The nashville airport is confusing to get in and out of. I forgot to put gas in the car and traffic was so backed up at the airport that I could not go get gas once I was in line at the airport. There was no number to call at the rental desk to let them know I was going to be 10 minutes late. I ended up paying $10 a gallon. Left me with a bad taste overall.Opinión del 25 jun 2022

We reserved a Ford Focus for 3 people driving 2 days and we were immediately told there was no such bar available. We were told there were tiny Chevy Parks available but the woman offered us a Ford Escape as an 'upgrade' and we had to pay more for this. She gave us her discount which lowered the cost, but this is such a poor service where you reserve a car and then it's just not available. Why have a reserve service if its not guaranteed? Signage for car pick up at BNA was unclear. Also, there was no Thrifty staff at drop-off and Hertz staff did not seem to even know this. Overall, however, the car was fine.Opinión del 28 nov 2021
