Ventajas: The food was amazing and the crew was great from Chicago to Instanbul.

Desventajas: Boarding seemed a bit unorganized and the crew from Instanbul to Zurich spoke very little English.

Ventajas: It was a great flight thank you kayak thanks ti THY

Ventajas: My seat was very comfortable. The inflight entertainment was great. I always love the food on Turkish Airline flights. Check in was easy.

Desventajas: The flight was 2 hours late. The attendants were a bit cranky....usually they are great on this flight.

Desventajas: We couldn't sit together as a family despite having seats assigned together to begin with because they reassigned our setas to someone else

Desventajas: Asientos demasiado estrechos para un vuelo de 10 horas.

Ventajas: Amazing service, the crew the seat was comfortable, the meals exceed my expectations, the movie selection, everything was awesome.

Desventajas: Can't think of anything..

Ventajas: Cabin crew was very helpful and polite

Desventajas: I’m not sure how I feel about the embarking and disembarking in the “presidential” style. (the use of the stairs outside of the planes, and the shuttle rides).

Ventajas: Drink service- Dr Pepper. Clean bathroom.

Desventajas: The seat was very hard but I was sitting in economy.

Ventajas: Superb crew; surprisingly delicious food (better than some first class meals I’ve had in the past).

Desventajas: The seat was remarkably uncomfortable. I fly business or first class when traveling overseas (prefer business class) specifically to be able to rest - this was the most uncomfortable I’ve experienced in the last few years.

Ventajas: Full array of entertainment.

Desventajas: Seats were not too comfortable.

Desventajas: Missed flight. Misplaced checked bag. Filed complaint with Swiss.

Ventajas: Avión silencioso A320NEO , tripulación amable.

Desventajas: Para vuelos de duración de una hora, creo que está OK si paga clase turista ,el avión da solo para eso y más no se puede pedir en tan coarta duración.

Ventajas: puntualidad

Desventajas: los asientos del A320 ni siquiera se reclinan

Ventajas: Los vuelos han cumplido con el horario.

Desventajas: Cada vez hay menos espacio para los pasajeros. Los que somos altos, lo sufrimos (apenas sitio para las rodillas). La gestión de las maletas en cabina ha provocado el extravío de la mía. Las prisas por embarcar y el proceso manual del etiquetado (al bajarlas a bodega) ha sido el detonante.

Desventajas: La tripulación no es muy amable y olvidó entregarme uno de los refrigerios. Además, el avión no estaba limpio cuando abordamos.

Ventajas: Flight was in time

Desventajas: Lost my luggage.

Ventajas: The new movies selection, food was very good, staff more friendly than previous flights

Desventajas: Boarding always a problem on MEA we have to wait too long in the queue

Ventajas: I really liked my seat, but it was one of the only ones that didn't have a USB port.

Desventajas: See above. Overall, very nice experience.

Desventajas: Placed in last row w/ non-reclining seats, even though bought tix 7 months early. We travel w/ only carry-on bags. AF allows 35 kg each but only 12 kg in cabin. I asked, online, twice, if we could have a couple of extra kg for hand pieces. Rec’d only auto. luggage policy. Forced to check both bags.

Ventajas: The cue lines per zone are the most brilliant idea!

Desventajas: After boarding began there was a backup after the gate en route to the plane. No explanation. The plane left an hour later than scheduled but seemed to arrive close to scheduled time.

Desventajas: This was just a short commuter flight from Lyon to Amsterdam for connection.

Ventajas: Crew was fantastic.

Desventajas: This was the most narrow airplane seat I’ve ever experienced. So uncomfortable.

Ventajas: My seat

Desventajas: My suitcase wasn’t in the plane. 8 hours in the plane and no one offered us water. We had to look for flight attendant. Entertainment wasn’t great not too many choices and quality of screens was poor

Desventajas: The air conditioners fan was bad and they had to fix it in London which took over 40 minutes off travel time...we arrived much later than expected in Lagos

Ventajas: El vuelo Newark - Madrid fue excelente, el 767 es muy cómodo, la comida estaba deliciosa y el personal en ambos vuelos fue inmejorable.

Desventajas: El vuelo Bogotá - Newark es muy incómodo, el 737 es muy pequeño para ese vuelo y estaba repleto, no hay suficiente espacio entre sillas.

Desventajas: Puntualidad

Desventajas: The unplanned layover in HNL was very poorly handled.

Ventajas: Great boarding service and flight crew

Desventajas: This was a really old plane. The screens were really small And was so scratched and messed up that it was almost impossible to use . I was never offered a choice of breakfast before I boarded and I could not get what I wanted. You do not offer enough space fo list all my comments. Very unfair

Ventajas: The big snow storm cause a 6 hours delay from JFK to MAD, which made me missed my connection flight. Iberia didn't honor its responsibility to find me a connection flight and had no idea where my luggage was. I ended up paying for a train ticket with Renfe from MAD to VLC.

Desventajas: It is insane that Iberia didn't help me at all. Iberia should honor its responsibility to ensure the customer have a connection flight when there was a delay due to weather. They were not well trained to locate my luggage, and help me finding an alternative solution, i.e. Renfe train to MAD to VLC.

Ventajas: Good Crew, Good Flight

Desventajas: better movie/entertainment selections

Desventajas: Food could have had better quality and the stewardess served it all at once versus in the various courses.

Desventajas: My seat and table were dirty and sticky. We had a 45 min delay. I was seated in the middle of the plane and received my meal lady and of course had no more meal choice available since they had run out . For the snack I also was given a different meal than my seat neighbor

Desventajas: Delay , rebooked on fight. Had to wait 8 hours. I needed a wheelchair .. they put Erin a remote location with a rude assistant in charge of transfers for wheel chairs . She had none. Made me walk 15 minutes to find a place to take my meds. She couldn’t care less.

Desventajas: Getting through customs in UK and getting luggage tags to Dublin was a nightmare. Took over 2 hours, went through 4 lines to get luggage tags and given misinformation. Poorest travel experience in 40 years of traveling. Brits need to learn how to expedite processing.

Ventajas: Very little

Desventajas: Flight delayed, updates were poor, plane took off and landed again, further delays, more poor information, then when we landed no one was on the Customer Service desk.

Ventajas: Organized crew

Desventajas: Travel delay was a bummer and landing was felt like a huge bounce and skid. Not sure if that was unavoidable due to weather or a hiccup so to speak.

Ventajas: Exiting the plane.

Desventajas: Qualified staff and flight attendants would be awesome.

Ventajas: Crew was great and seats were comfy
