Nice room, pool was great, location in the heart of it all!! Very secure also. Nothing
Great room and staff. Location is great Maybe we were just there on a bad weekend, but there were a lot of rowdy kids at the hotel. Noise was a problem.
I booked this hotel as a last minute getaway for the family. The staff were overwhelmingly friendly, rooms were clean and it was in close proximity to dowtown. The pool and hot tub, while small, were sufficient. The Orioles stadium is right across the street, so it would be a great location if going to a game. Also, lots of restaurants nearby. The food provided for the continental breakfast was your typical items and looked good, however the location was not sufficient to handle a large group of people. The staff did eventually open a meeting room so there was extra seating. The only other negative is location, if staying with young kids (mine were 5 &7). It was more of a hike than I expected to Inner Harbor.
We were very disappointed. Hotel was kind of smelly. No fresh air in the building. Swimming pool area was dirty . The hot tub was not hot at all . It was warm water. Someone called for maintenance and the guy said to wait until it warms up (until late afternoon) he said there was nothing they can do about it . We received a great service from all of the front desk staff and we liked the comp breakfast
Loved the bed comfortable you just melt in it. The room was really compact......not much moving space After paying for the room 2 weeks n advance there was no complimentary breakfast i paid more to stay here but quality inn at least had breakfast. Hilton wanted us to pay 14.95 per person for breakfast. Valet was cool but if u self parked you still have to pay wth.
Loved the bed comfortable you just melt in it. The room was really compact......not much moving space The doors to the bathroom were very small. Closet door was broken and hard to open. The refrigerator was in an awkward position.
The room was spacious, the view was nice, the location was great. I would recommend it to anyone that is going to downtown Baltimore, and it seemed to especially cater to families. We had to change our reservation from 3 nights to 2 nights which the staff did without charge. The carpet was very dirty near the sink, the closet door could not be closed once opened, the fitted sheets came off the mattress every night (so that by morning I was sleeping on a bare mattress) and one of the elements on the stove top was not connected to the stove.
