Ventajas: Perfect

Desventajas: First plane was newer, 2nd plane was older.

Ventajas: Crew was ok

Desventajas: No food for such a long flight not enough leg room

Ventajas: Indifferent crew and confused/disorganised service!

Desventajas: Crew needs to be more engaging and helpful...

Ventajas: The entire flight was excellent, on time, great friendly crew, edible food, movies and options were great, perfect in every way. It was a little chaotic at flight loading on extra security, but I assume it could have something to do with it being on 9/11 and it was ultimately bound for NYC.

Desventajas: I honestly cannot think of anything.

Desventajas: We had to take a shuttle bus from the gate out to the plane, this made boarding very chaotic. The seats were not very comfortable- they needed more padding.

Ventajas: You know what you are getting with Delta

Desventajas: The economy seats were really tiny, this made the flight fairly uncomfortable

Ventajas: The movies and outlets for charging things

Desventajas: Don’t allow screaming babies/kids on the flight next time

Ventajas: The crew was very good and very attentive!

Desventajas: The boarding process.... we had to change gates kind of last minute and from there on it was a bit chaotic ... we boarded via buses and then had to climb stairs to enter our airplane.

Desventajas: The flight and crew were very good. An hour late taking off with not explanation. Frustrating on an hour flight.

Ventajas: Crew was nice

Desventajas: All tables in economy class are broken for both flights - tables sit on you lap. Plane is very old with very small tv screens

Ventajas: We loved the snacks, the hot towels, the timely beverage service, and great selection of video options.

Ventajas: New plane, friendly crew.

Desventajas: Had the seats in the emergency exit row had liftable handles between the seats, it would have been more comfortable... the rigid seats where not easy on my hips for a 9 hour flight

Ventajas: The staff member at the gate was friendly.

Desventajas: No staff at all to help with checking in bags. No communication from the pilot or crew about what was causing delays, or estimated arrival time.

Ventajas: Crew was great!

Desventajas: Flight was delayed 3 hours

Ventajas: The staff was very nice and helpful with prechecking my bag at the gate.

Desventajas: Food / snack choices are unhealthy and limited. The cabin was not clean when I got to my seat. There was trash in my pocket and crumbs on the ground.

Ventajas: After there was a problem with the plane once we had boarded, they were able to switch us to another plane at another gate. There was a short wait, and we only had a delay of 35 minutes.

Ventajas: Nada

Ventajas: Everything ok. I was hoping to buy food but glad to see almonds as one of the free snacks. Delta seems to be upping its game a bit lately.

Desventajas: No US carrier seems able to master smooth boarding without standing waits.

Desventajas: We were not informed our flight had been cancelled

Ventajas: Amazing crew and Ground staff. Check in and bag check in was really smooth and fast.

Desventajas: Maybe some more options of snacks. In flight entertainment was not working so can’t say much about it.

Desventajas: The seats hurt to sit in for long than a couple hours.

Desventajas: My wifi was not working for the entire trip!

Desventajas: Great flight. We were delayed but the crew kept us well informed and tried to make up time in the air

Ventajas: Crew is always friendly

Desventajas: Aircraft broke, had to route me to an additional three stops just to get me home and through the night. Also, still unsure of where my checked baggage is.

Ventajas: Very fast and efficient boarding process. We began moving right when they closed the door. Smooth flight, friendly attendants.

Desventajas: Stop charging $2 for headphones lol

Ventajas: The flight attendant (age gentleman) with the quite sense of humor, and converse with a measure of ease. A role model for others, a nice aptitude than one can learn from.

Desventajas: Just keep up the good work and always work towards self development. Treat others the way you would like to be treated, with respect.

Ventajas: Nothing much to write home about, but I didn't worry about anything in particular during my 4hr flight from Edmonton to Toronto.

Desventajas: The crew were not too courteous, but I've come to expect a little bit of cheery happiness from them after flying porter. Not sure I'd complain about this, though. The food was the highlight. The only vegetarian option was mac-n-cheese, and it was horrid. I didn't even try finishing it.
