Desventajas: El vuelo se retrasó 2 horas, perdí mi vuelo de conexión. Te dieron de cenar a las 4h30 de la madrugada....

Ventajas: La tripulación fue muy amable y me ayudaron con mi dolor de cabeza, el chico que me atendió tuvo la amabilidad de preguntarme cómo me sentía después de un par de horas

Desventajas: Los asientos no son tan cómodos

Desventajas: Wasn't allowed to board because my sister is autistic traveling with her service dog. This had been the worst experience ever. We feel discriminated for something that is outside our control . This is unacceptable.

Ventajas: Assertive

Desventajas: Hand out headphones, my phone doesn’t have compatibility.

Desventajas: Not enough leg room. Flights are costly enough and it just seems wrong to upcharge passengers for more legroom. Legroom should be standard outside of first /business class.

Ventajas: The two people who were in charge of boarding the plane were especially nice, efficient, and accommodating. I really really liked them.

Desventajas: The flight was too warm.

Desventajas: No option to watch movies

Ventajas: Aeromexico’s service during check in and boarding is the worst I’ve experienced so far. They are so unorganized that wait lines are so long and can take hours that you can easily miss your flight. The staff is just around not helping at all, not doing much to put order and make lines move faster. It’s not the first time this happens to me, it’s just the way they operate and not setup for busy travel days.

Desventajas: Make it to the airport 4 hrs earlier, 3 is not enough at least at the Mx city airport

Ventajas: Everything was fine except I ordered an aisle seat and was given a middle seat instead. The person who did get aisle played a war game for my territory with his arns over the arm rest and his refusal to get up whem the window person needed out. Next tine I will demand my aisle purchase is hononored

Ventajas: Everything was on time and ran smoothly. The seats have more room than most airlines. They were generous with drinks and snacks.

Desventajas: I purchased ticket stating business class for both legs, but the first leg of my trip did not have a business class cabin at all. I did not get what i paid for!!!! My seat back IFE did not work at all. Boarding experience was terrible and took forever. The lounge MEX was overcrowded with non-functioning wifi

Ventajas: The crew was very professional and attentive.

Desventajas: Boarding was somewhat chaotic. They kept changing the gate often. Had to walk from extreme end of terminal, then walk back.

Ventajas: The seat was a good size and not totally uncomfortable

Desventajas: Literally everything needs some serious improvement — delays like crazy, the crew leaves you clueless, the customer care is horrendous.

Desventajas: Flight wasn't full. I could have been seated somewhere else since passenger next to me was quite large and invading my personal space

Desventajas: Food was terrible. Paid for first class, expected something better than coach. Our food choice was a ham sandwich, there were better choices but the crew took them for themselves so nothing left for the 1st class passengers. Similar situation on our eastbound flight the week earlier. I doubt if Delta knows or cares that this occurs. After paying more than twice the coach fare, we expect something better than a ham sandwich on a coast to coast flight.

Ventajas: The crew was very nice. The price was good.

Desventajas: That was the most uncomfortable seat I’ve ever had to fly in. I’m on 5’7 and I was really stuck. Luckily the guy sitting next to me was my same size. I feel bad for someone who’s tall or large. No WiFi and you couldn’t charge your phone. Also the tray table was broken and my drink kept spilling on me.

Ventajas: Inflight meal is a rarity these days, two free alcoholic drinks and coffee are a bonus

Desventajas: InFlight entertainment was old school TV. Seats very tight.

Desventajas: Everything. The most horrrble experience. Delayed for 2 hours of which 1 was spent in a motionless plane. Hot, no AC,no water, no food, and all because of their mistake

Desventajas: Seats are too tight... to deplane we had to board a bus to take us to the terminal... not convenient

Desventajas: This is insulting. I watched my flight pull off from the gate and was then asked to stay at a Holiday Inn. I spent thousands of dollars on my flight, then was forced to spend another $950 on a hotel, food, etc. I was supposed to be home 5 hours ago and still haven’t taken off.

Desventajas: Flight landed and sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes. Need to better schedule gate availability in Mexico City.
