Wrong car size
Desventajas: I requested the small car since we were driving to the old medieval cities with little space to maneuver. Instead we got station wagon and were told there are no any smaller cars available. I have to say, that the driving in the cities and, especially, parking was a challenge.

Desventajas: They initially gave me the option between 2 vehicles. After making a selection they told me that it would be an upgrade. The woman named Natalia became very irate when I asked about why I was given an option in the first place. If I was not pressed for time I would have left and rented with another agency.

Automatic Transmission Not Available
Ventajas: The attention of the staff was very good. They were very kind.
Desventajas: Even though I reserved and automatic transmission car and that I received a confirmation from the rental car company, they did not have those kind of vehicles available when I arrived. After I waited for more than one hour and a half, I just decide to call a friend who knew how to drive in manual transmission I was lucky enough to find him available so he drove. Otherwise I would have had to cancel my trip since I only know how to use an automatic transmission car and the company did not have those.

Ventajas: El coche está en muy buenas condiciones
Desventajas: Fianza de 250 euros. Intentaron venderme "adicionales" a toda costa e incluso a base de intimidar con sobrecostes en caso de algún percance. Cobro adicional no mencionado en la reserva por entregar el coche en otra oficina (si mencionado en la reserva)
