The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The car was clean and the pick up and drop off were super easy. They even sent a taxi to collect me from my accommodation to get me to their offices to collect my hire car. Would highly recommend Hertz in Fresno.Opinión del 26 abr 2022

The vehicle had shakes when the brakes were applied. I was to far away from where I rented the car to return it so I had to put up with it the whole trip. It was only a problem applying the brakes going down hill or applying the brakes for a quick stop. The car was not perfect but it served a purpose and safe trip.Opinión del 4 dic 2021

They gave us car options. The gal at the counter was very nice and friendly. They were willing to work with me on gas fill up when car was being returned. I really appreciated that. They said if it was half way full or better they would share in cost of fill up. The little things like that is why I will be back. What could’ve been better: It took awhile for all the paperwork. Ventajas:The return was far better than the pick up location.Desventajas:Car was sent out under full tank. Not company standard. Miscommunication between locations. Was charged for a full tank refuel and waited 3 weeks for reimbursement/compensation for the mistake. Several long, unnecessary phone conversations.Opinión del 21 abr 2021
