Most full service hotels have a very nice look from a distance but up close, are a bit dirty or have out dated bathroom fixtures. It seems like there's always some small disappointment. This place was very nice when we walked in, and was still very nice as we looked closer and settled into our room. It was a great hotel!
Very clean and setup well, Lots of extra pillows
The decor and everything has been updated very well, but some of the elements of the building remain in disrepair - which to the credit of the Omni, they are working on. It was clean, staff were all nice, and the location was very convenient. It's an old building and there were two issues that arose from that - 1, The elevators were in repair during my three night stay, necessitating either a long wait or a long walk to the opposite wing. Not a biggie, but an inconvenience. Also, 2. the hot water took so long to come on in the shower I wondered if I had even used the handle correctly. It was very slow...but the building is older than dirt, so whattaya gonna do?
The bed and the towels and the other materials felt luxurious. The room was exceedingly small. The Omni name and the expense did not match the size of the room.
The staff is extremely friendly and very eager to assist Asked for a king bed when made my reservation(a coupke weeks in advance) but told when i arrived only doubles were available
Great location, friendly staff very small rooms and VERY small bathroom
Loved the location of hotel. Staff was very helpful- minus the restaurant hostess Rooms were very small, coffee maker disgusting along with staircases and ice machine.
the pool; the restaurant; the warmth and helpfulness of the staff the bathroom was nicely done but a bit cramped; the bed was too soft
The hotel was located conviently and was nice and clean. We had requested a room opposite to the trains and our room was very close to the loud trains that rolled through all night. We won't risk a nights sleep by not getting our request filled next time.
Speedy check in
Quiet and excellent location Carpet was not vacuumed and shower had hair on the walls and tub.
Location. Right next to Lucas Oil Stadium No airport shuttle
Location The Hotel charged $20.00 per day for parking & I chose this location because it was suppose to be free parking. Found a live roach in the closet, and the pop machine took my money.
Location The room was dirty. The carpet and furniture were stained. Front desk staff was very dismissive of our concerns. She simply stated renovations are beginning in 3 days. That does not excuse the room being dirty with visible dust around edge of carpet.
Good parking next door at a reasonable price. Nice man at the front desk who came out and helped me get into the parking when I left my hand tag in my room. Good location close to downtown. Good bathroom and tub. Very noisy. A cleaning person was cleaning up an adjacent room and talked for hours and I could hear practically every word she said. The halls echo. Someone left the TV on in my room - I came back to TV static two days in a row. Weird!
staff was great! not as close to downtown; pretty far walk to the middle of downtown.
That staff was super friendly and always had a smile on their face. Very informative as well. The only problem I had during my stay was kids running up and down the hallway all night and not being told upfront I was going to have to pay $18.00 for parking.
Breakfast was great, room was nice except for the carpeting. Furniture in great condition. People at desk were very helpful and pleasant. Did not receive bites but found what I believe to be dead pieces of bed bugs along seams in mattress - which just made me uncomfortable. There were not a lot, nor did I find any live bugs. But made me uneasy all nites.
It is practically right across the street from Lucas oil stadium and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Nope
Location and price. The sheets were terrible. Stains on the carpet.
Location. Fast elevators. In need of furniture and carpet updates. definitely not a 3 star. Breakfast was sketchy.
Location and exercise room The staff in check in was rude. Movers were taking out beds and sofas and commandeered the elevators.
Right across the street from Lucas Oil which is connected to the Convention Center. Very convenient. My only real issue was the awful smell in the refrigerator.
Rooms were in maculate Lee clean. And the hotel is new also the parking was cheaper than most other places No complaints
Clean, newly furnished rooms. Additional parking charge. If you have the space and they appeared to, I don't see the reason to charge other than greed.
It was clean and neat for the price we paid. Staff was very friendly and we loved the free shuttle. Some workers were drilling at 8:00am and it was very loud and disruptive.
Cleanliness. Heard traffic all through the night as I was on the corner of the 2nd floor.
Cleanliness and the rooms where spacious No

Best room in for the price. It had a good breakfast, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. There were little kids in the hot tub. The pool area was crowded.
It was close to the destination I was attending and there was a sweet bar right next-door

Location. The website didn't show the hotel under construction so I assumed all remodeling was complete. We got a room that hadn't been updated and no more double bed rooms were available... or so we were told. It was quite disappointing.
The location, inexpensive parking, friendly staff, clean pool & spa.
Roomy....usually stay at Omni, but having little kids the suite is much more practical. Breakfast wasn't that great, but it's free!
full kitchen, sitting area in suite, snacks in evening and breakfast in the morning small pillows-why have a king bed with pillows smaller than standard ones? Our room wasn't serviced on the Friday we were there. Ran out of bathroom tissue...used kleenex and had to use a hand towel to dry after showering as no clean towels available.
