Mas carritos para desplazamiento dentro del hotel. A veces teníamos que esperar más de25 min y cuando se lleva a una persona con movilidad limitada es incómodo tener que esperar tanto

The location is just perfect: authentic, not overbuilt, in the middle of the rain forest, with animals roaming around free - what a delight for kids and adults alike! The facilities are clean and compact and at the same time everything is there for every taste, including a good gym and multiple restaurants. The food is absolutely delicious and the variety is striking - I have no idea how they manage! The service at restaurants is fabulous: staff are friendly and ready to serve even when you can clearly reach out and get your coffee by yourself. There are two large swimming pools and we loved both.

The beach was a bit disappointing as on 8 out of 10 days of our stay there were loads of sea weeds and the cleaners simply could not catch up. We were told by staff that this was a recent phenomenon most likely attributable to the climate change. Lots of credit to staff who relentlessly tried to remove as much weeds as possible. Apart from that, the beaches are kept clean of plastic and other human pollution.

What a wonderful resort.. one of the best we have stayed at.. the staff were wonderful.. very polite, friendly and extremely hard working. The food was fantastic! And so many options for all types and ages. Lots of activities available for all.

There are two classes of residents; normal and prestige.. with prestige; you get everything the others get plus.. extra beds on the beach, free massage, late check out.. access to the prestige lounge etc.. prestige class didn’t follow in the rooms though.. very small and dated.. which was a shame.. as there was 4 of us.. the room didnt resemble the photo of the room I booked. Sun beds availability around the pool will always be an issue.. people reserving with towels.. It’s the same issue at every resort. It was a sad day when we left. If you organize a trip.. do it at the store just outside the resort.. same for inflatables and balls. The exchange rate is better at the hotel than we got at the airport. Tipping / paying in pesos is better (for you)...
