We visited some familiy members, spent a lot of time on the beach, did some sight seeing by car, visited some small villages in the neighbourhood like Pescisci, walking through Vieste, bought some souvenirs... no possibility to eat outside, breakfast closed at 09:30
There was no fealing to the hotel
My stay was very nice The room was a little small and the restaurant was not always open
Staff was very willing and we did enjoy the breakfast table. Location perfect. None or maybe the slow but free internet connection.
superb value for money - brilliant place for 80euros a night. parking just outside on the street was perfectly safe. great breakfast choice with nice view bedrooms could be larger
Excellent Service & Support. People very nice & smiling, free nibble in the very nice bar...wonderful sea view in the roof garden. Recomended !! all it's fine!
The room with the view that we had. Also the staff, Luigi, Riggi and the lady member of staff were always most helpful, and they all have a great sense of humour. The highly contemporary style isn't to everybody's taste - it'a a bit 'antiseptic'. Swimming pool looks trendyand I assume the black wall absorbs sunlight? . . . . but it's still a long narrow trough on the shady side of the building.
New design hotel with all modern comforts, reasonable prices, good location near Vieste. Airconditioning didn't work, in the morning at first no hot water, the design looks beautiful but is not very practical, the room is small and cramped, the lady at the reception didn't speak any foreign languages, I had to park my car outside on the street.
This is absouletly a 4 stars hotel, near the sandy beach, very good breakfast ( to 12am :). Evrything were perfect! The swimmigpool only enough for children.
Between the hotel and the beach there is a large fenced parking lot, which makes the beach difficult to reach from the hotel. Same is true for city center - quite far from the hotel...
Sleek and easy; a good choice for breakfast and nibbles in the bar for free from 600pm we parked outside the hotel, which seemed perfectly safe as everyone else was parked there but the man on thedesk insisted we use the public car park next to the hotel and gave us an access fob. We naively thought nothing more of it until we paid our bill which showed we had been charged 10 euros/day - if we were members of the public the charge was a maximum of 5 euros per day. Annoying!!
Good location, close to beach and to town centre and restaurants. Very new and clean. Staff very friendly and friendly, especially "Luigi", who was the only one who spoke much English.Safe, close parking. Excellent buffet breakfast, even though they were closing for the season in a few days. room compact, but well laid out. Nice balcony with view of sea across large parking lot. Great location for daytrips on Gargano Penninsula. It took a very long time to get hot water in shower, almost 10 minutes, but then there was plenty. Internet service in lobby was spotty.
Friendly staff lack of internet point
Reception staff very helpful re use of WiFi. Breakfast and dinner both mediocre. Better to find a restaurant at other end of beach.
The Room was very nice, the Receptionists were very helpful and the Swimming Pool was beautifully designed and run. The Breakfast Buffet was good. The service in the Restaurant was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel and the main meal menu was very limited, the beach was far less attractive than the Swimming Pool, the Computer for use by guests was not working and no one noticed that one of the lights in our room was not working throughout our 2 week stay.
The room was clean and close to beach. The breakfast was very poor. We were told breakfast at 8am and we had to turn the lights on in the restaurant ourselves, and we were still waiting at 8.45! It was end of season and I think they had run out of food and just served up what they had left! They should never have offered breakfast if they could not deliver!
The hotel staff were very friendly, the hotel was immaculately clean, the pool area was beautiful and it only took a 10 min walk along the beach to reach the old town. Would definitely recommend.
Staff were great - especially reception guys. Food good but restaurant lacked atmosphere and service - probably as low season. Room quite nice but only just about 4*. Restaurant was uninviting and service was a bit hit and miss. Did not expect when having breakfast at 9am (well within 10.30am cut off) that main options- yoghurt, croissant fruits etc. would be all gone and no replacements available. Coffee also cold and stale by that time and staff unwilling to replace.
pool, proximity to beach
Perfect location, straight on the sea coast, easy access to city center.
cleanliness of rooms, excellent pool, modern facilities n/a
Very close to the beach and town of Vieste Too many children, and the camper van site at the rear of the hotel.
Close to the beach, well equiped, quiet and clean rooms, good breakfast. No speeking English language reception staff.
clean, across from the best beach in vieste.. only real sandy beach we arrive on sept 30 and saw the roads are single lane each direction.. can't imagine with the summer crowd this can be frustrating... beach is better in cancun or the carribean... 1 day is plenty for vieste.. too far to go for beach holiday.
Brand new, contemporarily decorated hotel one block from beautiful sandy beach. Bright restaurant overlooking entire bay. Not a thing.
It was handy for an overnight stay after a late arrival to Ciampinio airport. Breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. Shuttle service to the airport was very useful.
the staff was incredible!!!! they remembered me by name and went out of their way to please me, making sure I had everything I needed and responded to all of my requests with pleasure. I had a room with a view of the sea, the room was big and with a balcony (that I didn't expect). The room was clean and comfortable with a mini bar. I would have prefered to have internet in my room, it would be more convienient.
large room with nice modern decor. restaurant on top floor with nice view of water. Restaurant dining room serves pretty good cuisine. Forget the Dragone restaurant in town. It is over priced and only moderately good. would have been nice if it had a pool, but that's probably why it was a little less expensive than some nearby hotels with pools.
The hotel had a perfect location, just minutes from Vieste on foot and acros the street from the beach. Their beach was well tended and clean. The hotel lobby was nice and the food was good. Our matress hung off the side of the bed, making it uncomfortable. While the food was good, service at the restaurant was poor--making us feel uncomfortable when we ate at 9:30 (normal dinner time in Italy.) at the beach, we did not know that we had to keep our beach towels for the whole stay. In general, we felt that the star rating was misleading: it's more like a 3 star.
The location. Staff were not helpful, lack of information about Vieste and surrounding areas. Had to pay extra for sauna and jaccuzzi although we were staying for quite a while. Had a superior room which was dated, plastic table and chairs on balcony, did not have a 5* look for feel felt more like a 3*.
The hotel is situated with good beach and swimming pool facilities. Friendly staff and a fantastic beauty centre for the wife. The hotel is not 5 start maybe 3 or 4 star. However the prices are 5 star. The rooms are outdated and tired. Use of plastic cups and plastic balcony furniture captures the point of star rating.
