The service
The bathroom is dusty when we arrived, there was Webb on the corner of the bathrooms to think that it is a suite. The bed was hard. I’m used to four seasons hotel cleanliness & soft fluppy beds. The hotel stairs & other areas are dusty too, it makes me cringe

The staff! Everyone knows your name, and I mean everyone! Asian hospitality with a French twist. Accommodations are exceptional. The food is wonderful. The Bar in the terrace (reservations only) has the best possible view of the Eiffel Tower.
It's the perfect location for the Eiffel Tower, but it's so far away from everything else in Paris.
