Desventajas: The seats was no to comfortable for the price . They charge for the luggage and any company for traveling internationally does for almost one luggage

Ventajas: The crew was so nice

Desventajas: Food can be better

Desventajas: Make sure the stuff or more Patience and understanding

Desventajas: They didn’t allowed to add one luggage for free( not carry on) they charged and for international fly , all companies allow one

Desventajas: Seats in economy section are very close together . There is not enough room for knees...especially for such a long trip.

Ventajas: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Desventajas: Information on arrival time was not correct

Ventajas: Salmon dinner was the best dish Lufthansa ever served

Desventajas: Flight attendants disappeared after serving dinner. They didn't come around once between dinner and breakfast. This was the worst LH crew ever.

Desventajas: Frankfurt connecting flights, security, and Passport control are terribly inefficient, with unclear guides to get passengers from B gates to A gates.

Ventajas: Big aircraft made it a smooth flight

Desventajas: Orderly sitting of economy class passengers

Desventajas: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Ventajas: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Desventajas: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Desventajas: Slow in refuelling, got us delayed for 40-

Ventajas: Friendly and correct cabin crew.

Desventajas: Leg space. There was very little leg space. One hour before the flight departure they were already announcing 'last call' on the airport screens.

Ventajas: The crew was very professional and we the customers were very happy to have this team

Desventajas: None it was a great flight

Ventajas: Easy access to entertainment via my phone

Desventajas: Better snacks

Desventajas: I paid U$100,00 to dispatch a piece of luggage and it did not arrived.

Desventajas: Be on time

Ventajas: Friendly staff clean cabin

Desventajas: Not much

Ventajas: Crew had christmas ware on.

Desventajas: Food did not taste good. Better wine.

Desventajas: Llegue 1h 15min antes de mi vuelo y no me dejaron abordar con mi equipaje de cabina. Además la atención fue terrible y me trataron mal.
