Desventajas: There were no options for food and I don’t like their only option so I did not eat

Desventajas: The cabin crew was really awful.. lousy service..I shut the lights off and then they disappear to go into hiding I rang my bell for service and some lady comes by a few minutes later holding a cup of water and I Asked her if I could have some juice and she hands me the water and walks away

Ventajas: I'm not sure since I slept through most of the 90 minute flight, which is a good sign, I guess. It was an older plane with no entertainment system, but I hate those things, so fine by me. I missed the food this time around, but it was a crappy cold sandwich when I took the same flight a few weeks earlier, but it's a 90 minute flight, so what do you expect?

Desventajas: The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!

Ventajas: The gate agent refused allow us to board..even though fully paid we were checked in and had boarding passes IN HAND..said there was a problem caused by kiwi sjd fid no honor our ticket. We missed 2 planes, had to find. A hotel in Mexico City and buy new tickets to get home. INSANE

Ventajas: Check in was very smooth. Flight crew was very attentive

Desventajas: Presentation of food was not great.

Desventajas: it took too long to get our luggage in houston, over 45 minutes.

Ventajas: Nothing much, really.

Desventajas: Baggage handling. They lost one of my baggages and are giving me a hard time to get a refund.

Desventajas: I couldn’t fly because at check in they asked me to pay for my 2 luggages and I couldn’t afford it so they let me out of my flight and now they don’t want to return my money. Worse airline I’ve ever seen. I’ve been flying international for 20 years and never saw a flight you have to pay for Luggage

Ventajas: We were able to get to our destination safely without incident. Plenty of space for overhead baggage.

Desventajas: The boarding process was confusing, no announcements in English, so we didn’t understand what was happening. Land crew was great, but the flight crew passed over us for drinks, never came to pickup any trash. Seats were terrible, very uncomfortable for a 3.5 hour flight. Flight delayed 30 min. too.

Desventajas: They lost one of my bags. Amateur and inefficient company. Avoid at all cost.

Ventajas: Great value for price!!! Food was mediocre, but isn’t all airline food mediocre?? Staff was friendly and spoke many different languages to accommodate all of us.

Desventajas: Seats seemed a little old and needing replaced. Would have been nice to have a more comfortable seat for an overnight international flight.
