Never think Payless is less. The pick up and drop off in IND was the same as every other brand. The top brands even share their location and staff with Paylees. Good rental, Good Car, Good Service....Opinión del 6 jul 2023

The vehicle was not fueled up prior to me renting it. That was not expected and I should have been advised at the checkout counter prior to me getting into the very busy and unfamiliar 5 lane highway at rush hour.Opinión del 22 jun 2023

To extend my rental it was $200 more than Budget. So I returned my rental to Indianapolis airport and took and Uber to the downtown location ($20) and picked up my next rental quickly.Opinión del 4 jun 2023

Very long wait at counter. Payless/Avis only had one person at counter for over 25 customers. The wait was in excess of 45 minutes. Car was not clean, needed maintenance and was fairly old for rental car.Opinión del 21 nov 2022

The price was twice what I thought it was when booked trough carrentals.com and the Truck was dirty, including pizza crust from the last customer, also the sticker on the License plate said 6-21 which appeared to be 6 months out of date. Other than that it was great.Opinión del 27 dic 2021
