Terrible. Broken system. Waited 3 hours for car. Then my license “wouldn’t work” so I had to use my wife’s license to rent the car. I’ve rented with budget two weeks ago with no issues. I have a perfect driving record. Will not use budget ever again. Terrible.Opinión del 26 ago 2023

Terrible. Me quisieron hacer un cargo de 200 dolares extras los cuales en ningún momento se mencionaron. Con lo cual no pude realizar la renta pues se excedía el límite de mi tarjeta de crédito. La persona que me atendió no supo ayudarme. Y no ofreció ninguna solución.Opinión del 5 jul 2023

I reserved the car for $101 and when I picked it up they tried to charge me $178. When I asked why the price increased vs my reservation amount, they made up a bunch of excuses. I had to argue with them for 5 minutes before the manager came out and adjusted the price back to the reservation amount.
