Did not explain how the tolls/transponder work in California (Fast Track vs. Toll Roads). Did not expect $13 per day for the transponder...especially when it does not cover Fast Track. Will see if any fees are tacked on...after the fact.Opinión del 6 may 2023

I had to cancel the reservation because when I attempted to modify my car pick up time *by a few hours), it cancelled my entire reservation. After over 2 hours of trying to reach an agent, I got one who referred me to another number. I called it and it was the same employee. He said I had to make a new reservation at a new price. I cancelled. There was absolutely no way to cancel the insurance. I emailed the insurance company, but no response after two weeks. NEVER AGAIN.Opinión del 16 abr 2023

I didn't realize it was in an off-airport location. That would have been OK if they had a shuttle to take me to the airport after drop-off, but their office closes at 4:30pm and I couldn't get there until 6:00. They told me I had to call Lyft or Uber, which was an extra step/cost.Opinión del 7 feb 2023

Let all renters know that pick up is NOT at the airport and they need to catch a shuttle between posts 5 & 6. It was confusing. Otherwise it went very well.Opinión del 21 ene 2023

They close at 5 pm so if your flight is late, you cannot pick up your car. Also it is not at the airport. You need a shuttle off site.Opinión del 18 dic 2022

Off site location. They don’t send shuttle until you call them. Close at 4:30 pm! Make you provide your car insurance. Struggle to get a receipt of you drop car after 4:30. No key drop so they have you leave the car unlocked with the key in it and sign a release that your still responsible. This place is a jokeOpinión del 21 oct 2022

Never use the is agency again! They did not disclose there would be $600 deposit! When I got there the guy was completely rude and cancelled my reservation immediately. Wouldn’t work with me, completely screwed my plans. I will never use this again!Opinión del 17 oct 2022
