I'm so glad I found The Palm Springs Hotel. A really stunning little place; stylish without being over the top; great pool area and fire pits; great privacy. Location is pretty good too. And Tom is a truly gracious host. Would definitely come back. Nothing. I didn't stay long enough but that's not their fault.
I like that we could walk out of our room and right into the pool area That I couldn't stay longer
The site was great, well maintained in a very nice part of town. The villa was very roomy with nice quality furniture and bedding. The kitchen was fully equiped. Very clean. It is about two or three miles from downtown were all the shops and food places are located. Excellent value for the site. No, not really. Maybe offer shuttle service to/from the airport.
I had a great time. It was my first time there and my family and I didn't know what to expect. The place was great and it looked better in person than on the pictures. I didn't like when the pool was closing and the night lady started to pour bottles of chlorine in the water before the kids could even get out. She was very rude.
I like that the kitchen had everything we needed. I was very surprised that the kitchen was so well stocked. The pool was very nice also, never crowded. I didn't like that they lock the gate to the pool at 5 o'clock everyday and use had to use another gate. I don't understand why the gate can't be locked by the night shift.
Comfortably slept six people Pool towel policy
I liked that Desert Vaction Villas caters to the young and older crowed and everyone feels welcome.
There are five of us and we like that we can all stay in the room.
Very comfortable. Enjoyed hot tub and barbeque There wasn't one thing I didn't like.
relaxing atmosphere, comfort to cook, near downtown no wifi
I was pleasantly surprised. It is clear that this hotel is being remodeled. The room was very comfortable with many amenities. Manager and ground staff very pleasant. I would gladly stay again. As I mentioned, it's being remodeled, so there is still some things that need to be updates (outdoor fabric, etc), but it's still a great place.
pleasantly surprised by room while the outside of the hotel looked shabby the room it's self was clean and had more amenities than its competitors the exterior needs to be redone
Big room. The staff was courteous and helpful with my late check-in. The sheets were stained and the bed was very hard. The room had mismatched furniture that was too small for the room.
to be fair: Its not Motel 6 and at least its quiet at night. the older man who was the manager/owner/front desk clerk or whatever he was, was really ehmm.... i had asked if we could cancel our stay (i had booked 2 nights in advance) since this place wasnt close to where we had work the next 2 days farther in the area. We were rejected for that. Fine. However, the place smells like old dust and air freshener, a bad combo. We had to air out the place the whole day. And while I had tried to cancel our stay, he was telling us 'Oh this place is usually $180 a night, i dont know why you would cancel'. Are you for real? Its always under 70 bucks and for $180 I'd go to the Sheraton!!
That we weren't murdered Drug addicts
The hotel is near a major street not too far from downtown Palm Springs; yet, it is quiet and peaceful. The room was cozy. I absolutely loved the bed sheets; they were so soft I didn't want to get out of bed. The outside is well maintained. I am definitely coming back.
it's just a humble little motel on the outskirts of town. I didn't expect much and i didn't get much...but it was clean and affordable and a good night's sleep.
