Ventajas: The staff were fantastic, very friendly and professional. The hotel wad in the perfect location and was of a fantastic standard.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Breakfast was very nice good selection. Nice aspect on the mezzanine floor not crowded. Nice bar and lounge area after a show for drinks and snacks.

Ventajas: Excellent service, the staff went the extra mile to make our stay really special

Desventajas: Que el desayuno fuese a la carta, no tener buffet de desayuno no me parece bien, eran un poco estrictos con los menús del desayuno, no se podían ajustar a nuestros gustos al ser a la carta, cosa que se resuelve con un buffet.

Ventajas: Bed was so comfortable . Staff exceptional

Desventajas: El tiempo de espera para todo fue extremadamente lento. Un pedido de alimentos podría tardar más de 90 minutos en ser entregado. Las habitaciones no eran una prueba de sonido que se podía ver aquí a cada persona que caminaba y lo que decían. El personal no estaba entrenado para un hotel de ese precio. La selección del desayuno era mediocre y lo mismo todos los días durante los 9 días que estuve allí. La decoración del hotel es vieja y anticuada. Era difícil incluso tener una botella de agua entregada. La comida era menos y promedio.

Ventajas: Excelente ubicación justo al lado de Strand. El personal era amable y servicial, y el desayuno estaba incluido en mi estancia.

Desventajas: Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas. También no hay mucho en el salón abierto y alrededores, pero el lugar lleno es de esperar en esa ubicación

Desventajas: Air con was not working very well the room was too hot Check in 3oclock too late we wanted to go in the room before our show at 2.30 I had emailed ahead to see if we could check in early and when we got there wasn’t ready was told we would get a text and hopefully be before 2.30 no text came went back to the desk and was told it was ready now we had a ticket for our cases and asked if they could be bought up straight away as we wanted to freshen up before show it was now 2 o’clock went up to the room but had to leave before cases got there

Ventajas: The location Was great the staff where amazing We booked a family room for three room was immaculate On the second day of our trip we arrived at the ritz for afternoon tea it was there that I realised I’d picked my room key up mistaking it for my debit card I rang the Waldorf and explained the situation they then arranged for my wallet to be sent over with a member of there staff this was done within the hour outstanding service So grateful to concierge and Lucy they saved the evening thank you so much I definitely will be staying again keep up the good work guys you reall do go the extra mile for your guests Duane hedley x

Ventajas: Superb hotel just an excellent place to stay. We stayed for my wife’s birthday and the staff were attentive and professional.

Desventajas: All good no complaints

Ventajas: Although we only stayed one night and didn’t eat in the hotel, the room was well equipped, comfortable, clean and just right for our brief stay. Could not fault it for our needs.

Ventajas: location is great, concierge and reception friendly, wifi ok, bar nice, room ok, cleaning and service too

Desventajas: breakfast not all all value for money, quality of bread, biscuit and sausages like discounter (artificially tasting,...), extra access for executive launch not value for money,...

Ventajas: Buena ubicación pero un poco ruidoso por la noche. Cama sumamente pequeña e incómoda, ventana sin vistas.

Desventajas: La selección del bar es limitada y las bebidas son caras. El botones también infló el costo de Healthrow Express y el taxi a la estación de Paddington en un esfuerzo por vender el servicio de coches a Heathrow.

Ventajas: Este hotel está en el corazón de Londres. Si te alojas aquí estás cerca de todo. Solo estuve en Londres por 2 días, y queríamos un hotel en el que me gustaría pasar un mínimo tiempo de viaje para llegar a las principales atracciones de Londres. Si tienes un presupuesto ajustado, este hotel es uno de los mejores disponibles. Si es un poco anticuado, pero yo estaba en Londres para ver los lugares de interés, así que no necesitas mi hotel para ser estado del arte.

Desventajas: Si viajas en verano, tened en cuenta que este hotel no tiene aire acondicionado. Por lo menos la habitación en la que me alojé no tenía ninguno.

Ventajas: Una de las mejores ubicaciones en Londres para los turistas.

Desventajas: Las habitaciones son pequeñas, no muchos servicios.

Ventajas: Ubicación perfecta para turistas Bien por el precio

Desventajas: Me hubiera gustado que el servicio de lanzadera desde/hacia Heathrow

Ventajas: Great hotel and just a few mins walk from Charing Cross main line station, as well as restaurants, theatres and convent garden.

Ventajas: Perfectly located, the rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. I was very impressed

Desventajas: Hard to fault.

Ventajas: The Strand Palace is conveniently located within walking distance of many of the sights that we were interested in visiting. In addition the staff was wonderful, friendly and always available. Our room was very comfortable and the restaurant was delicious. They couldn’t do enough for you. On our day of departure they even packed us a breakfast to take with us to the airport for an early flight.

Desventajas: Nothing. This hotel is quality throughout.

Ventajas: The bed. The new renovations. The decor. Refrigerator and minibar. Breakfast. Air conditioning. Stayed here almost annually since 1988-89. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in London.

Desventajas: All great but no spare toilet paper on my final night. Hand soap not replaced unless I asked after first couple of days. No salt on.tables.

Ventajas: The room is really small but price is high. I preferred this one as I thought it should be big enough according to 231 pounds per night. However, it is super tiny. And I am disappoint to the staffs.

Ventajas: Spotlessly clean, recent updated rooms.

Desventajas: The rooms are tiny. I stayed here a year ago and the old style room was fairly spacious (for London). This room was tiny... To call it Deluxe is a bit of a stretch. I'm 5'10" and could lay down touching both walls. I tried this. It was easy!!!

Ventajas: The hotel staff were nice and helpful. I asked them how to get from the hotel to the airport and they even sold me the train ticket I needed.

Desventajas: • The bed was incredibly hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. My back hurt all the time. • The bathroom has no door which means that if you have air conditioning on in your room, and you take a shower you will be very cold when you get out of the shower. It also means that if you pee the whole room smells like pee. • The shower is built in such a way that if you move around too much, water starts getting out of the shower and into your floor. It is very modern and pleasing to the eye, but not very practical. • The hotel must be under construction, because every morning starting from 6am I heard sounds of people building and hammering. • While I was in the shower the last day of my stay the cleaning staff tried to enter my room at 8:30am which isn't that late. Thank god I had let the emergency lock on the door. Otherwise the cleaning staff would have seen me naked in the shower. • The Wi-fi is pretty bad.
