It was cheap and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do downtown, so I'd give it 2.5 stars. the staff was friendly. Decorated like a Hampton Inn from 2003, there was a comical layer of dust on the furniture and the floors were gritty as if they hadn't been cleaned recently. The hotel stole money from me by charging me 31 dollars for valet parking but returned the stolen money after I proved that we hadn't left a car there, so that was sketchy.
The food is excellent, especially the hot chicken. The bartenders are super cool, and the live music is amazing, especially Mandy!
Location was great for our night out on the town and we was able to walk to anything we wanted to see in downtown Nashville. Hotel was ok but not worth the money I paid for it. Room was not carpeted and the fake wood floors felt sticky. Also there was only around 7-8 minutes worth of hot water for a shower and the heating unit for the room was very loud. Parking was steep too! Would I stay at Hotel Indigo Downtown Nashville again? Thanks but no thanks.
Uncomfortable rooms. Plumbing was totally messed up.
The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, bars and music venues.
I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
