The vehicle is clean but not well-maintained. The suspension was very stiff and felt like it did not exist. The door light alarm was always on, even I closed all the doors firmly several times. And I had to walk across the parking lot to find the car in the rain by myself.Opinión del 19 feb 2022

Exterior of car was not clean. I upgraded to a luxury car category and the employees working did not really understand well which cars belong in that category. Save yourself the headache, nothing about the experience was positive, from the ride from the airport to the rental car, the wait in line or the helpfulness of the agents and no cancellations or flexibility. Will never be renting from thrifty or it’s affiliates againOpinión del 26 jul 2021

Ventajas:Due to Covid, we had to cancel our trip, and this our reservation. Delta refunded all of our money back. Thrifty did not, and blamed it on Kayak.
