Desventajas: Cancelaron el vuelo 15 minutos antes de embarcar. 2 horas para rebooking. 2 horas para que enviaran un autobus para llevarnos a un hotel. 2 horas esperando en el bus. Decidí quedarme en el aerpuerto esperando el nuevo vielo ( 6 HORAS). NUNCA MAS CON TURKISH AIRLINES

Ventajas: Great new airport. Friendly staff. Traveled with them before and will again. Great rate and 2 bags!

Desventajas: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Ventajas: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.

Desventajas: All good up to the level

Ventajas: in the AUH-MAD leg, i thought the headrests were great—perfect for sleeping

Desventajas: in the MNL-AUH leg, the touchscreen entertainment system didn’t always work

Ventajas: Very unprofessional crew, particularly Katarina who had quite an attitude and twice left out the last four rows for drinks and coffee. Simply out of laziness.

Desventajas: Online check-in had website issues and did not allow seat selection. Web check-in and on board service need significant improvements. Would not fly Etihad again; much higher standards and better service with Emirates or Qatar Air.

Ventajas: Absolutely nothing.

Desventajas: They should learn from Emirates or Qatar Airways on how an airline service should be.... never again, sorry Etihad...

Desventajas: I was eligible for a complimentary hotel for my connection. However, in none of my correspondence was mentioned that I'm supposed to request a hotel ahead of departure. No emails from Kayak and neither Emirates. This is extremely disappointing and unnecessarily costly

Desventajas: Boarding from Delhi was slow. Families with small kids and seniors were asked to board but the aircraft was not accessible for more than 15 minutes. The cabin service was very slow and started good two hours after the take off from Delhi. The coffee/tea were Lukewarm.

Ventajas: Very friendly staff, prompt service, smooth boarding, clean cabin.

Desventajas: I usually love the food on Emirates but this was really not good. Barely edible!

Desventajas: Everything!! My seat was not extra wide, it was broke and would not recline...14hr flight!! Entertainment system didn’t work right.

Ventajas: Nice aircraft and comfortable seating in economy with a good selection of music and movies on the seat back entertainment. Business class was mostly empty and looked very nice and roomy. They should upgrade their frequent flyers the way other airlines do to fill those empty seats and generate the good PR that results. The food was good in my opinion, and the Ethiopian coffee is great. Affordably priced tickets was the selling point for choosing them. They are a young airline and while they go through the motions of being a modern service-oriented airline, but alas for the most part they aren't there yet.

Desventajas: We've flown a few Ethiopian Air flights now and while the flight attendants are nice, they aren't always on top of things and paying attention to the needs of the passengers. Not as helpful or attentive as we're used to. Boarding is chaotic and the overnight transfer at Addis Ababa is a total mess. If you get to leave through the airport in the early morning things are relatively painless, but what a nightmare of pushing and shoving chaos when it's busy. The hotels they put you up in are mediocre at best. Last week we enjoyed a long wait for the bus ride to the hotel, cold food when we arrived, and a nice hard bed to "sleep" in. We probably won't fly Ethiopian Air if we have to overnight in Addis Ababa again. I'm willing to pay up to fly another airline and skip the overnight as it's just not worth the hassle.

Ventajas: Due to my religious faith I had booked special meals on Turkish Airlines. ( isegnent - Turkey to Washington DC ). Not only did the crew decline having my food reservation but they forced me to have food totally against my faith. Not sure if he airlines is biased against religions

Ventajas: Flight attendants were excellent, food service very good. If the service is so good in economy, I can't imagine how nice it would be to fly in business class. I would fly Qatar Airlines all the time if the price is right.

Desventajas: Economy row seats don't give you enough space for your legs between rows, but this is a systemic problem among airlines. You have to live with it or move up to business class.

Ventajas: The portion for LAX to Doha was fairly comfortable and crew was helpful.. they kept running out of meal options by the time they reached us mid flight .. Doha to Bengaluru portion was less classy— the TV/ remotes etc didn’t work well and overall service not as good ..

Desventajas: Same as ALWAYS - Beijing baggage pickup is an absolute joke. Takes forever and it is generally mayhem in the baggage hall. They really need to get ahold of this space and the behaviour of Chinese travelers.

Desventajas: The Seats were really old and no new movies

Ventajas: The flight was surprisingly empty compared to flying to Abu Dhabi. I had an entire row to myself. I was able to lay out and sleep peacefully without worrying about the traveler in front of me leaving their seat back. Highly recommend Etihad airways!

Ventajas: They help get passengers to seat and with their luggage

Desventajas: They insist to wake you up if sleeping to ask if you want to eat instead of leaving you alone!

Desventajas: Very cramped seat on the TGV train. I will definitely choose and pay a seat on my own next time, rather than accepting the on picked by Air France... And it will be cheaper, too!

Desventajas: Flight from Istanbul to Delhi was nightmare. It was like a local flight. Nothing called as comfort was there. I had to pay my own $ for alcohol and some snacks and 1 extra burger.

Ventajas: Crew was outstanding, seats were comfortable. The food was awesome!

Desventajas: it was perfect.

Ventajas: Food portions and selections were great. We got slippers and eye masks for a ten hour red eye flight.
