Ventajas: Very clean and secure. Unstaffed but good clear instructions sent by email and around the property. Convenient location close to the tube but not too hectic. Would definitely come back.

Ventajas: Great location...

Desventajas: ... but let down by the obvious corners cut in construction, such as the lack of shaver socket and the decision to not fill the hole in the floor of our room prior to laying laminate flooring over the top. While I understand the use of mattress protectors (most hotels use them), the management would have been better placed selecting a version that did not incorporate a layer of plastic, which makes for a very uncomfortable night's sleep, even on a cool night.

Ventajas: Great location, handy to transport. Nice sized bathroom. Clean!

Desventajas: Compact room so not much space for suitcases. No tea towels or dishcloth provided for doing the dishes.

Ventajas: Nice large room, clean, all entry electronic, you do not see a member of staff

Ventajas: The location in terms of its relation with the tube stations is somewhat superb if you are not dragging a heavy case along. The fridge & the kitchen are greatly appreciated. The shower room is specious.

Desventajas: The check-in time of 14:00 seems to be understood differently from other ordinary hotels, i.e. something inflexible, and I wished I had been warned somehow. I arrived 15 min earlier, found no doors would open, was told over the phone that somebody would come to help and nobody actually did. Everything worked at 14:01. The areas where you need to be cautious about narrow, steep stairs as well as coding of door opening, are too dim. Wished the room had a little more space but tried convince myself, given it's London. The housekeeping ladies seemed, although delivering a good job, to use their linguistic obstacle as a tool of avoiding complications.

Ventajas: Location is fantastic. Right opposite the Grove pub, and local shops. Very easy and convenient walk to Hammersmith station. Overall, this is a nice street with lots of amenities. The WiFi and facilities like the laundry room were all easily accessible and well-maintained. Staff polite and unobtrusive. Location would be the biggest draw for me to book here again.

Desventajas: The size of the room for 2 people is pretty tight. Also a few design choices in the room were a bit annoying. For example the bathroom has a pretty artsy glazed door. This looks great. However, I tend to leave for work a lot earlier than my wife and when I turn on the light in the bathroom, it is enough to wake her, even through the closed door.

Ventajas: Very helpful staff and great location.

Desventajas: No A/C

Ventajas: Ubicación buena en una zona tranquila, con muy buena conexión en metro al centro. Cama muy cómoda. Cocina limpia y muy bien equipada. Recepción a unos metros en la misma calle con una atención al publico extraordinaria, muy profesionales y además en Español.

Desventajas: Quizás una pequeña cafetera tipo Italiana para hacer un desayuno Matricula de Honor.

Ventajas: Stylish accommodation which was clean and comfortable. It was in a quiet location yet close to all amenities

Ventajas: Clean room, very comfortable. Nice shower, the bed is great, did sleep very well. The welcome enveloppe was very nice. Fortunately i brougth my earplugs. Needed because some guests in room above me are walking very loud in the room. It seemed like they were walking a marathon or something like that... But hotel can't help that. No airconditioning so it can be very warm in the room, but you have a ventilator in the room, that helped. Location is close to Hammersmith tube station, very good connection with al the parts in London.

Desventajas: Bit noisy, you can hear the neighbours above you when they are walking and talking very loud. Bring earplugs.

Ventajas: Todo era genial!

Ventajas: The room, the bathroom, the bedding and everywhere was very clean. Bed very comfortable, nice to have mini fridge in room too. Lovely power shower as well! Great location, close to shopping centre, pubs, eateries, bakeries and delis selling traditional fare and Bush Hall, which is where I went Friday night.

Desventajas: It was all good

Ventajas: La habitación era amplia. El baño grande y la ducha muy cómoda y espaciosa. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas. La cama muy cómoda. Hay restaurantes cerca y un centro comercial con las mejores marcas a la vuelta.

Desventajas: Entraba luz en la habitación, el black out no era suficiente. No tiene ascensor, pero el personal ayudó siempre con el equipaje. El barrio es lindo, aunque esta un poco alejado de las atracciones de Londres. Sin embargo, la estación de metro está al lado del hotel, por lo que se puede llegar a ellas en pocos minutos.

Ventajas: Close to venue for concert and loads of places to eat. Very comfortable in shepherd bush

Desventajas: Building work being done outside but no biggy as wasn't really in the room

Ventajas: Most ideal place to stay local for a few days. Brilliant!

Ventajas: initially dubious about the level access shower as the whole floor usually ends up soaking but this was not the case - brilliant shower. Bed and bedding very comfortable. the room was exactly the same as in the pictures on the website. would highly recommend. room was also quiet and air-conditioning worked fine.

Desventajas: The internet is not secure, they give you a password etc. but when checking it, device states it is not secure. I did highlight this but was told it was secure - but is was not as it did not even have the padlock next to it. Limited Freeview on the TV, which I did not understand as it is 'free' so should only need tuning in?

Ventajas: The location was absolutely amazing so central to everything...... right next door to the underground so no long walk after busy day out in London .AND 5 minute walk to the Westfield shopping centre was an extra bonus. Hotel was beautifully decorated ....with lovely extras ie complimentary water , biscuits and toiletries Would def stay again .

Desventajas: Room was a little to warm ....

Ventajas: Location, facilities, room cleanliness, absolutely immaculate. Easy wifi. No hassle.

Desventajas: Room was a bit small but it is london so it was standard for the location.

Ventajas: Great location for the purposes I was in aLondon.

Desventajas: There was a problem with the key for my door and I was not happy with that but the problem was resolved the second day. Otherwise everything else was excellent. I have a knee problem and the stairs were a struggle but that’s the way it is.

Ventajas: The location is excellent. The rooms comfortable.

Ventajas: right next to tube, busy area and bit noisy at night but bed so comfy I slept well. staff were so friendly and helpful, with special mention to wonderful hotel employeee

Desventajas: no food served but not a problem as plenty of places nearby including massive westfield centre

Ventajas: A total surprise and little gem in the heart of Shepherds Bush. Decor excellent and very clean. Staff friendly

Desventajas: Not a negative but we were on the 4th floor and lots of steps

Ventajas: Customer services was exceptional. Room was very adequate offering everything you needed for exploring the local area and central London.

Desventajas: Room was a little comfortable but, die to the renovations happening it was understandable.

Ventajas: The hotel is true to form, tiny rooms that are well thought out to optimize every last inch of space. They even managed to squeeze in a table and swivel chair which was an unexpected bonus. The beds are comfortable, you are given a choice of pillows and you can rest assured that no sound or light with filter through. Breakfast was tolerable but the room where it is served a depressing start to the day.

Desventajas: The staff were pleasant but no more, not what I would call a warm welcome from the front desk. I came back in the evening to find hairs dotted on my bedspread. How did they get there?

Ventajas: La ubicación es mejor de lo esperado: todo mucho más disponible de lo que pensaba. La habitación tiene un tamaño muy bueno, mucho mayor de lo esperado. El desayuno incluye opciones sin gluten buenas.

Ventajas: A distancia caminable de dos estaciones de subterráneo. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Cuenta con cajas de seguridad individuales en la recepción. Lo mejor: el pub "the plough and Harrow" que está adelante del hotel. Tiene variedad de comidas a buen precio.

Desventajas: Hay que pagar la estadía completa al momento del check in. La habitación es amplia pero hay poco lugar para guardar la ropa en la habitación (6 perchas, un par de estantes y un catre para la maleta)

Ventajas: Close to shops and underground so great location, friendly staff, comfy room and an excellent breakfast.

Desventajas: You could tell it was a bit tired but work is being done to improve this which will make this hotel a lot nicer. The door keys were very temperamental but I expect this will be addressed with the renovations (hopefully!)

Ventajas: Very small room and very uncomfortable extra bed, extra bed has unsafe iron rings which did hurt my knees.

Desventajas: No value for money and very uncomfortable extra bed with no appreciation for guest safety. Room was super small

Ventajas: We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is in a good location, clean and comfortable. The rooms are compact so if you have a lot of luggage there won't be much room to move around. Everything you need for breakfast is available with tea making facilities in the room.

Desventajas: Two luggage racks would have been appreciated.

Desventajas: Looks to be so that breakfast in Holiday Inn Express has changed and not for good. Variety is very limited and quality just and just can you say it's average. Coffee was terrible.

Ventajas: Room was clean modern and comfortable, ideally located for the tube station, the reception staff were very friendly and helpul.

Desventajas: Breakfast could have been better some of the cooked items were not hot

Ventajas: Great location easy to get around all areas of London, breakfast basic but more than enough to set you up for the day, friendly staff.

Desventajas: Bedroom door left open by housekeeping, noise from pub next door but level would depend on what side of hotel your room is on

Ventajas: THE PLACE IS JUST SO EFFICIENT

Desventajas: NOTHING

Ventajas: Good location, good wifi, comfortable bed, spacious room.

Desventajas: Bathroom not so comfortable. But okay here’s the main thing, I got Bedbugs in my jacket after i hung it on the coat hangers. This is my biggest regret about choosing this hotel.

Ventajas: The location which was a short walk from the underground was great. We were able to get into downtown London in about 15 minutes. There were plenty of places to eat, too.

Desventajas: We came on a Friday and the Friday night revellers were out all night partying which alerted the police. We had a hard time falling asleep due to the constant sirens blaring, but that's not the hotel's fault. Other than that, everything was great.

Ventajas: Jolanda from Naples greeted us warmly and made the stay worthwhile.

Desventajas: Perfect for the occasion.

Ventajas: The staff were brilliant at check in. Cleanliness 10/10. Massage brilliant! Great spa slightly small. Parking on site always a bonus. Breakfast im bed very tasty.

Desventajas: The bed in our room was very uncomfortable especially the pillows they were like concrete. The customer service for the breakfast in bed slight disaster, Spilt drinks and 3-4 journeys to the room to resolve. Valet isnt 24/7 we turned up late at night and couldn’t get into car park. Took a walk in the rain and into reception to get someone to open the carpark and spaces very small and few.

Ventajas: The spa was amazing! So clean and very few people, so very relaxing! The room and lobby were so clean and very well decorated

Desventajas: A discretionary service charge was added to all payments made which I found slightly rude and unnecessary. Also the chlorine was too high in the spa, our eyes were stinging often, very painful!

Ventajas: Cama maravillosa, habitación y baños muy amplios, no hace falta llevar conversadores de corriente ya que hay 4 puertos usb para cargar cualquier tipo de teléfono, baterías etc

Ventajas: Staff were incredibly friendly, great deals on Spa if you’re staying at the hotel. Very clean.

Desventajas: Lots of things a bit run down/broken. Quite nosey and showers were rubbish.

Ventajas: Beds were comfy and the gym was great!

Desventajas: You had to pay an extra fee to use the spa facilities.

Ventajas: Very great , lovely place to stay

Desventajas: The bar staff (not from UK so could be forgiven for confusion) then reception (same) refused to take perfectly legal STERLING in the form of Scottish bank notes. Sterling is sterling, not matter whether it is from Scotland or Northern Ireland. Scotland being a part of the UK and using the same currency as London. Staff need to be educated in this. They said it was a directive from head office, so maybe it’s they who need to be educated. My bill was passed under the fluorescent light and shown to be legal and was still not accepted. This is not on, sort it out.

Ventajas: The bed was comfy and big! Room was also super spacious for London hotels
