Dollar could not deliver the car i paid for in advance. Moreover they did not offer a solution other than wait a call from them. i had to pick up a car which i did not intend to.Opinión del 7 ago 2023

Terrible experience. The car wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be. Their cleaners went home or something. Had to wait 2 hours for the car. Then they overcharged me on tax for the rental. Then they started the rental before I even took possession of the car. Then when I tried to return it there wasn’t anyone there and they added 2 hours into my rental even though they are the ones who didn’t have anyone out there to receive it.Opinión del 6 ago 2023

They did not have our car available at the time we had scheduled and said it would be 3 hours or more and they couldn’t guarantee it. I had to rent from another vendor at the airport at an inflated day of price and still have not received a refund from dollar for the car they didn’t provide me.Opinión del 15 jul 2023

They tried to upsell me on the EZ Pass, at $27/day. I only went thru 3-4 tolls the whole week. I saved $230 by paying by mail!Opinión del 15 jul 2023

Dollar’s website showed an abundance of cars available for rent. When we arrived to pick up our car, that was not the case. Thankfully their manager Lawrence was handling the abundance of customers in the same position with professionalism, courtesy, and patience. As cars were returned, he notified us that a car was available and we were very pleased with the rental.Opinión del 14 jul 2023

They didn’t have a car. They said they don’t accept same day reservations. To show up after a flight thinking you have a car and not having one and being stranded is so ridiculous. I will never be using this company again.Opinión del 11 jul 2023

Great and quick service with a last minute one-way rental. Only issue was that the wrong gas tank % was noted in the systemOpinión del 10 jul 2023
