Desventajas:When we arrived there were NO cars available and we were told it would be a 4 hour wait!!! To this day I STILL have not received my refund!!!! I was supposed to pickup the car on Aug 15th, today is Aug 25th and STILL no credit on my credit card!!!!Opinión del 25 ago 2020

Desventajas:I arrived at 9am to find out that I couldn't rent car til 3pm...then I was told I had to have a $200 deposit aside from the price of the car and I didn't have enough to cover it.... Thrifty/Hertz wouldn't let my sister pay for my rental over the phone.... so I sat there stranded with my luggage all day trying to figure out how I was going to come up with the money so I can get home....it was very upsetting so I never got the rentalOpinión del 23 ago 2020

Ventajas:The staff was helpful at pick up.Desventajas:The car wasn't very clean. Sticky stuff on the gear shifter, seatbelts. The windows were dirty inside and out. Visibility was difficult.Opinión del 28 jul 2020

Ventajas:Nothing. They overbooked and left me stranded and did nothing to offer to help.Desventajas:They overbooked and ran out of cars, leaving me in an unfamiliar city. They offered no options for help and customer service was extremely rude.Opinión del 30 mar 2020
