Ventajas: Entertainment system

Desventajas: Awoke to find ill man laying on floor in aisle next to me with oxygen. Shortly after... Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers.

Desventajas: Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off.

Desventajas: The chicken was undercooked.

Ventajas: I like that it’s a direct flight from Newark to Lomé I like that it’s cheaper than over airlines I like that it’s a late flight: it allows out of state passengers to catch the flight without having to stay overnight in NY

Desventajas: Some crew members are unfriendly The toilets are always smelly and dirty. The floor stick with pee. Pee all over the toilets seats. Unsanitary especially when you are traveling with a child or an elderly. The TVs touch screens do not work The volume of the crew is too high

Desventajas: Flight delays with no info from staff. Food poorly prepared. No orderly queues - there is aggression with no intervention from staff. There is no need for two security checks when making connections in Addis. Plane loos were all very stinky and dirty. I now remember why I had stopped using ET!

Desventajas: The plane was old and had no entertainment, there was a technical problem with the plane that made us late

Desventajas: Bathrooms not maintained, flight delayed after on plane, and only had water offered 1x on the flight even though we were on the plane for about 2 hours longer than planned.

Ventajas: It 3 years ago. Why would you ask now?

Ventajas: The crew were very professional

Desventajas: If Turkish Aiine can provide guest WiFi by the gate are while people are waiting

Desventajas: nothing Everything was good

Desventajas: Everything perfect although 757 planes seemed tired. Istanbul TA airport lounge is second only to Emerites.

Ventajas: Food portions and selections were great. We got slippers and eye masks for a ten hour red eye flight.

Desventajas: Prices have gone up

Ventajas: crew were fantastic. stewardess called Stacy was wonderful; had to time to chat and sort out my diet problem (gluten free) in time for the return flight. i've flow on a variety of airlines over the years and, frankly, ANZ is by far the best for friendliness, efficiency and understanding. Big Thanks

Desventajas: They were not able to seat me next to my partner despite us having booked/selected our seats 6 months in advance. Additionally, the check in process took forever and we had a bunch of issues getting on the flight

Ventajas: All okey except earphones issue .. doesn’t works to be connected

Desventajas: Flight was delayed and there are a lot of redundant checks before entering to the gate. No internet service and the flight was very long. (14 hrs)

Desventajas: Cramped overhead luggage space. Delayed due to technical reasons. Previous flight was completely cancelled.

Desventajas: Good food and entertainment. Flight started in delay as usual with Turkish

Desventajas: The transfer from international flights to domestic is difficult. I came to Guangzhou with a joint flight of Turkish airlines and China southern but there was no one at the airport when we landed to inform us how to transfer our luggage to the domestic flights and how to check in. Considering I don’t know Chinese, this was tough.

Desventajas: If the disembarking didn't take 45 minutes.

Ventajas: Crew were very pleasant

Desventajas: The Seats were really old and no new movies

Ventajas: Super easy check in. Good air hosting staff.

Desventajas: Same as ALWAYS - Beijing baggage pickup is an absolute joke. Takes forever and it is generally mayhem in the baggage hall. They really need to get ahold of this space and the behaviour of Chinese travelers.

Ventajas: Good trip

Ventajas: Attentive and friendly crew, leg room

Desventajas: Need to serve better food in economy. There is a little more legroom in economy compared to other airlines, however, the seats are tight. They are not wide enough. Need better movie selection.

Ventajas: Everything.. will do it again!

Desventajas: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Ventajas: Service and crew amazing friendly and went out of the way to Make u feel special even the pilots gave updates thru out the flight

Desventajas: Not being to help on the ground in Copenhagen with delta issues

Ventajas: KLM STAFF WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL

Desventajas: SOME CREW MEMBERS WERE ABIT RUDE. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDE

Desventajas: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Ventajas: I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform.

Desventajas: Very narrow seats and thim cushion. No entertainment offered an do means of recharging electronic devices.

Ventajas: The seats were spacious and the crew was wonderful. The crew actually made the long flight more tolerable. Will seek out Delta/Air France for further international flights.

Desventajas: Asked me to check luggage when there was plenty of room on board... Brand new, two week old, luggage is now broken.

Ventajas: All flights were on time. Boarding was well organized.

Desventajas: Seats seem more cramped than comparable airlines. Food quality was poor. For one meal they didn't honor my special meal request (they did for the other meal, so they got the request). Flight attendants didn't check back in comfort of passengers.

Ventajas: Plane was new and good

Desventajas: Flight was 4 hours delayed
