Desventajas: they must work on quality and price

Desventajas: The plane was delayed 1 hour waiting for a crew member to show up. This caused me to miss my flight to the US at DeGaulle

Ventajas: Even though the plan was full, the boarding process was quick.

Desventajas: Extremely old plain. The worst entertainment center i’ve ever seen: it was just ok for the 80’s. The crew seems to not knowing how to smile.

Ventajas: Information easily available staff friendly

Desventajas: The seats on the plane are so hard they cut off circulation in my legs . I fly everywhere and never have this issue. Soften up those seats a bit

Ventajas: The crew was great and seating an entertainment options were wonderful.

Desventajas: Food. Other airlines in Asia have a far better selection of meals.

Desventajas: Both flights delayed which meant I missed my connecting flight. Stuck in Rome airport for several hours with no information about rescheduled flight. Finally figured it out with help of Rome airport information desk.

Ventajas: The crew was very nice and all flight details were available and constantly updated.

Desventajas: Ethiopians App for self check-in.

Desventajas: Stop using old planes with no personal entertainment systems on the back of the seats.

Desventajas: Less leg room than on other airlines, Crew was noisy, credit card reader was broken so all payments processed manually, maybe they were behind schedule because of this and were rushing through the cabin as a big group

Desventajas: Late boarding , late to name the gate

Desventajas: Flight delays with no info from staff. Food poorly prepared. No orderly queues - there is aggression with no intervention from staff. There is no need for two security checks when making connections in Addis. Plane loos were all very stinky and dirty. I now remember why I had stopped using ET!

Ventajas: After the Kigali Addisababa segment this was vastly superior with a newer aircraft

Desventajas: Airport Addis Ababa is chaos.

Ventajas: The airline was quick to give vouchers for food and hotel when flight was delayed by 5 hours. They were also efficient in rebooking missed connecting flight.

Desventajas: On top of a five hour delay that got me to my arrival point 14 hours behind schedule, my two checked bags were also lost and have not been found up to two days later. The food was like being on a Delta flight, and the entertainment screens in my entire row would not work, nor did many others.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed for hours in Delhi with no notice, making us spent the night at the airport. The flight was supposed to get to Abidjan around noon, but because of the delay, we missed the connection and the next available flight was the next day which would mean I missed my next flight and a work conference. In Delhi, the Ethiopian Airlines people assured me that it could be worked out in Addis, and that they could change my final destination to get me where I needed to go. However, in Addis, the employees were rude and did not even read the email that the Delhi people sent them. They would not do anything except send me to Abidjan the following day, which was useless since I already had to be in the US by then. The level of service is incredibly poor and disorganized, with many people having to wait for hours to even talk to someone and no information about what needs to be done. In the end, i had to purchase a new ticket to get to my destination. Had I known this was the case in Delhi, and that i would have to purchase a new ticket, I would have done so in Delhi rather than waiting all night and going to Addis. I fly very often and this is both the worse experience and service I’ve ever experienced on a flight, and they weren’t even able to get me to my destination.

Desventajas: No one came with drink carts until halfway through the flight. I was very hungry, never offered food. Boarding was late but no communication from staff.

Ventajas: Trato excelente, buen servicio en cada aerolínea. Cubrieron mi alimentación y no tuve retraso alguno. Los 3 vuelos conectaron bien.

Desventajas: It was a very long flight and the leg room is too small especially for a very tall person.

Ventajas: Food was really good, staff was helpful and friendly and there was more legroom that I've often experienced. Also - flight was NOT packed - there was actually an empty mid-row seat!
