Ventajas: Breakfast was good, hotel , very clean and all facilities required. Friendly staff.

Desventajas: Only slight thing was the windows let in the sound from the street, and on a Friday night there was occasionally periods of noise from people walking home after a few drinks! Not sure if effective double glazing, but a minor point.

Ventajas: Very helpful staff, very responsive, happy to help give advice for the island and make sure you’re taken care of during your stay. Room is what you need and comfortable with the balcony. Great location for Heraklion. Close to buses and lots of restaurants and cafes.

Ventajas: Es bueno si te quedas en la parte de Heraklion es limpio , buen desayuno, personal muy amable.

Desventajas: Que no es céntrico ! Nosotros queríamos en otra parte de la isla . Es un buen hotel para quedarte en esa zona pero estaba muy recomendado pero pensamos que de toda la isla.

Ventajas: We stayed here for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is just over three years old is modern very well equipped. We booked a club room which was very spacious, had a great shower, comfortable king bed and a coffee machine. Everything worked as it should, the breakfast was great and the staff super efficient and friendly. Panagiotis at the front desk was great and super helpful in helping us get the most out of our stay in Heraklion. The hotel is well located and within walking distance from the town centre and restaurants. Highly recommended and one of the best in Greece .

Ventajas: El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones son grandes y están muy limpias. Baño amplio y moderno. Ubicación perfecta, justo en una plaza céntrica. Volvería a alojarme en el hotel, 100% recomendable. El personal encantador.

Desventajas: A little noisy from traffic below but still bearable.

Ventajas: Hotel muy céntrico en zona animada con parking concertado gratuito y con aparcacoches. Recepción atenta. Habitación moderna muy bonita y espaciosa. Camas muy cómodas. Nos alojaron en el edifcio anexo de las suites.

Desventajas: Descanso regular porque la zona era muy ruidosa por la cercanía de bares y restaurantes. La política de cobro es un poco peculiar, te cobran la primera noche por adelantado y el dia del checkout te vuelven a cargar el total. A los diez dias te hacen la devolución de la primera noche.

Ventajas: Great location right in the middle of the old town . Rooms very nice and good breakfast. Good parking under hotel . Would happily stay here again . Also only about 10 minute drive to airport

Desventajas: WiFi didn’t work properly, the refrigerator was empty

Ventajas: Superb breakfast buffet and very helpful staff.

Ventajas: Staff was very polite, professional and helpful. The room was very clean and comfy. During breakfast we had plenty of choices including national sweets, a lot of fruits, nuts, vegetables, some hot dishes and so on. In addition, car parking was handeld by parking staff that was really convenient and free for hotel guests.

Desventajas: -

Ventajas: Great central location with supermarket and restaurants next door. Modern, well-equipped rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Best part was the breakfast, it had everything you might possibly want, and then some!

Desventajas: Balcony not that great but not necessary either.

Ventajas: The breakfast was very good, good coffee and self serve cappuccino, various warm and cold items. The room has nice comfy beds, simple lines and decor, big bright balcony, and clean spacious bath elements, useful furniture. Nice little cookie treats awaited in the room. Cleaning ladies helped extra with the soap dispenser. It has valet parking included right next door. It is close to everything. Bartender cheerfully helped me with a nice tea outside her normal responsibilities, front desk was kind, valet parking was efficient. Note to getting to the parking: there is just one direction in to the parking/hotel from the port. Don't blink or you'll miss it, and rehearse it before you get into town because google maps are choking in the area. We learned this the hard way. : D

Desventajas: There is no door to the bathroom sink and shower, which is just a bad idea. There is no reason for that architecturally - there is a perfect place to put a sliding or opening door, but they just didn't want to do it. So if you come with a third wheel, good luck with privacy. There isn't sufficient furniture on the large nice balcony. No drying rack either, which is a bummer.. Divisors between suites are glass and so late night noise from other rooms can carry too much. Hallways are dark, staircases a bit unnerving. (Elevators good.) No pool / sunny bright gathering place. But it is an urban hotel.

Ventajas: Atencion de los recepcionistas, tamaño de la habitación. Nos prepararon el desayuno a las 3 de la mañana por tener el vuelo muy temprano.

Desventajas: Mejorar las toallas, de mala calidad.

Ventajas: location right beside the harbor. Price is reasonable. Breakfast is ok as business type. The steakhouse restaurant at downstairs is very good.

Desventajas: No.

Ventajas: El personal es muy amable, está cerca de las principales zonas de la ciudad para ir de compras y comer, las habitaciones son bonitas y la terraza del tejado tiene vistas al Egeo

Ventajas: Lovely rooms, very clean, we were on 5th floor right by the roof terrace which was nice place to sit. Also great breakfast.

Desventajas: It was a bit hard to find it by car, but once we did parking was was very close and not too expensive for middle of town.

Ventajas: The location was marvellous for walking to the important attractions. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Our room was huge, with a double basin bathroom and a delightful shady terrace. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean (and I am fussy).

Desventajas: The outside street was very narrow - I wouldn’t try driving there. When the wind blows in a particular direction the jets fly overhead - however, that must affect all of the old city. I didn’t notice the planes late at night or early in the morning.

Ventajas: Fully refurbished, clean, comfortable, functional, friendly staff, well located at walking distance from the heart of the city, great breakfast, and fair price! What else do we need?

Ventajas: The decor was amazing... Love the quotes illuminating in the room... Love the breakfast... Quiet...

Desventajas: Good beds but not so comfy as I expected

Ventajas: Good location, parking close, beautiful rooftop terrace, the room was very nice. I recommend the hotel.

Desventajas: I would have liked to be a little bit more clean in the bathroom arround the power supply and on the hair dryer cable, but ussually I am too picky.

Ventajas: Es un hotel recién reformado con muchos detalles tecnológicos. El personal es muy amable y cuentan con un buen bufete para el desayuno.

Desventajas: El jabón que ofrecen de cortesía en el baño debe de ser el más barato del mercado. No nos gustó.

Ventajas: The hotel is fantastic We had an amazing sea view bungalow The staffs absolutely amazing, super nice and friendly. The place is very clean. The beach is beautiful with lots of activities. Large variety of food and restaurants. Definitely recommend for families.

Desventajas: Not much to do around the hotel and most of the activities are for kids over 3 years old.

Ventajas: The staff were excellent The food was very good although they provided gluten-free bread you have to be careful the drinks in the all inclusive package were very good quality...

Desventajas: I thought the city was a little bit run down

Desventajas: Too packed (difficult to find table in restaurant and too noisy) View from our room (we paid extra for a view) Staff in restaurant is tired Booked sun beds both one the beach and by the pools :( Crete taverna (outside of the hotel) was a big disappointment

Ventajas: Made feel very, very welcome by ALL staff at ALL times from the guy dropping us of at our accommodation to the staff on the beech at the end of the day!

Desventajas: The bus journey in to the port was... too HOT ! lol

Desventajas: - the choice of food practically did not change - water in the children's pool was too cold

Ventajas: Food and drinks were ok, breakfast is better than the other meals. The restaurants with the reservation are better than the common one. Also the restaurant outside the hotel was really good too. The alcoholic drinks are non known labeled but ok to drink.

Desventajas: The seafront rooms are not sea front actually. You can see the sea like %5 percent when you go to the balcony. Faulty naming of these rooms at all. Not good not worth to buy them, go with the cheaper ones. They are near the sea okay but not sea front or whatever.

Ventajas: Food is great

Ventajas: We came back Agapi Beach after 3 years, and we weren't disappointed again. The resort keeps its high standards at everything, from food to facilities. It's just perfect for traveling with kids. We will come back again.

Desventajas: Some of the entertainment program feels a little retro (trivia quizzes, bingo, movie nights), this has some nice charm to it, but I would expect something more suitable for 2019.

Ventajas: Very calm place, excellent to come with small children. Has it's own beach and three pools, also has good restaurants and free bars.

Desventajas: I would like to have an electric kettle in my room, sugar, coffee and tea bags so I could make my own coffee in the morning without going to main restaurant.

Ventajas: Es dificil resumirlo en un par de frases. El personal, desde la recepcion pasando por la gente de limpieza, los camareros, la gente que trabaja incansablemente para que uno lo pase bien, siempre con una sonrisa, amabilidad y empatia. Cada Euro abonado ha regresado en forma extraordinaria a travez de un Servicio y Prestacion pocas veces visto.

Desventajas: Aunque rebusque en forna caprichosa, no puedo encontrar una sola falla.

Ventajas: La ubicación del hotel está en una playa muy agradable, el personal es increíble!! ¡¡muy agradable y servicial!! Las habitaciones están muy limpias. Hay un muy buen autobús que conecta el hotel con el centro de la ciudad y el aeropuerto. No hay necesidad de gastar dinero en taxi

Desventajas: En todo el hotel hay un fuerte olor a tabaco. El olor a moho. Un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad, hay que tomar un autobús/taxi o ser deportivo y caminar por la playa 4km

Ventajas: Location, staff super kind and helpful. The breakfast is excellent!

Desventajas: I would suggest to have a complimentary bottle of water in the room.

Ventajas: Lovely pool area with snack bar and drinks. Nice size room. Bathroom a bit small but ok.

Desventajas: Pre set up of lounge chairs with umbrellas on the beach would be nice. Presently you have to carry your lounge chair to the beach. The pool area is big so evening entertainment would also be nice there along with the bar staying open much later.

Ventajas: Really helpful, kind staff. We didn't have any difficulty during our stay. Tasteful and good breakfast. Beautiful swimming pool, but take care, depth is 2.6m! Seaside is close, about 100m. Public transport is close, available to go to Heraklion or to other destinations in Crete. We really enyojed our stay.

Ventajas: Lovely hotel next to the beach. Really nice area, quiet and safe. Personnel very nice and helpful, available 24h. Good food!

Ventajas: Friendly staff, good breakfast, good pool.

Desventajas: Asked for a quiet room. It was next to the road and VERY noisy - cars, motorbikes, dogs barking. Bed VERY hard - couldn't sleep. Couldn't change room.

Ventajas: The hotel does what it sets out to do - it is very basic but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the pool was large and nicely set out.

Desventajas: There were no extra towels supplied for the pool so we had to use our bath towels. The beach it is beside was not particularly nice and the location is quite out of the way.

Ventajas: Nice balcony, fridge, towels were changed every day and it was allowed to use these by the sea, free parking around the hotel. Sea was close, it was calming to hear sea wave sounds during night time.

Desventajas: Breakfast was repeating, no sun beds near the sea but you could carry one if you wanted. It was windy (good for kid surfers), two days it was stormy.

Ventajas: Cerca de la playa, y la piscina

Desventajas: La relación calidad-precio no es paralela, quizas es temporada alta y por eso la relación esta desajustada.

Ventajas: La ubicación genial!. Las vistas en la terraza y cenar allí lo mejor!. Para mi el desayuno regular porque no había tostadora para tostar el pan.

Desventajas: Lo peor el ascensor que había que esperar mucho para que llegara y luego subía y bajaba por todas las plantas. y estaba en la 8..nos pegábamos un rato cada vez que queríamos ir a desayunar o subir y bajar de la habitación.

Desventajas: Habitación y cuarto de baño muy pequeños como en un hotel Ibis. La camarera del bar no era muy amable y el desayuno no era lo suficientemente grande para un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Ventajas: Lovely staff and plenty of them. Really wide choice for breakfast. Bar and poolside service food and drink excellent. Quiet atmosphere despite size and number of guests. Nice pool. Very comfortable. Really good location in Heraklion - short walk to the centre and port etc. Unobtrusive background staff.

Ventajas: Super bien calidad-precio, habitacion moderna y muy comoda y limpia. La ubicacion un ppco lejos del centro pero no tardas mucho en ir caminando al centro, unos 10 mins. El personal muy atentos y profesionales, las instalaciones increibles y el desayuno impecable, recomendadisimo.

Ventajas: La habitacion limpia, cama muy grande y comoda. La zona de la piscina perfecta para relajarse. Desayuno muy completo y variado.

Desventajas: La television de la habitacion era pequeña y no se veía del todo bien.

Ventajas: hotel muy próximo al aeropuerto. habitación perfecta. gimnasio muy bien y piscina muy agradable donde tomar algo muy muy tranquilo. personal y limpieza perfectos.

Ventajas: Buffet for dinner and breakfast was great, staff very kind.

Desventajas: Because the hotel parking site was full, a staff member parked our car the evening we arrived. The next morning it turned out that he had parked it in front of the hotel loading dock and the car had been damaged by someone trying to get past. It showed a big dent and scratches exactly on the spot (rear right) where a trolly would pass from the road to the sidewalk. A mere passer-by on the sidewalk could not have caused such damage. Yet the hotel refused to take any responsibility. We spent several very unpleasant hours talking to managers through the phone and ended up paying for the damages ourselves. We were only lucky that the friendly car rental service (Kydon) showed some understanding and did not charge the full amount. One would expect more from a hotel in this class.

Ventajas: Todo es muy moderno y cuidado, las instalaciones están impecables. La habitación era muy cómoda, bien equipada, bien iluminada, con balcón, heladera y otros enseres para café. El baño grande y muy cómodo, con una excelente presión de agua en la ducha, casi como para darte un masaje! Cómo nos íbamos antes de la hora del desayuno, nos prepararon un early breakfast que llevamos a la habitación, así pudimos disfrutar el abundante desayuno que sirven. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas . Y el personal atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes...que más se puede pedir!

Ventajas: I really have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. They helped us with EVERYTHING! From getting transportation to and from the hotel to making sure we got breakfast before heading to an early morning ferry the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend Infinity to anyone looking for a hotel that is centrally located with modern amenities.

Desventajas: We had a room across the road from main building which was very small, probably because we were only staying 2 nights

Ventajas: we were only there for 1 night but it exceeded our expectations on all levels. breakfast was amazing. We were with friends and got a 2 bedroom apartment with sea views. cant ask for more than that. would have liked to spend more time there.

Ventajas: Great location. Easy to walk from here anywhere we wanted to go. We had a junior suite with sea view. Good room. Nice harbor view of the Fortress. Good breakfast.

Ventajas: Close to the port and center, walking distance to all restaurants, old Venetian fort, shopping, extremely helpful and friendly staff helping with all bookings we needed, great value for the money! Unlike other European hotels, the bed mattress was softer providing the right kind of support for one weary back and pillows were of the highest standard for neck support!

Desventajas: Can’t think of any need for improvement! A little noisy at night being located on a busy street, but that can’t be fixed. Bring sound cancelling ear plugs if you are a light sleeper! I’m sure this is not a problem for most tourists!

Ventajas: Service was very attentive and proactively helpful. Location was perfect inbetween port and town. Hotel was so clean and breakfast was great. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was amazing.

Ventajas: Breakfast is awesome, dinner upstairs incredible food and view, staff fantastic. We had the best room in the hotel, thanks to the Katerina accomodating it for us.

Ventajas: Estuvimos en habitación familiar ,es cómo un apartamento ,dos habitaciones ,(1 cama matrimonio y otra con dos camas ,dos baños preciosos , puerta q separa habitaciones. El desayuno buffet muy bueno ,variado ,zumo de naranja natural . Ubicación céntrico .

Desventajas: Por poner una pega ,se oyen los aviones por cercanía al aeropuerto y vuelan muy bajos.

Ventajas: A pie del centro de la ciudad o el agua en menos de cinco minutos. Caminamos con el equipaje desde el puerto al hotel en 15 minutos. Fantástica ubicación central. El personal era muy servicial. 12 euros en taxi al aeropuerto. El desayuno era delicioso y abundante. Las habitaciones eran cómodas. Buena presión de agua.

Desventajas: Que tuvimos que irnos.

Ventajas: A sólo una manzana de la avenida costanera. Agradable y muy bien situado. Hermosas habitaciones e instalaciones. El mejor desayuno que tuvimos en nuestro viaje.

Ventajas: Fabulous staff on reception looked after us and our bike boxes whilst on tour. Hotel is in central Heraklion a few minutes walk from great restaurants and bars. Air conditioning in room worked well.

Desventajas: Would prefer shower cubicle rather than overhead shower on bath

Desventajas: The room was tight for 2 people plus luggage.

Ventajas: It was in a convenient location for the town and for local museums. It was clean and tidy and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included and had a variety of hot and cold choices. Prices in the restaurant were very reasonable.

Desventajas: The first night there was a very loud club/disco party next door which continued till after 3 a.m. The hotel did try to remedy the situation and contacted the police but they were unable to help. I understand this was a rare and not nightly occurrence, but was unfortunate. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Ventajas: El hotel es bastante nuevo, las habitaciones amplias, muy limpias y cómodas. El desayuno es estupendo. Cerca de los principales puntos de interés turístico y a 15 minutos andando de la estación de autobuses donde para el bus del aeropuerto y desde donde sale el bus para Knossos.

Desventajas: La dificultad para aparcar. El hotel no tiene parking.

Ventajas: Very central location, very comfortable bed. Great base to explore Heraklion.

Ventajas: The location is 15 - 20min walk from the bus station and ferry terminal. Within 10mins walking distance from the restaurants and shopping area.

Desventajas: The room was not sound proof which meant we could hear the sounds of planes taking off and landing from heraklion airport. We could also hear our neighbours coming in and out of their rooms along with the water flow from some pipes.

Ventajas: The staff at the hotel were very helpful. We were on a cycling tour and they kindly looked after our bike boxes whilst we cycled around East Crete. The hotel is in the centre of Heraklion just a few minutes walk from great restaurants and bars.

Desventajas: Over shower on bath rather than shower cubicle.

Ventajas: The staff were really helpful, the location was perfect right next to everything. The room was great had everything you needed: a safe, huge mirror and a little balcony. Great value for money.

Desventajas: The only thing we could say is that the shower was a little small but it was no bother.

Desventajas: No swimming pool and the nearest beach is around 50 minutes away ( 15 walking and 35 on the bus )

Ventajas: Every thing was perfect for us, great food, lovely sea on your door step . Not crowded, long expanse of sandy beach which was clean. All staff bending over backwards for us. We will be back next year for longer!

Desventajas: absolutely nothing. any one who finds fault is a git!

Ventajas: Amazing staff, everyone very welcoming; kudos to Maria, Kallia and Kallia (Spa), Vangelis (main bar), the team of the pool bar. The structure, facilities and rooms are very clean and well kept. Dinner buffet was very good! We enjoyed very much the a la carte restaurant too.

Desventajas: We had big problems with the Wi-Fi connection throughout the stay. We reccomend to increase the quality and variety of the breakfast menu.

Ventajas: Staff OK, lot of sunshine, nice garden, food OK.

Desventajas: Leaking aircondition into our bed, they tried to fix it but unsuccesfully and didnt change the room. One million of mosquitos, so unable to open window or door, good protection against insect is needed. Dirty sea water on the beach.

Ventajas: Amazing stay in this beach hotel. It exceeded our expectations. At check-in we were upgraded to one of beachfront bungalows. Also, we got free dinner at hotel's a la carte restaurant as well as 15 min free massage each of us. They knew about our late arrival, so at the room we had some fresh food to eat. We booked all inclusive which was perfect. We liked the fact that during the day at the pool bar (10am-6pm), beside drinks and coffee, there is always fresh fruit and some snacks and deserts in case you want to grab something between meals. Also, at the pool bar you can have lunch, of course basic courses, but very nice, so basically you can have lunch in a bathing suit in case you are to lazy to go to the restaurant :) The food at the restaurant was fine and well presented, a lot of fresh cuisine. At the main building in front of the restaurant there is a bar (6pm-midnight), they make very good cocktails, very kind bar tenders. You can enjoy drink anywhere you want. All staff was amazing, extremely friendly and happy to help. A lot animation activities aqua gym, aqua dance, pilates, live music, table tennis competition, 1 hour walk into the village, etc. The bathroom and room was very clean. We slept very good, very quiet resort. We asked for less hard pillows and they immediately provided it. We rented a car through the hotel which was very simple. Ask a day before for a lunch bag to go if you are going to be away all day. We went to Elafonissi and Chania. Far away for one day excursion (total 440 km), but definitely was it worth it. The beach is sandy, not the best one, but it is ok, warm water despite the wind. Windy area so it is pleasant to stay in the sun. There are a lot of sunbeds an umbrellas everywhere. Clean beach towels every day. Great location, 10-15 minutes by car from the airport. Heraklion city as well. 3 min walk form hotel you will find a lot of shops. Thank you very much for amazing stay! We felt really good and relaxed.

Desventajas: Bed matrasses are hard. Dinner should be extended till 10 pm (now is from 7 to 9.15pm). Regarding the food, we did not like how they prepare meat, a lot of spices which we are not used of it.

Ventajas: The staff, the location, the gardens.

Desventajas: The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Ventajas: The food is very really good and we had every day New options in the menu. We booked a standard bangalow but when we arrived we were upgraded to a premium one, which was bigger and much nicer.

Desventajas: Most of the workers in the hotel were nice and ready to help, but some of them were very unfriendly to us before we even spoke to them! We had no idea why !

Ventajas: La amabilidad del personal hizo de nuestra estancia una experiencia inolvidable.

Ventajas: - Receptionists are friendly. - Beautiful view (the garden is nice). - The weather is really good (yes I know that it does not depend on the hotel).

Desventajas: - Poor choice of food (for example, no even peanut butter for breakfast or packaged yogurt). - That food you can find is not tasty (croissants smell yeast, meat is too fat, sausages are terrible). - Short lunch time. - The wine is worst I have ever tasted. It's impossible to describe. It tastes like ultra cheap wine + ashes. - WiFi is not available in room (the signal is too low) only outside of room. - Room shower without a curtain. - Shampoo and soap have not been renew. - It's a bit difficult to find sunbed on the beach because guests occupy them by towels. - The sea looks a bit dirty. - Mosquitoes.

Ventajas: High class hotel! The food is varied, the place is clean, the cabins are nice between plants and flowers, a large pool and a few meters from the sea. A friendly crew and a real assistant we enjoyed every moment ... A little suggestion for improvement, we came from a country that people dont eat pork so maybe put some more dishes from beef..

Ventajas: The staff were very polite and kind. The location was excellent. The beach was very easy to reach. Plenty of space for parking a car. The restaurant had a good choice of food each day. For a short stay this was ok, but for more than a week it would have felt repetitive.

Desventajas: A bottle of water in the room each day would have been appreciated.

Ventajas: The staff was excellent, they were very helpful and friendly! Loved the fact that our bungalow was right on the beach. The bungalow was cleaned daily, incl. mopping, bathroom cleaning of sand etc.

Desventajas: The breakfast was poor quality, scrambled eggs seemed to be mixed in with something else to make more of them. The coffee was terrible and juices tasted like the cheap ones from the carton boxes you get for less than a euro. Wifi was also very very poor, we barely had any in our bungalow.

Ventajas: Todo el personal fue muy amable. Es de destacar la variedad de la comida. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Nos toco una habitación con balcón y vista al mar hermosa. Era primera experiencia en all inclusive y fue realmente muy buena.

Desventajas: La recepcionista que nos recibió no supo indicarnos nada acerca del transporte público que realmente conecta muy bien el hotel con el centro de la ciudad y el Palacio de Knossos.-

Ventajas: La calidad de la comida del buffet era buena, piscina amplia.

Desventajas: Contratamos 4 noches allí en régimen de todo incluido. Es un hotel de **** por lo que esperábamos un cierto nivel mínimo de calidad en todos los sentidos. En el check-in nos dieron una especie de tarjeta con una anilla a la que iba enganchada la llave que habría la habitación. Ya de camino a la habitación, el ascensor y los pasillos me iban dando "mala espina" pues estaban limpios y correctos, pero tenían un aire viejuno. Al llegar a la habitación confirmamos que no habría con la tarjeta, sino con la llave. Entramos y un calor horrible fue lo primero que nos encontramos. Metimos la tarjeta y descubrimos una habitación que creíamos que no habíamos reservado... Y me explico. Han contratado un fotógrafo excelente para el reportaje de las fotos que aparece en Booking, que consigue despistarte. La habitación era "Standard", pero tras comprobar las fotos de Booking y la habitación, comprobamos que era la misma, pero distaba mucho de lo que aparecía en las fotos, de lo que la realidad era. Una habitación viejuna, un armario viejo, los suelos, las paredes, el cabecero... todo con un aspecto viejo y antiguo, que para nada se asemejaba a lo enseñado en Booking. Por supuesto el baño era para verlo, el WC destartalado, con bañera, el pomo de la puerta rota, una ducha que era un esperpento, y para rematar una cortinilla de esas que venden en los chinos. No hay fotos del baño en Booking. ¿Esto es una habitación de un hotel cuatro estrellas? Definitivamente no lo era. Bajé a recepción a preguntar si por favor podían movernos a una habitación más "nueva" (esa fue la palabra), y me confirmaron que yo había reservado la "Standard", y que eso era lo que tenía. En el fondo tenían toda la razón, pero yo me sentía engañado por las fotos, pues mostraban una falsa realidad.

Ventajas: Very pleasant beach front hotel with good breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Rooms were simple, clean and serviceable and staff was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Desventajas: The onsite parking that is advertised is a public car park where survival of the fittest is the rule. The private car park holds 2-3 cars max. You might want to avoid room #103 as it is directly next to the kitchen and quite noisy until late night.

Ventajas: In general everything was as expected. The stuff is very helpful and the facilities are very clean.

Desventajas: Without being annoying, our room was a bit loud because it was next to the staircase.

Ventajas: Good food, friendly staff, lovely views.

Desventajas: Shower was broken.

Ventajas: We had a fantastic stay on Crete. The hotel is small but very cozy. It has a direct access to the beach, which was convenient for us with the baby. The staff is amazing and very helpful and the food was prepared delicious

Ventajas: Rooms were modern. Entertainment representative was very good. Greek food options at buffet were excellent. Location on beach with mountain views was stunning. Staff were very friendly and even before we arrived sorted our big family party accommodation out by email efficiently. Swimming pool and surrounding area kept crystal clean.

Desventajas: Area very much given to hotels, but we expected that and hired car from car rental nearby and toured Crete for one day to get flavour of island.

Ventajas: I liked almost everything. Good food. The service staff is great! All problems are solved without delay. Friendly people work at the reception desk. Nikoletta is a very professional manager. Vacationers happy to each other. We have been visiting Neptuno Beach for four years already in May. And we dream to come again.

Desventajas: We liked everything. However, animation should be more professional.

Ventajas: Great price for the offer of all inclusive.

Desventajas: That everything felt a little bit more underrated as the stars given to this hotel. Despite a sign signalling that no sun beds are to be reserved ... nearly all were ahead of breakfast (despite only a couple of people using them). I think it's important to have hotel house rules but they should not just be window-dressing. Every guest ought to have a right to use all of the facilities. Reserving seats or sun beds is absolutely ridiculous and staff should (as the so-called rules by the poolside state) should remove the pegs that hold towels there. Or better still, remind guests on their arrival that reserving sun loungers/beds is against house rules. Certain cultures whether it be German or British have no right to impose such archaic traditions on any other holidaymakers.

Ventajas: It's my first ever trip to exact same summer destination twice in a row. As before, it fully met my expectation. The place is close to airport & the city, yet the beach is long and relaxing enough if you walk a few minutes any direction. The hotel's most valuable asset are the people working there. The staff at the restaurant - those you meet most often - are always friendly, quick and always ready to help. The bar team also deserves a 5*. The family rooms we stayed in were clean and comfy. Everything required was there. Cleaning raised no issues. Liked the food - didn't miss any particular kind if food. Was never hungry :) Exept for rare peak days, there were always sunbeds at the beach, though it's hard to fined >1 spare sunbed by the pool past 10am. There's small private car park for your car. Staff speak English, German and some speak French as well. A special thank you voes to the manager - Nikoletta - who's been very helpful in making some non-trivial arrangements for my family members.

Desventajas: Sometimes I missed the pool after 6:30 when it gets closed.

Ventajas: People,hotel,service and food fantastic,almost on the beach. Really recommnended.

Ventajas: Delicious, amazing food, great variety! Very friendly and professional staff, very clean property, had a great time!

Ventajas: The location is right in front of the beach and the citadel. We stayed in a room facing the sea with a balcony.

Desventajas: The room has a little bit smell probably out of bathroom pipes.

Ventajas: El hotel Kronos está bien comunicado, cerca del centro comercial de la ciudad. Se puede ir a cualquier sitio andando, nosotros teníamos coche alquilado y una noche lo pudimos aparcar en las tres plazas del hotel en el exterior. También hay aparcamientos públicos cercanos. La atención del personal de recepción es muy correcta. El desayuno es correcto y suficiente. Las habitaciones son un poco anticuadas, pero hay que tener en cuenta que es un hotel de ciudad.

Desventajas: Ninguna pega especial. Tal vez algo ruidoso por los alrededores porque hay bastantes restaurantes. La dificultad de aparcar en la calle, pero hay aparcamientos y no son caros.

Ventajas: Muy buena atención, nos dieron todas las facilidades para tener una agradable estadía. Se nos quedó una botella de whisky en la habitación y una semana después pasamos a buscarla y...¡estaba!, gracias a todo el personal del Kronos y especial a quienes no se ven, que hacen el aseo y se preocupan que todo funcione.

Ventajas: Excellent location. Could easily walk to all attractions. Great view of harbor.

Desventajas: Breakfast -- they ran out of bacon, eggs and lunch meats, and never made any more.

Ventajas: Great friendly and helpful staff (Yiannis and his family). Conveniently located close to the beachfront. Free sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guests. Large parking nearby. Relatively quiet area, but easy access to VOAK.

Desventajas: Spartan breakfast. Noise from neighbours (thin walls between rooms).

Ventajas: The staff especially at the front desk and in the special restaurants were consistently helpful and generous. The spa staff and treatments were great! The accessibility in the hotel was very good. There was a great variety of food at all meals in the hotel and during the day by the beach. Our children and grandchildren loved the play facilities.. slides, pools, beach.. The store and jewelry store had a wide selection for daily needs and souvenirs and cosmetics... The location was great as we were a short driving distance to Heraklion yet in a quiet area.

Desventajas: The landscape is marred by the huge chimneys of the electric plant.. The food in the dining room while plentiful and varied was not all that tasty.. especially at the meat dishes at dinner. The mattress was uncomfortable...

Ventajas: Está en primera línea de playa. Aunque no es la playa más bonita de Creta, y tiene mucho viento, se está tranquilo. Y desde el aeropuerto o el puerto de Heraklion se llega muy fácil en autobús. De 5 estrellas el spa y el restaurante griego a la carta. El resto del hotel (habitación, comida, instalaciones...) corresponde a un 4 estrellas en España.

Desventajas: No tengo ninguna pega del hotel pero no era lo que esperaba. NO me pareció un 5 estrellas. Es un resort ideal para familias con niños, con actividades y toboganes en la piscina. Cuando elijo un 5 estrellas no espero un desayuno o almuerzo buffet multitudinario (ruidoso) con café de máquina expendedora o vino de grifo.

Ventajas: Very good facilities - we enjoyed the pool and the beach access. The restaurants were also incredibly good and reasonably priced - the staff working at the Greek and Italian restaurants in particular were lovely.

Desventajas: I found that there were never enough people working at reception, which made it frustrating when we had to wait for over 20mins for a brief question. The staff in the breakfast area were also quite rude - they were more obsessed with clearing tables than actually noticing that we had left stuff at our table to go and get more food. We were not particularly impressed to come back to find another couple sitting there. We were also supposed to get a free 15min massage but were unable to do so as no one was there to actually help us book.

Ventajas: Almost everything! Especially the friendly helpful staff! Great options for kids- pools slides games beach.. lots of food options.. close to many places..

Desventajas: Uncomfortable mattresses Dinner food could be tastier.,

Desventajas: - Camas incómodas - Playa con enormes rocas en la orilla - Habitación con vistas al mar relativas... había que salir al balcón y asomarse mucho para ver el parcialmente el mar

Ventajas: The place is very nice. It has everything you need for a good vacation: Sun, sea, amazing food, bar, garden. Very welcoming staff. The food is so great! The beds were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Desventajas: A lot of families with kids there, so if you want a quiet and romantic time spend with your partner it is not quite a place for you in this occasion.

Ventajas: The food here was pretty good. The pool was nice and deep. Our room was huge.

Desventajas: We booked a day at the spa and were forced to cancel with plenty of notice. The spa clerk began berating us about how bad it is for them that we cancelled. She then proceeded to yell at us and accused us of not having enough money for the spa. (We had already paid...) I brought this matter to the front desk and they did not care. That is not the mentality of a 5 star hotel. Then again, I don’t believe that this is a true 5 star. I would say it rates at a solid 4 star. Most definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here due to the attitude of the staff.

Ventajas: A very nice hotel located in the beautiful park of exitic trees, cery close to the beach, good and attentive personnel, excellent food. My thanks tho the personnel and management.

Desventajas: The only minus the sea was still cold, another minus, the beach is not sandy, in a meter after the water edge begins a rocky (although) flt surface. All the rest was good.

Ventajas: El personal siempre atento y casi sin darte cuenta lo tenían recogido. A pesar de que estaba lleno siempre se encontraba hamaca en la piscina o en la playa El hotel no es de playa, la playa es una prolongación del hotel.

Desventajas: El primer día molestan los aviones, es lo que tiene la cercanía al aeropuerto, después te acostumbras.

Desventajas: El hotel un poco viejo, necesita un lavado de cara, sobretodo los baños de la habitación. Pero nada de que horrorizarse, simplemente no es muy moderno. Ubicado en la ruta de aterrizaje del aeropuerto, pasan literalmente por encima del hotel, pero te acostumbras al ruido.

Ventajas: It was quiet .

Desventajas: The shower had awful water pressure and the handle wouldn’t stay put so showers were chilly and fast.

Ventajas: The location is very good. A huge selection of dishes in restaurants! the sea is beautiful, clean, sandy beach, many sun loungers. However, people occupy many sun loungers in the morning and go to bed. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, you can get to Heraklion and other places for 4 euro. Beach towels are available. Each room has little fridge, kettle, tea, coffee.

Desventajas: The safe in the room had to be closed with a key, i.e. the key to the safe had to be carried.

Ventajas: excellent food, very nice staff, the location is excellent with a very nice private beach, this hotel offers excellents facilities I recommend 100%! The dinning room staff are 100% professional. Thanks team!!!

Desventajas: nothing to complain!

Ventajas: The staff were happy, smiling and willing to cater to any needs/requests. The food in the restaurants was impeccable, always fresh ingredients with a good selection of Greek and international food. The packed lunches were good too. Light, nothing fancy but quite adequate. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh bed linen and towels. The beach towel service was very handy and a special thank you to the two ladies, Valentina and Ansi, at the resort's spa where we enjoyed a full body scrub and hot oil massage, foot and neck complete relaxation massage and an amazing facial lifting with natural Cretan oils and creams at a very reasonable price. Minas, the main bar barman and Vlad were also fantastic and with all the people here still remembered from one day to the next what we usually ordered to drink and where we had said we were going the evening before. Overall a very welcome relaxing week. Absolute nothing to complain about.

Desventajas: Not the resort's fault, but we prefer a compact sandy access to the sea. The beach is sandy but there are stones to overcome when entering the sea.

Ventajas: The food was OK

Desventajas: The night time entertainment was dreadful. The rooms were very basic with no pictures on the walls to break up the blandness.

Desventajas: Old tired furniture , every where looked as if it could do with a coat of paint, door to the balcony was missing parts of it. could not get wifi in the bedroom - had to go out on the balcony to get any reception, food was always only luke warm, afternoon tea was a few sliced cakes and a plate of biscuits, sitting area inside was like sitting in a doctors waiting room, no flowers or plants - everything seemed to be cut back . Cost per night was too high for the quality of accommodation.
