas: Shame you did not do a basic value for money independent food pub restaurant, to compliment the other food facilities you have there. We could have stayed completely at the Hilton instead of going into Terminal 4 - mind you that was no problem either.

Desventajas: Fridge didn't work. Someone previously left a moldy salad in there. Then I opened drawers to put clothes in and it had two packets of old broken biscuits in there. All drinks in mini bar were warm so had to use their bar instead which was inconvient before flying early next day.

Ventajas: Everything - staff were very pleasant, welcoming and efficient and made it very easy to get to the airport.

Ventajas: clean, efficient and professional. Great night's sleep for a long haul flight the next day.

Ventajas: Our suite which overlooked the runway at the airport was excellent. We had the use of the 3rd floor common room which was a bonus.

Desventajas: We were told in writing that we could check in at 15.00. We arrived spot on time but after much frustration with Reception staff, finally got into our suite at 18.00 . This was a disappointment. The other thing that needs attention is the breakfast in the dining room which was rather poor. We have had better fare in much cheaper hotels.

Ventajas: Not much about this hotel... The staff were nice enough and they give you complimentary tea and coffee.

Desventajas: The hallway was very smelly and dirty. Sheets were not soft and the bed was uncomfortable. All through the night you are woken up by people extending their beds from the seated position the sleeping position. Unless you are staying in terminal 4, the location is awful - there are no early pre-six am shuttle buses or trains to the other terminals so we ended up spending an additional £22 on a Uber to Terminal 2! Ridiculous!

Ventajas: the location being right at the airport is really good. just needed to get into the lift to go check in. Brilliant for early starts. The novelty of the set up is quite cool, and the tv and wifi is good.

Desventajas: the area is a bit rundown and you feel like you are heading into a dungeon when finding your room. Also it is very difficult to find the hotel in the airport premises. it does not have the same level of signage that the other hotels do. you have to use a particular set of lifts other wise you cant find it.

Ventajas: The location is perfect.

Desventajas: Cabins could be a bit bigger.

Ventajas: Staying at Heathrow for an early flight I was very pleased with my accommodation and its location, which was close to the link from Terminal 4 to Terminals 2 and 3. The accommodation was tiny but comfortable and included everything I might have wanted for an overnight pre flight stay.

Desventajas: I found the bed surround a bit difficult to clamber over to get in or out of the bed and I am a reasonably agile person and not overweight.

Ventajas: Tasty breakfast. Nice staff. Great location

Desventajas: Lo increíblemente pequeño!! Solo giraba para pasar de la cama al baño. Y por el mismo precio pude estar en un hotel de verdad y muy cerca.

Ventajas: Close to the airport

Desventajas: The room has an air conditioning that blows cold air directly on your face while you are sleeping. Supposedly one can regulate the temperature but it didnt work for me. After two hours in bed without sleeping because of the noise of the fan and the air in my face I got up got dressed and went to reception to ask the guy to turn down the air. The guy told me that was not possible. I left this morning for my day of meetings without having slept and with a cold. I feel dreadful.

Ventajas: The design, comfort.

Desventajas: There was a peculiar smell that lingered.

Desventajas: Hard to get to late at night. I arrived late at night at terminal 5 and was unable to take terminal shuttle to terminal 4 since shuttles had stopped running. Had to leave airport to use public bus to get back to terminal 4.

Ventajas: Cosy, clean and comfortable - and, of course, inside the airport. A great option for a very early flight!

Desventajas: Not Yotel's fault, but it took me 45 minutes to transfer to terminal 4. I'd recommend going by tube and ignoring the 'free train transfer' option - so much walking and trains only seem to go every half hour.

Ventajas: Excellent facility, accommodating staff & good restaurants!

Desventajas: Not exactly at the terminal, need to pay for the airport shuttle

Ventajas: Great hotel to use as a stopover before a long flight (or after one I imagine). We stayed in the Executive King and the bed was comfortable and shower great. We had some tapas in the restaurant which was nice (aside from the calamari) and a few cocktails which were also nice. The hotel has a few eating options and a bar also which is great when you are not near much else. The transfer service is there but only services Terminal 4 & 5 so isn't of use for other terminals unless you are happy to transfer to the airport train.

Desventajas: Wifi was slow and choppy. Executive Lounge was very disappointing. We chose the Executive King specifically because it had lounge access. We were to arrive at the hotel at 5pm and had planned to use the lounge to have some snacks, a couple of drinks and relax before a 25hr journey back to Australia. This also included breakfast in the lounge. We ended up delayed on our train and didn't arrive until 8:10pm. We were told we missed happy hour by 10 minutes (which was fine in itself as we hadn't only wanted "free" things) however when we went to the lounge at around 8:30pm we learnt that outside of the 6-8pm happy our you cannot purchase drinks, eat, and there are no staff available. The lounge is open until 11pm however drinks/snacks are only served for that 2 hour period. The breakfast was to be frank, dreadful. The juice was off, scrambled eggs watery and flavourless, sausages and bacon looked so bad we didn't eat them, and the fruit not all that fresh. There was a self-serve coffee machine that was not nice. No offer of espresso coffee or staff to be seen. Very disappointing and not the standard we have experienced in other Hilton hotels in Aus etc and other hotel lounges. We are not "snobs" by any means but do not recommend getting and executive room thinking the lounge will be worth it as it was not.

Desventajas: We would have liked a complimentary bottle of water in the room. We had a minibar which was empty apart from a can of lemonade!

Desventajas: Cuando llegué, había un grupo enorme y ruidoso en todo el vestíbulo. No pude encontrar el mostrador de facturación. No podía oír lo que el empleado decía porque el ruido era tan alto. No se podía conseguir WiFi en la habitación, pero no se podía llamar al escritorio porque no había teléfono en la habitación. Intenté volver al vestíbulo para obtener información, pero los juerguistas ruidosos que marchaban en los pasillos me hicieron volver y tratar de dormir un poco.

Ventajas: Perfect location for airport. Shuttle bus transfers to and from hotel Plenty of parking spaces. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very helpful

Ventajas: The smell of the building every time u enter was amazing. The ambiance was fantastic.

Desventajas: Was a bit of a hassle to walk to another room to use the iron. Also there was no telephone ☎️ in the room to reach the front desk. Apart from that, some as excellent.

Ventajas: Good overall

Desventajas: Paid for two breakfasts on arrival only to find that when we came down to take it it was a continental style not an English. Premier Inn English Breakfast was cheaper than Moxy's Continental one! Should have been made clear when offering it when booking in!

Desventajas: No hay servicio de autobús gratuito. Debes pagar una libra británica por un viaje de ida. Nuestro aire acondicionado se rompió en medio de la noche. Largo paseo a cualquier lugar para ver tiendas o restaurantes. Cerca de 1/2 a 1 km caminando. Bien si es un buen día. No tan bueno en los días de frío y lluviosos. Falta personal.

Ventajas: El hotel era genial por la ubicación y el precio. El restaurante estaba encima! La comida y el personal eran excelentes.

Desventajas: Se necesitaron dos días para reparar un inodoro que no funcionaba correctamente. Avisé a la recepción tan pronto como entré en mi habitación y otra vez al despertar a la mañana siguiente. El aparcamiento era extremadamente estrecho y los agujeros son un desafío a no ser que tomes el servicio de transporte.

Ventajas: Volviendo a Estados Unidos desde un viaje europeo, tuvimos que trasladarnos desde Londres Gatwick a Londres Heathrow tarde por la noche y luego salir a la mañana siguiente desde Londres Heathrow. El Hilton Garden Inn era ideal. Está situado cerca de la Terminal 4, y nos dio un buen lugar para alojarse por la noche. El personal es muy servicial.

Ventajas: Nuevo y encantador y un magnífico garden Inn. Cómodo y muy limpio. Personal agradable en el bar y el check-in. Fácil acceso desde la parada de metro Hatton Cross.

Desventajas: Leí en una crítica que el transporte era malo y estoy de acuerdo. Caro , libras 4:50 cada uno. Peor aún fue el maleducado, grosero, INÚTIL cretino que llevaba el autobús. Horrible.

Desventajas: The staff was terrible...we went to dinner last night at the restaurant. The staff never checked on us and the food was terrible

Ventajas: It is close to the airport so convenient enough. There is a shuttle bus that runs every 45 minutes for 5 GBP each and takes around 25 mins to terminal 2 and less for 3 and 4. Good Costa coffee available.

Desventajas: The reception floor wasn't very clean. There is no one to help you with the luggage up your room. The furniture in the rooms could use some renovation. The restaurant in room dining service provided cold food though they charge 5 GBP to bring the food up.

Ventajas: Hotel is located in LHR airport area, but the room was really quiet. The breakfast food selection was great.

Ventajas: Clean rooms and bathroom. Very close to the underground.

Desventajas: Very noisy, could hear everything that went on in the corridor and in the rooms next to ours. Ordered a taxi that was supposed to pick us up for Terminal 2 at 0450 in the morning, but it didn't show up before 0510. That being said, the hotel actually paid the taxi for me once it showed up.

Ventajas: Convenience

Ventajas: Close to Haton Cross tube station with reasonably priced parking, smallish room but adequate , well soundproofed and very clean. No complaints

Ventajas: Always a pleasure staying here.

Desventajas: The down side was no breakfast was provided for early morning departures and a breakfast grab bag would have been a good alternative.

Ventajas: Excellent location, very good breakfast and helpful staff.

Ventajas: The staffs are very friendly, and they give us a additional bed for my child for free. Printer is available for free too. The only thing I complain about is the location, if you don’t travel by car the bus is not very convenient.

Ventajas: Excellent Thai restaurant directly across the road

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: The hotel is a very good location fora stopover in London, when arriving and departing from Heathrow T5. The room was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom is good, but the shower is inside the bathtube. Very good personnel.

Desventajas: Negative item is the restaurant: it closes too early (11 pm). But the breakfast is very good! The most negative item is the transfer from T5 to the Hotel and back. They do not provide it! But, you can ask the hotel to call a taxi to pick you up after your arrival, and to take you to T5, before your departure. Important: Taxis at the Airport are thieves! They will charge you "a fixed price" of 25,00 to 35,00 POUNDS fora 10 minutes ride! Do not take the airport taxis!

Ventajas: Espacio de habitacion

Desventajas: The stealth extra costs- car parking, expensive bus transport to T5 that stopped around 11pm requiring hugely expensive taxi instead. Wouldn’t use it again to hop in and out of London.

Ventajas: The service was absolutely fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really made my stay a pleasure.

Desventajas: The public areas are fairly basic but for the price I paid, we’re completely acceptable.

Ventajas: I liked their bed and the bsthroom is modern and spacious. However the shower is always regulated, so you can't enjoy a hot shower. I like the fact the the time you arrive in your room, there is a cold bottle of water wsit8ng for you in the fridge in the room.

Desventajas: I didn't like the fact that, the fast thing you experience is your shoes sticking on the room floor, indicating dirty floor. When you remove your shoes, whether your socks or your feet becomes dirty immediately. I personally had to use one of the towels to to clean around where we are walking. You can see some dust around the bedside Chester of drawer. The house keeper need to do their job. I would urge the management to go around and check the room cleaners. Otherwise. The breakfast ordering service is outraged, breakfast buffet is quick and gives customer chance to eat what they want and also reduces the time spent ordering as if you are in a restaurant. If the own thinks he is saving, I think he should calculate the pay for staff who do the cooking and the service.

Ventajas: The room and bathroom were very good size, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good but I prefer a buffet. The location was very convenient, as I had a flight the next morning. The garden was very nice.

Desventajas: Perhaps a buffet for breakfast.

Ventajas: Secure site within a gated area, set back from main road with an open garden so atmosphere is relaxed. Care and attention from staff was excellent. Spacious room and a comfortable sleep. A nice bonus to have a small fridge in the room. On a bus route and very close to main A-roads so access was not a problem. Good pub/restaurant immediately across the road for dinner.

Desventajas: Finding the driveway was difficult on the first visit as we missed the small B&B sign. Some areas of the room have been upgraded e.g. bedding and upholstery, whilst others need some attention e.g. replacing discoloured sealant around shower unit - it seemed clean, just old.

Ventajas: Very quiet, slept really well, breakfast a little disappointing as there is no bacon or pork sausages so had scrambled egg on toast but it was very dry and not fluffy at all. The signage for the guest house is easily missed as there is just a small B&B sign on a lamppost. the car parking was very secure and we had a nice meal at the pub just off the mini roundabout which was a couple of minutes walk.

Desventajas: Not having a full English on the menu, and immediate area a little run down with a closed down pub at the entrance to the property

Ventajas: Nice hot shower. Secure parking.

Desventajas: No complaints but 3 star accomadation not 4 good size secluded garden but no flowers and a little neglected

Ventajas: Comfort cleanliness staff and secure. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff and Manager

Desventajas: Sat navigation directed us perfectly, "you have reached your destination" was announced. Unfortunately, it was late and dark and we failed to notice the secluded lane and entrance. we phoned for further directions the manager came out onto the street to meet and greet Respectfully suggest a sign or banner if Planning officers allow. For ease of access when we next VISIT, turn sharp left up lane about 2mtrs from speed cushion on highway

Ventajas: Great value for money clean tidy food was great and the staff are lovely 100% recommended

Ventajas: There was a pleasant garden. GOOD breakfast.clean bedding. Nice shower. Good security for the area . Problems were sorted .

Desventajas: Hairs on clean towels . Lock was very loose on room door so our room changed by owner. Bedside table light was not working in my Mums room. Dirty cup and saucer in my Mums room which I changed.

Desventajas: No hay ventanas en la habitación excepto una pequeña ventana en el techo. Los pasillos eran como un laberinto. No hay servicio de transporte gratuito desde y hacia el aeropuerto (hay que esperar al autobús del aeropuerto) y pagar 6 libras por persona.

Ventajas: El personal era de primera categoría. Todos fueron muy amables e hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable.

Desventajas: The music from the lounge was so loud that my room vibrated... lasted until 1am.. for a weary traveler on a connecting flight it was difficult to sleep.

Desventajas: Info on getting to the hotel needs to be made more accessible. Really unclear in Heathrow how to get to the transit buses, also that they cost more than a taxi would if there’s two or more in a party.

Ventajas: This hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated across from Heathrow Airport. And the restaurant offers really delicious food at a really reasonable price.

Desventajas: En su anuncio no dejan claro que no está dentro de l terminal y llegar ha sido muy difícil. Más a más, no es un hotel barato por lo que deberían incluir el servicio de transporte a la terminal.

Desventajas: I booked because it was so close to the airport and had an overnight layover. In the morning, I came down to get a taxi and was told it would be 45 mins! I ended up downloading Uber and it took about 20 mins but this is something that DEFINITELY should have been warned about when checking in (considering my plane ended up taking off about 400 meters from the hotel).

Desventajas: Bed too hard and uncomfortable Breakfast poor ; whilst plentiful and a very good choice we found the chicken cooked breakfast low quality , dry and rather tasteless which i found unusual for a Novotel where the food quality is usually to a high standard

Ventajas: Good location for flights from Heathrow. Evening food was ok.

Desventajas: Cooked breakfast not available early in the morning, this should be made clear. If you have paid for breakfast and have an early flight you may be disappointed with cold meats/carrots/cheese, etc. Absolutely nowhere to park when we arrived, had to wait a long while for someone to leave.

Ventajas: Nice, spacious room - standard double (single occupancy). Very comfortable bed. Close to Heathrow. Good breakfast.

Desventajas: Impersonal check-in with very little information given. The conference facilities were being used by a group - reverberating bass music went on until just after midnight! The idea of having a great night’s sleep prior to a non-stop 16 hour flight to Australia was therefore not realised. Interestingly, I did not hear any plane noise despite jets taking off every 2 minutes less than 1km away! I did have an internal room overlooking the bar area (or maybe the loud music drowned them out!)

Desventajas: Car park £12.50. Barman kept disappearing. Only 3 in the bar and I had to wait.

Ventajas: Hotel tranquilo para pasar una noche cerca del aeropuerto eso sí, tener en cuenta que solamente se puede alcanzar el aeropuerto con medios públicos (bus o taxi) pero nunca a pie.

Desventajas: que saltó la alarma anti incendio dos veces y en la segunda tuve que desalojar la habitación. En ambos casos fue un defecto de la alarma

Ventajas: Very close to the rental car location for drop off the next morning.

Ventajas: Location perfect for us, as seeing family close by . Felt welcomed by staff at reception, and also in restaurant , which we used for Dinner and Breakfast . Service was excellent and staff friendly . Food excellent quality . Buffet breakfast was excellent selection of hot food and cold . Added bonus of very good parking facilities at hotel , which was chargeable , but at least secure for the night . Would stay again .

Desventajas: Wifi and electricity went out. Owner claimed it was b/c there were cracks in the bathroom floor and d spots of water leaked onto wires. Reset the system but the wifi nor the electricity came back on. Not worth the 115 I paid for one night.

Ventajas: The room wasn’t really small! This was unexpected. But the host was warm, friendly and very helpful. In fact we got cold and he gave us another heater. Very kind person.

Ventajas: Very safe car park with a lock gate, clean and friendly!!! Definitely will use them again

Ventajas: Only 10 mins by public transport to T5. (The hotel hoppa H55 from next doort takes 20 mins). Warm, clean and cosy hotel throughout. Very friendly helpful owners. Easy to find. Adequate Parking around back. Excellent value for money for what you get.

Ventajas: The room was clean with a nice decor. Everything was in good order. The restaurant there was nice and had a good selection.

Desventajas: The hotel is located close to the international terminal so I feel as though they should expect international travelers. The cash machine only worked for people that were from Britain so in order to get cash we had to go somewhere else. Also, I would have liked to have washcloths in the bathrooms.

Ventajas: Nothing. Seriously could not think of a benefit if you paid me to do it.

Desventajas: Not just dirty but absolutely FILTHY. I am a man, I have served in the army. I am not squeamish about some dirt but this was vile. I think there were not cockroaches because even they decided it was too much for them. The guys were so rude its indescribable. I lack the words. On top of it he just lay on a very thick Indian/Pakistani accent and pretended to speak less and less English as soon as we tried to complain whereas his accent and language level was fine at the start of the conversation. We booked a double ensuite and they tried to give us a twin with a shared bathroom. They "explained" it was the last room and we could take it or leave it (this is at 2am). We refused, got up and left and when all the hotels in the area were booked out because of the Munich airport shutting down we chose to drive 3 hours back to Nottingham directly instead of the sleep in London, walk around and travel in the morning as we had planned.
