They tried to hike up the price of the rental by 150%, while downsizing from a mid size to a compacr car, claiming the reservation which had been done more than a month in advance had a glitch. When I complained, they told me in a very rude way to take my business elsewhere. So I did and got a better car at a better price with a different rental company.Opinión del 2 ene 2022

Pues cuando rente el auto en la página hablaron de un precio y en la arrendadora con el seguro que me querían vender cuadriplicaron ese precio, y si no tomaba el seguro que ellos querían me pedían 28 mil pesos de mi tarjeta de crédito cuando e. La página dice que la retención es de hasta 700 dólares, en resumen no recomiendo rentar autos asíOpinión del 9 oct 2021

I had made a reservation well in advanced with a credit card and by a unknown reason they were all out of cars when I showed up to the airport, however there sister company had cars available obviously at a much higher rate. They do not honor reservations. Several other customers behind us in line were told the identical story. Somewhat defeats the purpose of a reservation.
