Los camareros son muy adecuados y la comida era fabulosa.

It was a fantastic experience and I considered it value for money despite some eye watering prices , the staff are very friendly and great fun . Ventajas: Servicio de habitaciones para el desayuno (ya que el restaurante no estaba abierto antes de salir).
Desventajas: Todo lo demás - personal cortés, pero muy poco servicial a la hora de resolver problemas y hacer que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos. Servicio lento - la habitación no estaba disponible a tiempo - las vistas desde la habitación eran a las tuberías de vapor. Una de mis estancias más decepcionantes en comparación con las expectativas (y visito Londres 6-10 veces anualmente).
La habitación era vieja (estaba limpia) y no estaba actualizada para ser un hotel de lujo.

Desventajas: Veníamos del Savoy , donde en la habitación había cafetera Nesspreso con cápsulas y tetera con diferentes té.. y en la habitación del Ritz no había ni plancha, ni adaptador de corriente para extranjeros , ni cafetera ni tetera y faltaban enchufes al lado de la cama para cargar móviles .. nos esperábamos mucho más

Ventajas: The room was well set out with an extra bed for a 3rd adult. The beds were all comfortable and the sound proofing was excellent so we all got a good nights sleep. Useful in room safe and tea/ coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent with a wide ranging fresh buffet and hot food cooked to order. The best thing however was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special as my daughter celebrated her 21st birthday. They arranged a bottle of Prosseco and chocolate strawberries as well as a card and balloons! Fantastic and huge thanks go to Beth and Kostatin for all their care and attention. The restaurant was also excellent, a new experience for us to have Peruvian food and the staff were helpful with reccommendations.

Ventajas: We were surprised by the quality of breakfast especially as the breakfast area was quite small but everything was so fresh and flavourful and of a really high standard. They kept replenishing the breakfast area as well. We really enjoyed our stay and ended up staying in our room longer than we thought as we had a terrace and everything was so nice and comfortable. Really liked the bar area too.

Desventajas: I didn't like the perfume pumped through the air-con in the corridors and bedrooms. Infact we had to be moved as I suffer from asthma and it was effecting my breathing to a none perfumed floor (5) and room. The corridors are too dark, felt like a ship..

Ventajas: We were surprised by the quality of breakfast especially as the breakfast area was quite small but everything was so fresh and flavourful and of a really high standard. They kept replenishing the breakfast area as well. We really enjoyed our stay and ended up staying in our room longer than we thought as we had a terrace and everything was so nice and comfortable. Really liked the bar area too.

The Square and surrounding area was extremely crowded, but the hotel somehow felt like an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle. The bed, pillows and shower were great! We chose the breakfast included option, and felt like that was a good value. Breakfast was much more than just the standard Continental fare; there were hot items available as well. Lastly, all the staff was friendly and helpful!

All of the staff were quite pleasant. This hotel seemed to be a great meeting place for "locals," as they did have a private party that was attended by 40 to 50 people. Also, it seems to attract young professionals (mid "20s to 30s")!

The check in staff did not advise that reservations were necessary for the rooftop bar - our 3 guests arrived, my husband requested the lift they called up & said it was ok. When my husband & guests got to the rooftop, they were seated in the restaurant. I managed to get it sorted out & we were “squeezed” in - very embarrassing. Your staff needs to advise hotel guests that RESERVATIONS are required.

Desventajas: Value for money - this hotel was similarly priced to 5 star London hotels but it does not deliver a similar experience. Housekeeping consisted of having the bed made (no turn down service or tidying). Poor hairdryer and minibar (they’ve opted for an ‘all inclusive’ style minibar which consists of water and Coca Cola, no snacks at all - would rather a chargeable bar with wider selection if that is how the hotel intends to play it). Breakfast is weird - they have a buffet and a la carte style (all a la carte items are charged additionally - fine but not fine to charge for a cappuccino or any other type of coffee that is not filter).

Desventajas: The pillows were "thin!" We had to use two...such a pity, especially when the beds were super comfortable, and all other amenities so pleasing! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was NOT worth the $25 to $30 that it cost, there was nothing exceptional about it! But the other meals were enjoyable.

Desde el momento en que entras por la puerta, la atención al cliente es absolutamente impecable, que realmente se preocupan por ti y saber acerca de ti, recuerda que es muy bonito sentir que, especialmente después de las 12 horas de viaje en 8 zonas horarias para llegar allí. He was very nice, considerate : he offered water, drinks, a blanket and made sure I get a room as FAST as he could. THE VALLET GUY EVERY MORNING IS JUST F A N T A S T I C It is sad that construction works are blocking the road towards your hotel. It adds nothing in terms of style and is outdated) -No bar or restaurant although they provide places locally to get a bite to eat. -The hotel is split into two parts and the hallways are so dark you can get a bit lost.

Ventajas: La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, muy discreta y a la vez muy cerca de todo. Puedes ir caminando a los mejores restaurantes de Mayfair sin necesidad de taxi o uber. El personal del hotel muy atento y educado. El hotel está muy limpio, la habitación y el baño estaban en perfecto estado, muy nuevo y cuidado.
Desventajas: NO PUDE DORMIR NADA porque por debajo del hotel pasa el metro cada y 15 minutos hay una vibración y un sonido horrible!!! Además, el lunes por la mañana a las 8.30am me desperté con un ruido terrible ya que en la calle hacia donde daba mi habitación estaban haciendo obras y comenzaron a taladrar durante toda la mañana. Tuve que recoger e irme de la habitación. Pienso que tenían que habérmelo comentado cuando hice el check in ya que habría escogido otra habitación más silenciosa, la verdad que todo lo positivo que tenía el hotel desapareció con esta pésima experiencia. Cuando me quejé en el check out lo único que me dijeron fue que la próxima vez me asegure de pedir una habitación en otro piso!!! Y no me hicieron pagar un chocolate que había cogido mi hermana del minibar... sinceramente me esperaba mucho más por parte del hotel.

La ubicación no puede ser mejor: Caminé hasta el Museo Británico en menos de media hora, y justo a la vuelta de la esquina del Teatro para fantasmas De Su Majest. Ventajas: The location was excellent as it was within walking distance of my meeting in the day. I didn't arrive until 9:30pm and the staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. My room was basic, but clean and had everything I needed including water, tea and coffee. Really pleased and will recommend. I will definitely look to stay here when I next need accommodation in London (most months)

Desventajas: La razón que las habitaciones son asequibles es porque las habitaciones son pequeñas. En verdad pequeñas ... como en su cama abarca toda la distancia de una pared. No hay armario, y a menos que tengas una de las habitaciones más grandes tendrás que poner tu equipaje en el suelo ya que no hay para dejar el equipaje. Eso es un reto porque la planta es realmente el camino desde la zona de la cama para el baño, así que tendrás que caminar por tu propio equipaje.
Si eres un viajero de negocios y necesita espacio de recepción es muy limitado o ausente. Tuve una habitación con un pequeño escritorio y otro donde tuve que usar la mesilla y un escritorio.
Las habitaciones son relativamente oscuras, incluso si las ventanas están abiertas porque se abren a una estrecha luz/patio. Tal vez hay más luz en los niveles más altos.

After we settled into our room we went up to the Rooftop bar and enjoyed a cool drink and enjoyed a fantastic view. We returned later in the evening and had tapas and another drink before heading out to see a show. The hotel was in a good location, not far from transport services. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing a problem.

Desventajas: We paid £280 for one night in a small box room. There was no privacy in the bathroom, with only a frosted glass partition divide to the bedroom. This may be ok for singles and the younger generation, but I wouldn't recommend for mature or senior guests. Only one lift was working, which meant quite a cue in reception. The hotel promotes their skyline restaurant , it wasn't that clean, service was average and breakfast was very expensive. The next time we book a hotel in London I will make sure we have a room with a private bathroom / en suite. Very degrading

Ventajas: Perfect and unusual location right in the middle of the West End theatre district. The welcome was friendly, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Desventajas: I had to walk down 8 flights of stairs from the restaurant because the lift was not working (better down than up!). The hotel interior is still under construction on the upper floors but I felt guests were quite well insulated agains it.

There’s a nice bar upstairs, but you can’t take your drink back to your room to not watch your TV. It’s budget in the extreme, which is fine, but when you pay more than £300 for a night because who knows what is going on in London and all the hotels are insane prices, £300 is a lot of money for budget. Will NOT be returning.

Ventajas: Stellar location, friendly staff on check-in and a fantastic view from the 10th floor bar. Room was small but clean and fairly well-appointed with funky decor.
Desventajas: Odd plastic coating to the carpets in the corridor, at least on the 6th floor where I was! I arrived tired and hungry at 10pm and there was no food to be had at all in the hotel. Had to go to a burger place opposite! The shower head (not the rainfall one above; the hand-held attachment) was slightly broken at the base spraying water out at an odd angle.

Ventajas: La ubicacion muy buena el baño que cerraba la puerta. Usualmente las puertas en el baño son transparentes esta era corrediza y daba algo de privacidad lo cual es un poco dificil conseguir en hoteles en Londres
Desventajas: La puerta del baño a pesar de ser una puerta corrediza que tapa completo no tenia como poner candado. Usualmente valoramos nuestra privacidad. Adicional en el baño hacen falta estantes para poner los articulos de baño que uno lleva, pero fuera de eso muy bueno. No tiene Television en el cuarto, aunque hay personas que no quieren verla es una buena distraccion y adicional se pueden ver las noticias en este caso no teniamos tv.

Desventajas: There was a smell in the hallway on the 9th floor, nothing bad and I think the carpet was being cleaned in the morning to sort. Could of done with Coffee machine in room and dressing table as a lot of unused space could have been used.

Desventajas: There was no window in our bedroom and although there was a small opening window in the adjacent study nook, it felt quite claustrophobic. (The staff did their best by providing a small fan for air circulation.) The air conditioning unit was very noisy, but nothing that ear plugs didn’t fix.

Ventajas: The W Hotel is in a very central location in London - right in the heart of Chinatown and it's surroundings. We expected it to be quite loud but found the hotel to be extremely quiet and comfortable during our stay there. The hotel has a very funky vibe and is suited to travellers who don't mind being in the heart of the action and looking for a modern hotel. The room was comfortable and had all the modern conveniences one would expect from a hotel of W's size. Overall, a pretty good stay!

Desventajas: El desayuno para lo que cobran no me parece los suficientemente variado en cuanto a bollería, es cierto que tenían muchos productos de yogures, fruta y zumos de verduras y demás, pero bollería tenía cuatro bollos, en otros hoteles en los que he estado de la misma categoría había más variedad de dulce, además de los clásicos croissants y caracolas, tenían tartas. Aquí encuentras tres tipos de bollería. Por la noche en la habitación hacía demasiado calor a pesar de tener la calefacción apagada. El resto fenomenal.

Desventajas: W hotel always have party during the weekend! The room is quiet still! But you can feel the hotel is “busy” during the party time. Also, no bath in the room, which is a bit weird for this price’. Shower room very small.

Desventajas: Although I knew the rooms were very small there was lack of storage. A suggestion in your next renovation that drawers could be placed under bed. Also more hooks on wall and glass partition for additional hanging space.

Desventajas: Well it is what it is. Very small pod rooms. Think large sleeper train compartment size. I don’t think a heavy tall bloke would even fit into the room I had. Shower was very good and actually plenty of room unlike the rest of the pod. Sep loo and sink very cramped. Like thousands of others I will book again. But if you are 6.2 Rugby build or above beware of room size.

Ventajas: SoHostel is brilliantly located for getting around London using public transport and close to many of the big tourist attractions, tourism services and top shopping destinations like Oxford St, Regent St and Carnaby St. The private room I had was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were cleaned throughout the day and spotless. Staff were very helpful especially with luggage when the lift was out of order. Common area/ pub was cheery and the breakfast included was really good value. Dinner menu was wholesome, good size portions and also good value. I also liked the fact that there were a decent number of vegetarian options - and that there is a Tesco and a Boots really nearby for any other needs.

Desventajas: All doors were closing very noisy. They should be repaired. For this reason, we cant sleep first night of our stay and we bought earplug. We booked double room but not feel comfortable only for this reason. Also, I think, double rooms should be located further away from crowded dormitories.

Desventajas: Bunk beds extremely noisy so pretty much if you have some that moves a lot/ toilet during the night you’ll definitely wake up with them. In addition, they clean the bathrooms/ toilets during peak hours in the morning so get prepared to queuing up.

Desventajas: the breakfast pancakes and waffles, the room scent too strong in lobby, horrible elevator music playing all over the hotel, worn down interior, lamps that didn't work, the door had been painted so many times it was hard to open and close without using a lot of force. The hotel just doesn't feel luxurious at all.

Desventajas: La habitación era tan pequeña (literalmente cama de pared a pared) que no había dónde poner nada. Estaba viajando con mi hija, así que compartir una cama no era ideal. Nos pusieron en una habitación del sótano sin ventana, así que estaba oscuro, lo cual estaba bien para dormir, pero parecía peligroso si hubiera un incendio y hubiera sido un poco deprimente si hubiéramos querido estar más en la habitación.

Ventajas: I have stayed in Mimis many times. I like the location very much, close to nice restaurants which are still open when I finish work.
Desventajas: The size of the rooms is fine. I find them cosy and generally sleep very well, which is one of the reasons I choose to stay there. In fact this room was a little large than normal. However on this occasion there were several issues which caused me a big problem - I essentially got no sleep at all: (i) the thermostat seemed broken causing fluctuations in temperature; (ii) the walls were very thin and I could hear the neighbour performing all of his/her bathroom functions, including regular vomiting; (iii) the light switches were broken and there was no way to turn off all the lights. The lights were on all night.

Desventajas: 3rd stay here and can't believe how it has deteriorated. Majority of staff came across very unhappy and unfriendly. Service at breakfast was non existent, no offer of coffee , had to ask for food to be restocked at the hot buffet. Dining area was dirty especially on tables and chairs . Paid for a bigger room which was lovely but were not told bathroom was set up for disabled use ,which is great to see but takes the edge of a bit of luxury when spending that bit more. Burnt my head as shower kept fluctuating in temperature to the extreme,which is very concerning if it is being used by anyone with a disability. Couldn't get signal on the TV.

Desventajas: When I arrived at 10 am I asked for early check-in as I had requested by mail and phone already, invoking business meetings at noon for which I had to shower and dress and the fact that I was going to leave at 6 am the next day and would thus occupy the room less than 24h. The answer was a stereotype "we have no availability now, have to put you on waiting list, cannot guarantee you will get a room before 14h". Only when I insisted, mentioning that someone had just checked out in front of me and that it would certainly not take more than an hour to make up that room and that otherwise I would have to look further and cancel my reservation did the staff take the "trouble" of calling housekeeping. And - surprise - there were actually two nice rooms free and ready on the top floor ! Afterwards the staff became very friendly and accomodating though, allowing me to have my breakfast (which was included) on the day of arrival rather than of the departure which would have been too early. Desventajas: No es un hotel de 5 estrellas, quizás tres. Mi habitación no parecía en las fotos, pero estaba bastante pasada de moda con alfombra sucia, armarios rotos y manchas de agua en el techo del baño.

Desventajas: Lack of information about what is available in hotel - there's a spa brochure in the room (which wasn't relevant for me) but no info about the restaurants, what time breakfast is served and where etc etc). Got to our room and the minibar was empty so had to phone room service for a bottle of water. Extremely grumpy concierge came up with it, complaining that it wasn't his job but there was no-one else around. While he was there we asked him if he could look at the TV which didn't work. At first he said that in the room refurb they must have forgotten to connect the television. After ages, he found something behind the TV which enabled him to turn it on. I have honestly not ever met such a grumpy person working in a hotel! In addition to all this, the room (particularly the bathroom) wasn't very clean. And the shower was just a trickle. Not good enough for £279 per night...

Desventajas: Hmmm.... 1st room - smelled of paint, had no furniture and planks of wood on the floor. 2nd room - had more body fluid on the sofa than material, stunk of smoke, and genuinely looked like a shag den. 3rd room - was shabby, had light fittings missing, electrics hanging off the wall. Looked like the bailiffs had been in and removed stuff ! 4th room - perfect.... now why was it so difficult to have not got it right in the first place. Staff didnt really care. Had no interest in getting it right, had to repeat ourselves constantly as new staff came on. No offer of compensation or a sorry !! Very disappointed and we were a returning customer
