Ventajas: El personal de recepción es amabilísimo y soluciona todos los problemas o peticiones que se les hace. Desayuno excelente. Localización óptima.

Desventajas: Salimos del hotel a las 10h a.m. y volvimos a las 14h p.m. Las habitaciones no estaban hechas. Al dirigirme al equipo del servicio de habitaciones que encontré en un pasillo pedí que las hicieran ya que volvíamos a salir inmediatamente y quedaban a su disposición para poder hacerlas. Llamaron al supervisor que con enorme descaro dio una serie de razones para no hacerlas con un aire tremendamente insolente y fuera de lugar. Malvado. Puse el hecho en conocimiento del personal de recepción. Las habitaciones fueron hechas pero las camas no.

Ventajas: El servicio del hotel excelente y tanto desayuno como habitación genial

Hotel de diseño. Se agradece que el hotel te rrmita un aviso con el parking ya que en coche no se puede llegar a la puerta del hotel.

Desventajas: Nada destacable. Seria recomendable que la entrada estuviera mas destacada ya que es una puerta tan pequeña que no la distingues si lo comparas con las entradas deo resto de los hoteles de la plaza.

Ventajas: Ubicación excelente, desayuno correcto

Ventajas: Quick response. Detailed information by email and at the front desk. Supportive receptionists. Position in the city centre.

Desventajas: The bed was very comfortable. However, the duvet exceeded the season temperature. As a 'green-person' I'd use a bed sheet as a cover rather than switching on the air conditioning. I have found the same in other hotels where I stayed the days before in France.

Ventajas: Located on main square. Very nice quiet contemporary room.

Desventajas: Access by car is not easy. Downtown Toulouse is mainly pedestrian area.

Ventajas: Room ideal, breakfast lovely, staff knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Theatre was a treat!

Ventajas: Excellent location - don't think you can get better, and very calm & peaceful. Really pleasant and friendly staff, in particular Nicolas at reception. Very comfortable bed, and spotless room. Lovely breakfast choices too.

Ventajas: We had an exceptional time in this establishment and in our night in Toulouse. What a lively vibe with great regional food! Service was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was a delight. Highly recommend!

Ventajas: Location was walkable to train station, Con : due to yellow jackets rioting the day we arrived and we literally could not physically get to our hotel because the riots were directly in front of the hotel. We got tear gassed not fun. Not the hotel’s fault. The front doors were shattered due to rocks thrown. Next day everything was calm once more.

Desventajas: Pedimos un café con leche durante el desayuno y no habian tazas, nos dijeron que esperasemos a que tuvieran limpias. Cuando pedimos de nuevo las tazas, que se estaban lavando, nos indicaron que ya no daban desayunos. Comentamos que estabamos desayunando en el horario especificado y estabamos esperando que tuvieran tazas, de malos modos nos dieron una taza para el café. El desayuno es un caos y un hotel de esta categoría no puede permitirse este servicio.

Ventajas: The location

Ventajas: Right in the centre easy to find, there is a drop off area out the front where you can park and unload luggage. Parking is nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Ventajas: El aparamento estaba perfecto, sencillo pero con todo lo necesario, se agradece que ko falten detalles como amenities de baño, en la cocina e incluso aguja e hilo, o bloc para notas junto al teléfono. Localización perfecta

Ventajas: Muy buena ubicación. No tienen restaurante, però no es necesario porque hay muy buena y variada cantidad de restaurantes muy cerca.

Ventajas: Third stay at this property over 2 years. Great location in the middle of town, a short walk to all the shops restaurants and tourist sites. We had a two bedroom duplex apartment which is great for a family of 4. Great quality accommodation, good leisure facilities for a small hotel . Paid circa £200 per night (4 night stay), which is pretty good value for accommodation of this standard for 4 in peak season (early August) in the middle of the city.

Desventajas: My only gripe is some of the controls put around use of the pool. One day we went down with the kids (age 12 and 7) and there were a couple of young guys (early 20s) who had taken over the shallow end lining up bottles of gin and tequila downing hard liquor, being very loud and playing their own music. I had to ask them to move their drinks so that my kids could get in the shallow end and they grumbled at me. The scene was intimidating for my kids and I saw a few families come to use the pool and then leave as it was obviously intimidating for them. We had a similar experience last year staying at the same property. But to be fair this happened on both visits just once over 4 days. I would like to see some controls put around the pool use (eg no smoking, no bringing your own alcohol, playing loud music etc) as in such a small pool area it spoils enjoyment for kids / families and people should really not be made to feel like this due to the actions of a few (usually younger) guests who think they own the place.

Ventajas: We found it very good. Two couples and loved that we could store our luggage prior to checkin as we had been on a boat on Canal du Midi for a week and arrived earlier than expected. We were able to have a look around buy some food for the next day and get our bearings. It was a well appointed apartment with everything we needed. Would recommend this accomodation. We loved the pink city - a lovely stay.

Ventajas: It was clean, comfortable, convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Desventajas: The buffet breakfast was ok, nothing outstanding and cost extra.

Ventajas: A very functional and spacious room, well equipped hotel, well located with a very hospitable staff.

Ventajas: An excellent apartment hotel. Nice large room with AC, balcony, equipped small kitchen. The room was clean, modern and there was nothing I would really miss there. The hotel was very quite at night. They even have a smal swimming pool.

Desventajas: Not much to complain about. A bit expensive for Toulouse, but worth the money.

Desventajas: Estábamos en el último piso y teníamos al lado de la pared de la habitación el cuarto de maquinas del ascensor y del aire acondicionado de todo el edificio, con lo que el zumbido era constante durante todo el día.

Desventajas: El volumen del hilo musical de los pasillos molestaba dentro de las habitaciones. Tuve que bajar a recepcion las dos noches a solicitar que bajasen el volumen.

Ventajas: Situación y la atención del personal.

Desventajas: Breakfast is not worth the money. Kitchenette is fully equipped, so it's better to do it yourself.

Ventajas: Great people at reception, can speak multiple languages, including English, but didn't patronise when I tried to speak French. Apartment is lovely, very clean and comfortable, spacious with all necessary facilities. Great location, easy walk to centre and two minutes from station. Would definitely stay here again.

Desventajas: Very minor thing, we booked for 3 but initially had 2 sets of towels. Easy fix. Some cups in breakfast room were not well washed.

Ventajas: This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is amazing, kind, and helpful. Everything was perfectly clean. If I have to come back to Toulouse I’ll book my stay here again! The place is incredible!!

Ventajas: Estudio confortable, limpio y bien equipado. Muy cerca de la estación de Toulouse muy conveniente con los horarios actuales de AVE desde Barcelona y para hacer excursiones. Muy recomendable.

Desventajas: La habitación del wc huele raro y no parece que tenga buena ventilación.

Ventajas: La zona de estar amplia y el dormitorio separado de la zona de cocina. Totalmente limpio y nuevo. Muy luminoso. Muy cerca del centro andando por una avenida principal. Parking concertado justo debajo del alojamiento. Viajamos con un bebé y nos sentimos como en casa.

Desventajas: En general, no hay nada que no me gustase Quizá el baño un poco pequeño, por reseñar algo.

Ventajas: Spacious modern room, friendly and helpful staff

Ventajas: Quiet comfortable rooms. Excellent blackout curtains were wonderful for jet lag recovery. Very friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor terrace and bar were pleasant spots to meet, relax or work.Terrific location for walking around city center and the river bank.

Ventajas: Very good location, quiet and easy to reach by car. Possibility to park at the hotel or in public parking nearby. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby, sightseeing and places to go for a walk. In walking distance from the city center and main interesting sites. Tea/coffee in the room. Comfortable bathroom. Good air conditioning. Good wifi. Beautiful inner court with stylish sofas and tables to have a drink or just sit lazily.

Desventajas: Expensive. Luxury is expensive ! Breakfast was OK but if it is not included in the price, it is very expensive. Parking is expensive but this is the reality of big cities. WC is separated from the bathroom. For some people it is a feature but others can find it inconvenient !

Ventajas: The staff was amazing!!! So warm, and helpful, especially for a solo traveler.

Ventajas: A fabulous hotel in a great location! Just down a little side street a short walk from many of the key landmarks. The staff were incredibly helpful despite it being a short visit they could not have done more to help.

Desventajas: Nothing really! It was obviously at the upper end cost wise but that is probably to be expected with a city centre hotel!

Ventajas: This is a beautiful hotel, now my favourite in Toulouse. The room was spacious and well appointed, lovely huge and comfy bed and a very sophisticated bathroom offering all a traveler may need. We didn't have time for the spa very sadly but I certainly will next stay.

Desventajas: Valet parking is a must here unless you know the city well. This is offered and it was extremely efficient however the only pull in area outside being taken up by the postman we couldn't get anywhere near the hotel. Its in the city, space is of a premium I get that and they do all they can to help here.

Ventajas: Nice, spacious room, helpful and kind staff, quiet location, very elegant hotel, bar, spa and restaurant. Great a/c and wifi. Nice location between the old town, the hip area and the river.

Desventajas: The shower handle was a bit difficult to manage, especially for older people, needs a bit of repairing. For a 5 star hotel, I expected a better selection of tv channels, especially ones in English. I thought a better pillow selection would be in order. And feminine hygiene bags were not provided but would have been nice. Spa, albeit lovely, was a bit overpriced in my opinion. The only real thing that this 5 star hotel in the South of France was lacking was a pool.

Ventajas: The restaurant is outstanding however we returned for a second night on Sunday and it was closed which was a big disappointment.

Desventajas: It is normally a family oriented hotel hoewever there were no many things for children as Other ibis styles we have been to.

Ventajas: Excellent location for the Cité de L’espace museum and very easy drive to the center of Toulouse which has loads of paying car parks. The swimming pool and the small gym were extra bonuses. Dinner was delicious as well as a good breakfast selection. Very friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Ventajas: Muy limpio, personal super atentos y muy cerca de la ciudad del espacio y relativamente cerca del centro de Toulouse.

Ventajas: Todo ,comodor, tranquilo, personal muy educado, límpio, muy nuevo, la piscina està muy bien. Nuestra estancia fue de 10

Desventajas: Cuando llegas impresiona el entorn però Ibis Style ha conseguido hacer un micro espacio

Desventajas: Airplanes could be heard inside the rooms, but it was okay during the night, we still slept well.

Desventajas: La moqueta un poco sucia, deberían de empezar a cambiar los suelos en todos los hoteles y quitar moquetas que son insanas, suelen estar sucias y llenas de ácaros

Ventajas: The only thing we didn’t like was the carpet color discoloration where stains had obviously been cleaned and we found an apple under the bed.

Ventajas: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable. It seemed to be very quiet in the hotel.

Desventajas: The hotel is a bit out of town which was fine for us as we were using it as a base as we are out and about planning our wedding but just so you know it’s not in central Toulouse

Desventajas: Es un poco difícil de localizar desde la autopista, o quizá nos resultó así porque llegamos de noche. Conviene, por tanto, llegar cuando aún es de día para encontrarlo fácilmente. La relación calidad-precio no es muy buena, pero responde a los estándares de Francia, que no son los mismos que en España.

Ventajas: Personal muy amable. Hablan en español. Nos facilitaron todo lo posible. Nos proporcionaron mapa de la ciudad con varias rutas que permiten conocer en un día la ciudad. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y elegantes. Situado a 100 m del centro neurálgico de Toulousse. El hotel tiene concierto con un parking público cercano: la estancia de 24 h cuesta 15€, en lugar de los 20€ que costaría de forma libre.

Ventajas: The room was very clean-looking but my husband felt like it smelled badly, though I did it notice. The staff were fantastic, the room was comfortable and the mini-bar offered free waters and soft drinks. Breakfast was good, but we did enjoy room service.

Ventajas: The reception staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was well appointed with toilet separate to bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was welcoming after a long hot day sightseeing. I didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment.

Desventajas: One minor thing - the bar served caramelised pecans (which spoilt the drink) instead of natural nuts. One other thing not so minor - the shower could only produce cold water despite all my efforts. Still unsure whether the water in the fridge is free, the attached information is not adequate.

Desventajas: Creo que es un problema de la ciudad pero afecta sin lugar a dudas al hotel, pues el aeropuerto está a 6/7 kms y los aviones salen y llegan entre las 6 y las 24 h y los ruidos molestan ya que las ventanas no cuentan con un sistema de aislamiento. Baño pequeño y desayuno caro.

Desventajas: Its a 2 star hotel so nothing to complain about

Ventajas: The stuff were friendly. The room was clean and the lights were adequate. Though all stuff don't speak English but one of them was good at English. Moreover he has very much helping attitude. Due to train delay I reached there after 12 am midnight, the reception was closed but he was available to pick phone call.

Desventajas: It was full summer and the room was not equipped with Air-conditioning. They only provide one small fan. Also not all stuff can talk or understand English which was another problem for non-French speaking guests. The reception was not 24/7.

Ventajas: We stayed here to do the parkrun in Toulouse. Was a great location for the airport and easy to get to. Parking was great and really friendly

Ventajas: El recepcionista que nos entrego las llaves nos atendió en castellano y nos indico y aconsejó sobre nuestra estancia y visita a Toulouse . Muy buena habitación para ser un 2 estrellas . Cama comoda , tv satelite , parking gratuito , todo ello a un precio bastante aceptable . Está ubicado a unos 10 minutos en coche del centro de Toulouse , pero cerca hay estación de metro y de tranvia .

Ventajas: Nos alojamos tres personas en este hotel durante nuna noche, ya que se encontraba muy próximo a la autopista, para continuar nuestro viaje a la mañana siguiente tras visitar Toulouse. El hotel se encuentra en una zona residencial un poco a las afueras de la ciudad. El recepcionista fue muy amable y rápido en el check-in. Nos sorprendió que contara en las habitaciones con hervidor para agua y la posibilidad de preparar té o cafe. Además el recepcionista nos ofreció la posibilidad de usar la cafetera de cápsulas que se encuentra a la entrada, junto a la recepción. La cama de matriomio era amplia y cómoda la otra cama era de 0,90x1,80, y también cómoda.

Desventajas: El hotel se encuentra en la trayector de aproximación de los aviones al eropuerto de Toulouse. Las ventanas no aislan mucho de su ruido que digamos. Lo único positivo que es que el último avión aterriza enrtre las 11:30-00:00 (si mal no recuerdo) y luego no vuelve a aterrizar otro hasta las 8:00 horas. No hay ascensor a las habitaciones de la segunda planta.

Ventajas: Todo perfecto. Sitio limpio, confortable, con tetera y TV por cable. WC y ducha correctos y limpios.

Ventajas: Excelente alojamiento. LLegué con un esguince y me llevaron a la clínica, me fueron a buscar, atentos en todo momento. Personal muy amable y cordiales. Muy buen desayuno. Servicios excelentes. Personalmente, gracias por toda la ayuda y preocupación.

Desventajas: Nada.

Ventajas: It's off the Peripherique and easy to find. Free, off street parking. Comfy, great staff, great price. Metro A is a 10-15 minute walk to the center. Paid a lot more for a lot less elsewhere. This has a great rapport quality-price. Used it as a base to explore the area. One hour by car to Carcasonne, Moissac, Albi and two hours to Lourdes. The manager was super helpful with lots of sound advice. He even refrigerated my saucisse de Toulouse for me.

Ventajas: Staff were friendly and helpful. Good restaurant right next door. Excellent location. Quiet and comfortable room. And good value.

Desventajas: Nothing, it was all fine

Ventajas: The location was great and the room was very clean. The shower is awesome at this hotel. It is a 3-star, so not a ton of frills, but the staff was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great hotel for the value

Desventajas: That we did not have more time to explore Toulouse. Not the hotel's fault.

Ventajas: La ubicación. Perfecta.

Desventajas: El desayuno. Muy escaso para como lo hacemos los españoles.

Ventajas: Hotel, staff, room, bed, facilities, lift, shower, fantastic breakfast for just €10 each.

Desventajas: The dreadful noisy shouting on the side street outside our window by a drunk homeless man and his partying friends and the scary barking dogs which gave us 2 dreadful nights' "sleep"!!

Ventajas: The breakfast met expectations. Variety and good coffee.

Ventajas: Location and Staff.

Desventajas: Air Conditioning didn´t work at first. Bathroom door didn´t close completely.

Ventajas: La ubicación es fabulosa, con parada de bus y estación de metro frente al hotel. Muy bien insonorizado (estuvimos en la primera planta con vistas a la calle principal y ni un ruido) Muy limpio y camas muy cómodas. La primera vez que duermo bien con la almohada de un hotel. Suelen ser muy bajas.

Desventajas: Armario escaso.

Ventajas: Un excelente hotel en pleno centro de la ciudad. A pocos minutos andando de la Place du Capitole. En una plaza transitada con mucho comercio alrededor, bares y restaurates. Interior moderno, agradable y limpio. El personal atento y simpático. La habitación cómoda y limpia. El baño moderno y limpio. Perfecto para una corta estancia.

Desventajas: Sólo un detalle. Somos fumadores y no se nos ofrece lugar alguno donde fumar aunque sea un cigarrito... Evidentemente, la ley obliga y el hotel no tiene culpa. Pero sólo nos queda la calle para fumar. Y se nos cobra igual. Dicho esto, no tenemos quejas.

Ventajas: Sin lugar a dudas la ubicación; la posibilidad de aparcar en el Parking junto al hotel y la atención del personal. Debido a una manifestación, nos desviaron y tuvimos que aparcar en otro Parking en la misma calle, pero a unos 8 minutos caminando. Junto a la catedral.

Desventajas: Aunque no depende directamente de ellos, habían varios vagabundos en las inmediaciones del hotel, que nos amenizaron la noche a pesar de estar en el tercer piso.

Ventajas: La habitación era grande y suficiente para tres personas.

Desventajas: No habia enchufe en el baño

Ventajas: El personal era muy agradable, las habitaciones muy limpias y bien distribuidas. El servicio de transporte funcionaba bien.

Desventajas: No pude conseguir apagar la calefacción, así que la habitación era mucho más calurosa de lo que habría preferido para dormir. No pedí asistencia esa noche - fue mi culpa.

Ventajas: The room was a good size the bed and pillows very comfortable. The evening meal we had was just what we wanted a delicious Cesar salad and breakfast was excellent.

Desventajas: Nothing not to like

Ventajas: The beds were great, we slept like babies. The shower/bath was perfect, exactly what we needed after a week of camping. Perfection.

Desventajas: Nothing.

Ventajas: La comodidad de la cama, las almohadas, la habitación y la limpieza.

Desventajas: Que se indique que hablen español y es mentira, tiene el mismo conocimiento de español que yo con el francés, ninguno. En el restaurante el personal solo habla francés e inglés y si intentas hablar otro idioma te miran mal, no te contestan y se quedan mirando fijamente hasta que cambias de idioma, en vez de llamar a una persona que domine tu idioma, idioma que dicen que saben. Al no dominar bien el idioma, muchas cosas no te las dicen. Te retienen 150€ al entrar y te los devuelven al día siguiente de salir. Además te cobran la tasa turística al salir, concepto que te explican al irte y no al entrar.

Desventajas: Pedi una cerveza grande. No tenia gas y la dejê y se lo comente.....y pedí agua... Tuvieron el detalle de no cobrarme la cerveza

Ventajas: Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Vera in the restaurant was especially attentive remembering us and our preferences at each dinner we had there. The breakfast which was included in our booking was the best we have ever seen with a full range of sweet and savoury offerings. For our second stay here in two weeks we requested the same room as before and staff had reserved it for us. Exceptional service in every way including peaceful, quiet and supremely comfortable sleep.

Desventajas: Nothing.

Desventajas: I was travelling by car from Spain and owning a car in the higher price category, my main focus is on parking. We all may have experienced in at one time or other, a break in, especially with foreign license plates, attracting more attention. To play safe I always look for a hotel which has good parking facilities on their own grounds. When I booked the room, it was only since the hotel offered parking. What was NOT mentioned on the hotel site was that due to the Tour de France, I had to vacate the paring at 08.00 am the next day. I checked in close to midnight, by the time I got to sleep it was 01.30 am. I could not have breakfast, I had to wake up earlier than I wanted to, just to vacate the parking space. Since there is absolutely nowhere else to park in that area, leaving the parking means not coming back. The room check out time is 12.00, however I was "forced" to leave at 8. I want to be compensated because Marriott did not mention "Parking Restriction" apply.

Ventajas: The suite was spacious

Desventajas: We paid extra for a balcony which was tiny and stuck at the back corner of the hotel which was in the shade all day. It was a complete waste of money.

Ventajas: L8cation is good, free parking a bonus.

Desventajas: Paying for wifi in this day and age is like paying for water in the toilet or electricity forthe lights !!!

Ventajas: Everything about this stay was perfect. From the first phone call to request a collection from the airport to checking out. Our whole experience was wonderful. We would not hesitate to recommend or book again.

Desventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: Airconditioning was weak compared to American hotels. Since temperature was in the high 80's F, it was more difficult to sleep. Staff did respond to our complaint and improved the stituation.

Ventajas: Very nice and helpful staff (late check in), central location, quite, clean and nice bed. Concierge and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Right beside metro too.

Desventajas: It is nice hotel but a bit overpriced - and the place could do with a bit of love and investment. I would say it was very impressive 20 years ago but the decor is dated and there’s a slightly faded grandeur to the place.

Ventajas: El recinto es muy tranquilo, con piscina, jardín y parking privado, todo cerca de la ciudad.

Ventajas: Nothing apart from the good service provided by the manager.

Desventajas: Poor standard of accommodations. Out of date and very tired. Needs updating. The living room is totally unsuitable as a sleeping area.

Ventajas: Spacious studio room (#304) on garden level with morning sun on the little terrace. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of cupboard space. Excellent for one person, not so much for two. Good sized pool, mostly not very busy.

Desventajas: Dishwasher was out of order which was not a big problem but I feel I should have been warned at check-in.

Ventajas: Para nosotros la ubicación es perfecta y el desayuno, leímos varios comentarios y tenemos que decir que es variado y bueno. Sólo faltaba una cosa, para nosotros, pan de molde y alguna variedad más de pan, de espelta, por ej. El personal fue muy atento y el chico que nos atendía por la mañana hablaba en español y era muy amable y predispuesto en todo momento para facilitarnos una cómoda y tranquila estancia. La limpieza también era excelente y tenían sumo cuidado de que no nos faltara nada en la habitación. La habitación era lo suficientemente amplia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días con comodidad.

Desventajas: Nada. El comentario del pan es lo único pero no tiene ninguna importancia ni quita la valoración muy positiva que tenemos de este Hotel Residencia.

Ventajas: Estuvimos de paso por una noche. El lugar estaba súper bien. Limpio y espacioso. Descansamos súper bien y seguimos el viaje.

Desventajas: The only thing I didn't like about the room, is the noise caused by the appliances, refrigerator, transformers, AC, etc...)

Ventajas: Very pleasant and helpful staff. We had a duplex apartment so there was plenty of room for a family of 4. The kitchen area was well equipped (the microwave and a small dishwasher were a bonus) and the bathroom was clean and modern with a good shower. Close by there was a Lidl for basics, a bakery, pizza takeaway and a Chinese takeaway.

Ventajas: I had a pleasant stay and service was good. I have stayed in many worse four star hotels.

Desventajas: Hard to stop in front of hotel to drop luggage but that’s Toulouse, especially in this section which is old and charming. There is a largish lot up on the main street that we used instead and then just rolled our luggage across.

Ventajas: Lo que más nos gustó del hotel fue el trato de todo el personal de recepción, la comodidad de las camas y la ubicación.

Desventajas: Al hotel le falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones y los baños (había goteras del baño del piso de arriba y el techo tenía moho), el parqué estaba muy, muy gastado y la limpieza en los rincones y alrededor de las camas dejaba bastante que desear. En fin, está claro que este hotel tuvo momentos mejores.

Ventajas: Perfect location, close to private parking . Excellent receptionists 24h .
