It would have been better transparency. When they brought the car it was not what I order and when they brought another car they charge me extra for the vehicle. If I would have known for bringing another car would be charge to me I would have just cancel my reservation. Not once would I notify about the charge.Opinión del 30 dic 2022

Rental car rates are ridiculous right now, of course. Enterprise has a confused situation at LAX that could use better signage, and also a bit of confusion on pickup at SNA. Service was very good, but ditch the up sell. Get me in and out as fast as possible.Opinión del 11 jul 2021

Ventajas:Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Got me a good fair deal, and the customer service was excellent.Desventajas:They overbooked the car I rented, but they made up for it 10 fold. No complaints.Opinión del 2 mar 2021

Ventajas:How quick they can get you out of there with your rental car, especially during Covid times. No need to step inside the office.Desventajas:Overall it was well done. Limited vehicle choice but I was at a smaller office location. Also customer service said we could get a 4x4 but the office staff were more up front and honest about that. Ventajas:The staff at the rental counter and the auto check out were very friendly and professional. It could not have been simpler.Desventajas:They probably say the same thing every time there is a new customer, but I would suggest they take a little bit of time explaining the charges when renting a car. The masks don't help, but also the fact that I don't rent cars very often makes it important to explain it fully.Opinión del 25 oct 2020

Ventajas:Drop off was very easy, just pulled up and got checked in and wasn’t far from my terminal. Also it was cheaper than getting one not at the airport.Desventajas:I got there really late at night and two attendants were busy for quite awhile. Only one girl at the counter. She ran into a couple snags and anyway it was 20 min before I was greeted...but well taken care of after.Opinión del 12 oct 2020
