I would of liked the car to already been cleaned and washed when we got there. We did confirm 2 times we were on our way to pick it up. We had to ask if they could please wash and clean it . Gentleman said he was SORRY IT DIDNT MEET OUR EXPECTATIONS…but that’s what all customers want not just me .. to get a clean rental …Other than that it was great!Opinión del 25 oct 2022

I made an arrangement to rent an 8 passenger premium SUV at the branch but was very disappointed to find out that the car wasn’t available when I got there. However, Jeff at the branch went above and beyond to help me out and found a car for me. Our family had a great time and it was all because of Jeff’s dedication.Opinión del 30 jul 2022
