Ventajas: Muy bien el alojamiento y el desayuno. Nos informaron de sitios que se podían visitar en los alrededores. La habitación era amplia y estaba bien. Cuenta con piscina y otras actividades que por la época del año no pudimos disfrutar pero que en verano se agradecerán

Ventajas: The Quinta was a pleasant place to stay, a comfortable room with traditional furniture and good bedlinen and a new bathroom, It has rather strange surroundings but an attractive garden with a good pool and a nice country view. The owners are friendly. Breakfast is standard fare. We found restaurant im Lousa 'To dos Frangos' to be extraordinarily good value, massive portions very cheaply, beware the is a Locals section which is fun and a normal restaurant. 'Vilha' not quite so cheap but the delicious pork shin could easily have fed three!
Desventajas: The disadvantages are that, after a long tiring journey it was very difficult to find using GPS and the nearest restaurants are over three miles away in Lousa. The hot water supply is temperamental despite the fact we were the only guests. Wifi coverage is poor.

Ventajas: Great room, silence, great garden en pool, very nice breakfast and tasteful dinners. Perfect place to come to rest.
Desventajas: I was travelling by public transport, than the location is a bit outside but still manageable if you use taxis. For 2 dinners, 1 lunchbox and 1 clothing washing I paid 60 euros what is a bit high to Portugese norms.

Ventajas: This place is set in farmland on the outskirts of Lousa and has great rustic charm. It is a good base for exploring the local area and is a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing place to stay. This is probably mostly to do with the philosophy expressed by Filipe (the son of the owners who met us on arrival): 'when you come through our gates you are at home'. Guests are genuinely trusted and encouraged to treat the property as their home. All the rooms are decorated with an individual theme, are comfortable and immaculately clean. The grounds are lovely with lots of places to sit quietly or to socialise with others. The pool is good for a cool off after a long day. Breakfast is simple but fresh and tasty. We also had dinner on one of our nights stay, enjoying fresh local cuisine and the company of some fellow guests. Highly recommended.

Ventajas: Todo. El sitio es espectacular, los dueños atentos y muy, muy amables. Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra casa, hemos ido con una perrilla pequeña y hasta a ella se le notaba que ha sido feliz., El entorno y las vistas eran tan bonitas que nos ha dado pena irnos,. Volveremos seguro.

Ventajas: Buen desayuno y el personal muy amable. El edificio y jardines muy bonitos, y según nos contaron con historias (o leyendas), no sé, de todos modos interesante.
Desventajas: En el bar nos sirvieron un sandwich con pesto, y lo que le echaron era mayonesa, lamentable en un hotel de ese calibre, en una hamburguesería hubiera estado mejor.

Ventajas: La villa antigua es preciosa y el lugar es encantador incluyendo sus jardines. La cena es el restaurante fue realmente buena tanto la atención como la comida. Fueron especialmente atentos porque llegamos muy tarde y aún así nos dieron de comer y nos aconsejaron qué visitar. Además fueron muy agradables con los niños.
Desventajas: La zona donde nos alojamos no forma parte de la villa antigua sino una zona moderna (que contrasta mucho con la parte antigua) donde las puertas eran de un contrachapado grueso que para un hotel de cinco estrellas resulta sorprendente por su baja calidad. Además estaban celebrando alguna fiesta de empresa y el sonido fue ensordecedor y aunque llamamos y en seguida a los 10 minutos cesó lo cierto es que cuando vas a un hotel de estas características es para respirar un aire tranquilo y descansar.

Ventajas: The gardens are very beautiful and the staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms have a lot of space and the bed is huge. The breakfast is amazing!
Desventajas: The Spa is a bit poor, compared with other places with the same number of starts. It was good to have a better hottub and a more diverse water treatments like a better water circuit with better water jets.

Ventajas: Nice old house. Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Our family room was in the attic and only had a small window near ceiling for ventilation ( also had air conditioning so was comfortable) Separate bathroom down corridor had a fantastic view! Breakfast was very good.
Desventajas: There was no free parking on site as indicated on the website. Staff advised us where we could find free parking- had to drive a short distance to find it.

Desventajas: We would have liked a room with view. We did not realize this when booking that the room only had a ceiling window. The room had an exterior bathroom, which required a key to open and close from the inside. This was a bit difficult, as the key mechanism was not the easiest and with two children.

Ventajas: La habitación era muy espaciosa y muy cómoda. Con todo lo necesario para disfrutar. Pese a los techos altos la temperatura era muy agradable. Disponen de leche sin lactosa para el desayuno
Desventajas: No teníamos amenties en la habitación. Solo me aloje una noche por lo que no me dio tiempo a preguntar si había sido un error. El desayuno esperábamos más, el zumo era transparente solo salía agua y el grill tostador no transmitía buenas sensaciones.

Desventajas: - location. I didn’t check it well and it’s quite some walk from the bus station/ city center - They could have put some curtains at each bed to add more privacy (as each bed has a frame so it wouldn’t be much work).

El Vitória es un establecimiento de gestión familiar situado en el casco histórico de Coimbra, a orillas del pintoresco río Mondego y a 15 km de la catedral vieja de Coimbra y el parque de Santa Cruz. Ofrece habitaciones modernas con aire acondicionado. Dispone de habitaciones con TV de pantalla plana por cable, escritorio, teléfono y baño privado con secador de pelo. Se puede acceder a todas ellas en ascensor. Hay conexión Wi-Fi gratuita en todo el establecimiento. En la planta baja del Vitória encontrará un restaurante que sirve cocina tradicional portuguesa y parrillas. A 5 minutos a pie hay varias tiendas, cafeterías y bares. La estación de tren de Coimbra está a 100 metros y la Universidad de Coimbra, a 10 minutos a pie. Bajo petición, el Vitória cuenta con aparcamiento privado en las cercanías. Es necesario realizar una reserva.

Ventajas: Front desk staff were very helpful and sociable, and did not fuss when we waited for our afternoon train in the lobby well after check-out time. Location is perfect, close to station but quiet, and just at the edge of the historic district. Lovely high-ceilinged room, was end of hallway so windows on two sides for a refreshing breeze. Breakfast was good, standard continental fare, nothing exceptional.

Ventajas: Me encantó el personal. Fueron increíblemente serviciales y conocedores de la zona. La ubicación es fabulosa. A una corta distancia a pie de todos los lugares de moda. Me pareció que la habitación estaba limpia y agradable. Se estaba muy tranquilo en nuestra calle.
Desventajas: Mi único problema con el lugar era que las paredes parecían ser muy finas entre las habitaciones. Nos dijeron que nuestro vecino viendo la televisión hasta alrededor de las 4 de la mañana. Me las arreglé para dormir, pero mi esposa no pudo descansar.

Ventajas: Desayuno excelente, tanto en variedad como en calidad. La piscina cubierta y el spa en general perfectos para relajarse; me gustó especialmente el amplio jacuzzi. Hay servicio de masajes, pero son de pago, aunque no caros. La habitación muy limpia y amplia, incluido el baño. Para no poner nota negativa diré aquí que mejor que bañera, muy alta, pongan plato de ducha en el baño. Debo destacar la atención y buen hacer del personal del hotel, sobre todo de la Sta. Inés, de recepción, cuya información y ayuda resultó muy valiosa. Especial mención merece la excelente cena que nos dimos mi mujer y yo la última noche en el restaurante. En mi vida he comido un bacalao asado mejor. El precio totalmente razonable. No conocía la cadena Vila Galé, pero la recomiendo ahora con entusiasmo.

Desventajas: Pues lo que menos me gustó fue la cama (bufón) que le pusieron al tercer adulto que nos acompañaba. El café del desayuno y los zumos pueden mejorarse, para las estrellas que tiene el hotel. La carta del restaurante era muy pobre en variedad.

Desventajas: Solo dos puntos negativos: - en el desayuno el café era horrible. Eso en Portugal debería ser pecado. - la cena solo es bufet los sábados. Los demás días es en el restaurante. La pega para nosotros es que el servicio era mucho más lento y el niño, después de todo el día pateando Coimbra, se nos quedaba dormido en las sillas. Entiendo que para otras personas puede ser algo positivo pero para nosotros fue incomodo. Además de que disminuía la cantidad.

Desventajas: Garage is terrible, dark, unsafe and lacks ventilation. Had a CO alarm while there and it was scare. Very bad engineering. One needs to manouver on the top of the exit ramp to get out.
Location is very bad on a really rundown area of the city. Quite depressing.
Rooms had very ugly. Carpet is ugly, dated and filthy. One has tô wheat sandals.
Dryer was bad. TV was really bad as far as image quality.
Beds and pillows were really bad. All furniture was of bad quality.
Internet was ridículos. Scratchy signal and when working (very seldon) was worse than the dial up of the old times. And staff had no idea or solution. Once they suggested me to walk around my room to improve the signal. I ha 2 iPads and 2 two iPhones and some times no one could get a signal.
the sad part is that this one is supposed to be the best hotel in Coimbra. I guess I will never visit coimbra again.

Ventajas: La piscina era perfecta, disfrutamos jugando al ping pong, también hay algunos equipos de gimnasio. La ubicación es ideal para caminar fácilmente a la ciudad o caminar al hermoso parque en la otra dirección. Ideal para gente a la que le encanta ir corriendo por la mañana. A poca distancia a pie de cualquiera de las dos estaciones de tren también.

Ventajas: Location good, room and bathroom compact but adequate for one night stay. However, we didn't sleep well due to noise until 2am made by staff, I presume, moving furniture... Be prepared to carry your luggage some distance as parking is on-street.
Desventajas: Noise downstairs someone dragging furniture until 2am. We heard it from the top floor. Inconsiderate... No parking, we had to park on the street distance away.

Ventajas: The location of the hotel is excellent and at walking distance to major attractions in the historical center. The staff were helpful and very kind, no objection at all. Decent breakfast. WiFi connection and speed adequate. Airconditioning worked as it should. There are a couple of (cheap) restaurants on the same street right next door.
Desventajas: Breakfast was decent, but really nothing to write home about (few choices coupled to zero day-to-dayvariety), and they haven't heard of having salt&pepper available anywhere (this actually seemed to be endemic to all Portugal eateries that I have visited, rally strange). The room I was staying in was tiny. As a consequence: barely adequately big bathroom with minuscule sink. No wardrobe, no desk, no chair. therefore if you need to work, you have to do it on the bed! There was only one power outlet in the room beside the two for bed lights. No safe box or refrigerator in the room either. Since I was alone and stayed only for 4 nights it was OK, but for a couple staying in this double-bed room it would be crowded and if you need to do any serious amount of work - look elsewhere.

Ventajas: Me gustó el trato amable de Fernando cuando llegamos a hacer check in. Me encantó que nos permitieran entrar 30 minutos más temprano al cuarto. Me gustó mucho que todo el edificio se ve nuevo y sumamente limpia la habitación. Me gustó mucho la decoración de nuestro cuarto y el diseño del baño se me hizo muy inteligente y que el espacio ha sido muy bien utilizado. Las camas son super cómodas y las almohadas también. El wifi funcionaba muy bien a cualquier hora y la ducha tenía muy buena presión del agua. Y sobre todo me gustó que a media noche bajé buscando agua para tomar pues se me habia olvidado tomarme mi medicina la muchacha de recepción me asistió muy amablemente y me ayudó a resolver mi situación. El desayuno es como en casi todos los demás hoteles pero muy ricos los jamones y los quesos y el yogurt. En realidad creo que este hotel ofrece más de lo que uno pueda necesitar para su estancia en Coímbra y aparte de todo tiene una super locación solo cruzando el puente está el centro de Coímbra, la estacion del tren también super cerca (un taxi te cobra menos de 7 euros por llevarte al hotel) y aparte de todo, justo enfrente del hotel pasa un busecito turístico que por tan solo 1.80 euros te da un mini paseito y te deja al pie de la Universidad.
Desventajas: Nada. Todo me gustó.

Desventajas: Apart from the dining room the house felt very run down and our room was frankly squalid. A horrible unidentifiable smell Barely any space around the beds to put anything not helped by sloping ceilings as it was an attic room. Paper peeling off the wall and old chipped paintwork. The heater fell off the wall. The sliding bathroom door only half shut. Ancient shower curtain hung in the bath and was constantly soaking wet. No soap. Couldn’t open one of the windows. We were going to stay three nights and we left after one. I’ve travelled in India Asia Africa and South America and cannot remember the last time I encountered a depressing room like this.

A mi me toco la habitación más alta del alojamiento y las vistas desde allí son insuperables. Y como si fuera poco tiene un buen desayuno. Da gusto alojarse en casa Pombal donde todo esta muy cuidado.
Desventajas: Solo es una advertencia para aquellos que no tengan buen estado físico o para aquellos que viajen con equipaje abundante. Si vas caminando debes subir varias cuestas para llegar y dentro del alojamiento tiene escaleras estrechas.

Desventajas: Coimbra en general no tiene mucho por conocer...la persona que nos recibió nos dijo que no había sitios buenos para comer alrededor, mostró en general poco entusiasmo por mostrar que era lo más importante para conocer. Un poco difícil de ubicar....para la llegada Cuando llegamos no había nadie en el hostal, y tardaron en llegar a abrir la puerta y hacernos el check-in. Un vecino tuvo que llamar a la persona que atiende porque nos vio tocando el timbre por algún tiempo. Aunque es obvio que no se debe fumar en las habitaciones, parece que no lo advierte al momento de recibir a las personas y hacia las 3:00 am se disparó la alarma de incendio...y nos despertó.

Ventajas: Casa antigua, con mucho encanto. Buen desayuno, mermeladas caseras, diferentes tipos de panes, fruta, etc. La localización excelente, en pleno centro de Coimbra, a 5 minutos de la Universidad andando. También muy cerca de la zona turística, a unos 8 minutos andando. El trato fue muy bueno, nos hicieron recomendaciones muy interesantes no solo de Coimbra sino también de los alrededores. La limpieza un 10.
Desventajas: Estábamos en el piso bajo y a veces se escuchaba a la gente que llegaba por la noche, ya que la puerta principal estaba junto a nuestras habitaciones. En general no tuvimos problemas ya que el ruido era algo ocasional y no sucedió demasiado, pero para personas con el sueño ligero, es algo a tener en cuenta a la hora de reservar una habitación, mejor en los pisos superiores.

Ventajas: Enjoyed my stay at the Casa Pombal - it was interesting to stay in the old city, near the university. The hostess was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was good and it was excellent value overall. I opted for a room without a private bath, but that was never an issue and the sink in the room was nice. Good location, though it was a stiff walk up the hill to return!
Desventajas: Being in an older house is part of the charm, but it also means creaky floorboards and hearing everyone coming and going. Some guests could have been more respectful by not having conversations at midnight.

Desventajas: The location can be quite tricky if a guest has reduced mobility or is carrying luggage. My uber couldn’t leave me at the front door because there was a car parked a few meters from it and the streets are really narrow so my driver couldn’t pass, I had to walk my way up to the guesthouse

There are at least 2 nice restaurants around and Coimbra-B train station is not far. Price is good given the quality. I will most certainly chose that hotel on my next business trip to Coimbra
Desventajas: No major issue, it is even hard pointing out minor issues. There was noise down the street at 22h30 once, maybe street cleaners, a bit surprising but room was quiet otherwise. It might not be the most central hotel but then again I have no comparison point.

Ventajas: Really good location just a short walk from the prominent sights of Coimbra. Room was clean, modern well presented and had a very handsome view looking out at the university (particularly good at night). Staff were, friendly, helpful and readily available. And this came at a very affordable price. Would certainly recommend to others and when back in Coimbra again I will be booking to stay here.

Ventajas: This is a basic but well managed and located hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful (gentleman covering the night shift underestimates his ability to converse in English while the daytime staff person is fluent) and it is a short walk (lots of it uphill, mind you) to the Universidade and the Sé. It is situated very close by the Coimbra A train station (note that trains to Porto and Lisbon go from B, a short taxi ride from the centre). The entrance is on a pedestrian street but they provide free parking at a lot close but we were able to park overnight on the street nearby.

Ventajas: Ubicación excepcional, en la zona baja y muy cerca de todo (zona céntrica, comercial, monumentos, y también cercana a la universidad). Tiene ascensor y recepción 24 horas. El personal muy amable y servicial. No usamos el desayuno pero estaba disponible por 5 euros. Buen aparcamiento gratis a 200 metros en avenida principal (privado, subterráneo, con convenio con el hotel). Habitación amplia, cuna disponible, camas cómodas y aire acondicionado para frío y calor.
Desventajas: La habitación en sí es fría y necesita la calefacción/aire acondicionado, que no funciona sin la tarjeta de entrada. La tarjeta de entrada está unida a la llave, por lo que no se puede echar el cerrojo y encender la luz por la noche. Falta algún aplique en el cuarto de baño (por ejemplo, para dejar toallas).

Ventajas: Ubicación perfecta, en el centro, con parking incluído concertado, fundamental en la zona donde es simplemente imposible poder aparcar. En cuanto al desayuno, no lo cogimos. Desayunamos en las calles adyacentes, al lado, muy bien y bien de precio.
Desventajas: El hotel está siendo restaurado. No tiene zonas comunes. O estás en la habitación o estás en la habitación, algo que si llueve por ejemplo en la ciudad y te quieres ir a tu hotel ya a descansar, es complicado porque no puedes tomar un café en un bar, saloncito o algo así común de todos los hoteles. No tiene cadenas de televisión en español configuradas en su televisión. Tampoco posee edredones, solo mantas, como antiguamente. Está todo limpio y nuevo pero no hay nada de nada extra. Muy bien de precio si solo quieres dormir e irte.

Ventajas: La atención es estupenda, el dueño es realmente amable y agradable. Además, te sellan el ticket del parking y así te sale gratis, por lo que es un ahorro muy importante. Ventajas: The breakfast was ok, the bread could be more of the healthy sort. We agree with many of the plus and minus mentioned by other travellers.
Desventajas: We had asked for the free bikes about a month in advance,- and I have checked that booking.com did forward the request. Despite that the hotel did not take any notice. Furthermore they extended automatically the days other people borrowed the bikes, although we were waiting. They could have told the people that we had come in between. That was not a correct thing to do. They also told us that there was nowhere to rent a bike in Coimbra. There are at least 5 different places, one 100 meter from the hotel. Please make a place for the toilet paper in the bathroom.

Ventajas: The location is perfect, 3 minutes to train station and 10 mins climb to University (at a brisk pace). Catalina (sorry if I got that wrong) the owner is awesome and gave the best tips and places to eat. The balcony was a nice surprise!
Desventajas: The corridor on the third floor is quite hollow so sound carries. From room 37 which is close to elevator one can really hear pax coming in and out of elevator/rooms but nothing earplugs can't solve. Washroom a bit dated compared to rest of the room but I am not sure if they are in the middle of slowly renovating rooms as noticed my door and key (mine was a skeleton key) was older compared to the majority of the other rooms.

Desventajas: El apartamento se encuentra en una cuesta peatonal de más de 200m. El edificio tiene escaleras estrechas para subir con maletas. Durante los dos días nos cambiamos 3 veces de apartamento. En el primero una habitación era una buardilla con una cama en el suelo y había que entrar de rodillas, no lo acepte y nos cambiaron para un día, el segundo día estaba alquilado y nos cambiaron a otro.

Ventajas: The rooms are well equipped and the hostel itself is nice in terms of facilities and what it offers. Wifi is so basic though that it not working forced me to lower my rating for the facilities. It was generally pretty clean though
Desventajas: A lot actually, the self check in system meant we never got to encounter a single staff member till by accident we entered the kitched in the morning before checking out. The wifi didnt work at all, the ned was uncomfortable, the entire place was pretty much a ghost town, and granted we did arrive around 10, we still didnt see a single person in the morning. The whole experience was subpar at best, and honestly there were better options in the area, we chose this to take a break from airbnbs and get a more social experience, which we did not.

Desventajas: Falta de limpieza en los baños y duchas. Siendo ambos compartidos la limpieza debería ser de más cuidado, no había ni jabón para lavarse las manos y era muy desagradable los olores. El equipamento de la cocina era muy simple nisiquiera tenían ningún tipo de cocina eléctrica o a gas.. solo comtaban con una ornilla y también faltó limpieza... El refrigerador estaba muy sucio.

Ventajas: Be prepared to get the full residence hall vibe! Entering the accommodation was pretty easy, just call the staff (phone number on the door) and they will open the door for you. Also you‘ll receive an email with alle the information about check-in, wifi, etc.. wich also means you can do the check-in at any time. The rooms are small and simple but clean and cozy, you‘ll find everything you need, even had my own bathroom en suite. I arrived with a car and was allowed to park it on the courtyard, wich is a big plus, but parking on the street around the hostel is also free. Location wise, you‘ll make your way to the university and the botanic gardens in just a few minutes by walking down the hill. Enjoyed staying there, would recommend especially for young backpackers/travelers.
Desventajas: The kitchen is used by a lot of people, mainly students, so don’t expect it to be as clean as your kitchen at home, but for preparing your breakfast it’s all fine As i said, there are a lot of young people/students living there, so be prepared to hear them talking and laughing till late at night

Ventajas: The Quinta was a pleasant place to stay, a comfortable room with traditional furniture and good bedlinen and a new bathroom, It has rather strange surroundings but an attractive garden with a good pool and a nice country view. The owners are friendly. Breakfast is standard fare. We found restaurant im Lousa 'To dos Frangos' to be extraordinarily good value, massive portions very cheaply, beware the is a Locals section which is fun and a normal restaurant. 'Vilha' not quite so cheap but the delicious pork shin could easily have fed three!
Desventajas: The disadvantages are that, after a long tiring journey it was very difficult to find using GPS and the nearest restaurants are over three miles away in Lousa. The hot water supply is temperamental despite the fact we were the only guests. Wifi coverage is poor.

Desventajas: I was travelling by public transport, than the location is a bit outside but still manageable if you use taxis. For 2 dinners, 1 lunchbox and 1 clothing washing I paid 60 euros what is a bit high to Portugese norms.

Ventajas: This place is set in farmland on the outskirts of Lousa and has great rustic charm. It is a good base for exploring the local area and is a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing place to stay. This is probably mostly to do with the philosophy expressed by Filipe (the son of the owners who met us on arrival): 'when you come through our gates you are at home'. Guests are genuinely trusted and encouraged to treat the property as their home. All the rooms are decorated with an individual theme, are comfortable and immaculately clean. The grounds are lovely with lots of places to sit quietly or to socialise with others. The pool is good for a cool off after a long day. Breakfast is simple but fresh and tasty. We also had dinner on one of our nights stay, enjoying fresh local cuisine and the company of some fellow guests. Highly recommended.

Desventajas: Hotel is amazing. It’s hard to point something to improve but let’s try... breakfast. It was good but you get the basics and not a lot of options specially for me that have a sweet tooth. I missed a good (crispy, tasty and fresh) croissant or a slice of cake (non existent) or a good orange juice.

Ventajas: Our room was clean and huge. We had a large bedroom, and our daughter had a rollaway bed in the living room area. We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast at the hotel (the breakfast was included). All delicious. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
Desventajas: The only challenging part is the parking. There were plenty of open spaces on the street in front of the hotel but the streets are narrow and hard to navigate, especially with a standard shift car. This isn’t a criticism of the hotel as we would happily stay here again, just a warning for those who are driving.

Amplias zonas y terraza en la que sentirse muy agusto. Una pena haber viajado por trabajo y no haber podido disfrutar mas del hotel. Es un hotel pequeño que cuenta con varias plazas de aparcamiento reservadas en la puerta.
Desventajas: Pese a que apuestan por el medio ambiente en una de sus tarjetas. Quizás estaría bien que pusieran dispensadores de jabón y champú en lugar de botecitos individuales

Ventajas: The property was amazing. Great little wine cellar that they let us visit which was originally a water sewer that was discovered during renovations. Property was in walking distance of the sites we wanted to see in Coimbra. Breakfast was great and happy hour everyday at 6pm.

There are at least 2 nice restaurants around and Coimbra-B train station is not far. Price is good given the quality. I will most certainly chose that hotel on my next business trip to Coimbra
Desventajas: No major issue, it is even hard pointing out minor issues. There was noise down the street at 22h30 once, maybe street cleaners, a bit surprising but room was quiet otherwise. It might not be the most central hotel but then again I have no comparison point.

The room had an exterior bathroom, which required a key to open and close from the inside. This was a bit difficult, as the key mechanism was not the easiest and with two children.

Ventajas: Fantastic location - we got a gorgeous view of the old Sé right from our balcony. The room was spotless. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Very cheap laundry service. Breakfast and kitchen were both great.
Desventajas: Being right in the centre of Coimbra, it was quite noisey. Both Friday and Saturday nights it was impossible to sleep because students were having a large party outside the hostel (I should mention that the person on reception at 3am Saturday morning was wonderful in handling my half-awake requests). The bed was also really uncomfortable - both my girlfriend and I had quite sore backs each morning. Note that we were in a private room so I don’t know what the dorm beds are like.

Ventajas: The hotel is very modern inside. Basic rooms are rather small, but have large windows and everything is well organized. Breakfast is excellent and in a room with view on the 5th floor. When I told front desk our heater didn’t work, we received heat, then a new control very quickly. Our car was parked for us, which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Se estropeó la caldera y tardaron 12 horas en arreglarla(el técnico no pudo ir antes...era el único técnico de todo el país,se ve!)por consecuente,no había agua caliente durante todo el día! Lo único salvable era el desayuno,bien completo en un super mini comedor. Y colorín,colorado este sitio yo no lo he recomendado.

Ventajas: Cogimos una habitación con baño privado y para el precio que tenía teníamos todo lo necesario. Cama súper cómoda, baño integrado, tele, calefacción, pero sobre todo la cama cómoda de matrimonio. El chico que nos atendió súper amable nos dio un plano con indicaciones de toda la ciudad y donde cenar. Hay un irish pub justo en frente tirado de precio que se como genial. Por último aparcamiento en la calle sin necesidad de parkimetro
