The location was premier besides museum and port. Hotel has pretty rich breakfast. The view was good.
Staff were not that proactive on service. We arrived at late night due to flight delay, the reception was quite slow to process and there was no help on our luggage, a bit disappointing

Liked that they had pool options though far less inspiring in real-time than the photos. Breakfast was good - but have to beg multiple times for service if you are the sort to like a coffee in the morning or need glass of soya milk for your dairy free child. But just approach the group of staff all huddled chatting in the corner and keep trying - one may notice you eventually.
Very poor reception staff - greeted with frowns (only after I’d managed their attention) and then thrown a form to complete on my own, no instruction, no pen. I was shocked by the lack of service to be honest. Others around but by no means busy. We travel for business and as a family so can compare properties from both perspectives, and spend over 5 months a year in European and middle eastern hotels and this one ranks among the most disappointing. So called harbor view - if you figure out where to look. Much better options exist in Heraklion that we’ve used before and for similar price and even lower star rating we’ve had far superior experience. Frequent travelers to Crete so wanted to check this place out but won’t plan a return and can’t recommend the hotel.

The bed was soft and comfortable balcony was nice just dont lock your self out . Nice they help us with the bags all the way to the room. Massarge was ok :)
You had to call from the pool up on the top deck for a drink that was ok but each time we ordered cocktails the same 1 they came different think in a 5* the service should be consistent and made to the same standard the second 1 was the best although not very strong any of them . I expect a bit more 5*

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are lovely and clean. Plenty of room. It was great they could give us an interconnecting room as our family required two rooms. I probably was expecting more of a view when they said harbour view. So not worth paying extra for that unless you are on a higher level. The location is close to restaurants and shops Just short walk. It was easy and stress free to hire a car if you want to go exploring. We enjoyed the great buffet breakfast too. So all round the hotel is a get pick while travelling through Crete.

Staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Good breakfast.
Location is up on the hill and very difficult to get there by foot. Airplanes were taking off and passing by our balcony every few minutes till late night. It was not possible to sleep until after the midnight.
