Ventajas: Flight Crew were great

Desventajas: The baggage and checking in process. Better training did on the checking in crew for international flight baggage, one one person knew what the requirements are.

Ventajas: The landing was smooth and so was the whole flight! Loved it

Desventajas: Restrooms on board was dirty, no toilette paper nor tissues. One fight attendant was particularly impolite, hitting and pushing instead of asking

Desventajas: The filet I ordered was so tough that it was inedible. On the whole, the food was not very good, ev n the tea service which was weird. Also, the business class seat are poorly designed. If one is in a window seat and the person on the aisle is using the foot rest, one is trapped in place.

Ventajas: Speed boarding and organized overall. Nice crew.

Ventajas: The flight was surprisingly empty compared to flying to Abu Dhabi. I had an entire row to myself. I was able to lay out and sleep peacefully without worrying about the traveler in front of me leaving their seat back. Highly recommend Etihad airways!

Desventajas: The check-in crew gave terrible service. We almost missed our flight because they wouldn’t check us in. There was no one directing people on where to line up for whatever departure time they had. Just overall a bad experience with Air Europa.

Ventajas: The crew members were great and managed everything effortlessly. The pilot was also very friendly.

Ventajas: Seats were really comfortable, able to lean back further than most, with large screens and good entertainment options. Also liked that there were open areas on the plane that you could go stand up and stretch out for a while at.

Desventajas: About halfway through the flight the bathrooms definitely needed cleaned. By the end of the flight they were disgusting, with toilets and sinks clogged and no tissue. I'm really surprised Emirates allowed this to happen, because everything else was great.

Ventajas: The crew is good.

Desventajas: The check-in is a disaster. A F-class passenger is treated as a Y passenger. Luggage limited to 2 pieces, even as GOLD FF, was made to pay US$200 dollars on a ticket of already 3,500 dollars and the price is the same for F-C-Y! The treatment was really commerce, as if the check in gets a commission

Desventajas: Mechanical problems delayed the flight 1 1/2 hours. Other than that, the flight was good.

Desventajas: Virtually no information at boarding which made everybody just make a huge line. Boarding they a bus, it was raining and we got wet.

Ventajas: El abordaje deberían hacerlo de una manera más ordenada. Los sobrecargo no son para nada amables, ven a las a los pasajeros con difucultades y no son ejecutivos en ayudar o resolver inconvenientes. El avión muy incómodo, muy poco espacio. La comida de bune sabor pero escasa.

Desventajas: La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde.

Desventajas: There is for a 4 hours flight just a small snack - just like a local flight. Then there is no bedding at all, just a blanket. Very poor for a F-class ticket.

Desventajas: Solid flight. Emirates always delivers. Nice snack meal on 60 minute flight.

Desventajas: CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure.

Desventajas: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Desventajas: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!
