Mejores opciones a poca distancia a pie.
everything first class
Everything. From the moment we arrived, the Valet was superb, the doormen were excellent, the front desk staff were fantastic, and the room was great. Every touch point with the staff was top notch. No
friendly staff too expensive
No tea coffee making items in room expensive to buy a cup of coffee
From start to finish Ethan and the team at Hotel Monaco were phenomenal. They made my girlfriend and I feel like the most important people to them. Nothing. It was all great.
We paid for an upgraded room on a high floor with a city view but our only window faced an office building about 50 feet away across an alley. We could see nothing else.
Kimpton hotels have yet to disappoint me. It costs more, but is sooooo worth it! They have small details that make you feel welcome and that they are truly glad to have you. Just the price. But it's worth it!
I enjoyed the friendly service, fast elevators, starbucks coffee in the morning, and the over all cleanliness of the room. I also enjoyed how quiet everything is from the a/c to the bedroom door to the elevator doors in the hallway. Everything was quiet. The mattresses could have been better quality. The linens were nice upgrades but the mattress felt like a cheap budget line mattress. Also, the robes that were offered in the closet were gross to the touch. They should be replaced immediately with new plush robes. I mention that because plush robes are advertised as one of the luxuries of staying in that room.
I loved the very friendly and helpful staff. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good, and quite affordable. Also liked the option of opting out of housekeeping, I always feel I need to pick up all of my things to make their job easier. Was great to just let it be, more relaxing! I would definitely stay there again.
It was clean and accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful - we would stay here again.
The staff was great and the hotel was perfect. The only issue was that I purchased the breakfast package for our room. The hotel resturants was being remodeled. So the hotel staff said you will just get it to your room, which I thought was great. Well it wasn't I played phone tag with room service for about an hour and every time I called front line staff they said they will have them call us. We received one call and they hung up on the other end. So we didn't get breakfast, but the hotel did comp valet parking because of it so still worth it.
I loved the decorations and the comfortable "living room" downstairs. We sat and read while the kids played chess for about an hour. They also have a wine happy hour but we were always out. We received an email the day before we checked in giving us some choices on room location, early check-in, bed size, etc. One of the choices was "spacious room" which we asked for because there was 4 of us. We weren't expecting an upgrade but sometimes some of the rooms have a little more space than others. We literally got the smallest room available. There was this big huge wall right next to the window. The other rooms had two windows and the additional space. We really wouldn't have thought much of it except for the fact that we requested a spacious room when asked. My point is, don't ask me and then give me an even smaller room than normal. The other problem was there were only 3 towels in the bathroom. Again, there were 4 of us…We called twice to request additional towels. Finally, my husband found a staff member in the hall and asked them to get us towels. The next day the cleaning person left us 3 towels again. Called to request towels AGAIN, no towels. Found the closet in the hall unlocked and got some towels out of there. I also don't like the fact there is no coffee maker in the room. I don't want to have to get dressed to go down and get coffee. For the price, I would like to have someone respond to my requests.
The place was clean and beautiful... staff was friendly and informative... free wine was the highlight :) food was delicious and well worth the price... it was a really amazing stay and they had lots of extras if you chose to get or do something more I was really looking forward to sleeping in since the check out was noon... but the maid service started its duties at 9 am... so there went my sleeping in... also... my staying in (do not disturb) card got put under the breakfast menu and I had the cleaning crew come in into my room before I could stop them... even though I had the tag of "conserve and decline maid services" hanging on my door
The rooms were pretty and very spacious. My friend and i went on a weekend girls trip and it was very central to all of downtown. Room was clean and neat. It took us 2 hrs to get our room. I got a text in the morning from Kayak saying the room will be ready for check in at 3pm. We got to the hotel a litle before 4 and they said theyre backed up and it'll be roughly 20min and they'll call us when its ready. My friend and I leave our bags to go grab food at Pikes Market and come back because we had a 5pm rental car. We didnt get a call til 5pm that it was ready. I didnt appreciate that the room wasn't ready by "check in time" because that's 2hrs of our money wasted away in rushing and waiting when i could be in my room already...
Totalmente recomendable.
location high valet car parking fee
Great and accommodating staff. Wine hour was a friendly place to meet other guests. Close to everything in the downtown.
Hidden fees and high parking fees Price
The Alexis Seattle was a pleasant surprise. We absolutely loved it!
The location The bathroom floor wasn't clean nor was the bathroom counter.
Excellent location and Every staff member was perfect! No!
The overalll experience was wonderful. The staff, valet and hotel in general were fabulous. We were new to staying downtown and driving from Vancouver, BC. We recommend staying for a few days rather then one day as you get to see and do more ie City Pass. The cost of overnight parking. You'd think that if you stay at a hotel that they would reduce the price or get rid of it outright. We were informed that our hybrid would cost 25$ for overnight stay and instead it was $43 per night. Very misleading.

From check in to checkout it was a great experience.
It was close to the ferry. The lobby was small but stylish. There were not a lot of people around so it felt homey. The rooms are small.

The location was great for the downtown seminar I attended Paying the very high parking fee
Close to office Not enough menu variety, unfriendly atmosphere, uptight environment, location of in room bar in double queen inconvenient, needs more lighting, views are not appealing; closed blinds entire stay
Thanks to Desiree, Steve, and everyone else who made our stay a great one! And, thanks for the sparkling wine!
Wine happy hour, nice rooms, staff usually friendly Bed was horrible! My body is killing me! Parking is crazy expensive (especially when you're already paying over $250 a night).
No.
So mess up
I liked the location most, very convenient to everything. Room was nice, love water in lobby too The cost of parking, no free wifi, bathroom was incredibly tiny.
I liked the quality of the bedding but we the bed didnt have a top sheet just the duvet and a sheet on the mattress. Pillows were nice and fluffy. No free wifi. You have to pay extra for almost everything even over night parking in the garage. There was construction going on which we didnt hear but they put temorary lables on the elevator buttons that were not very clear. We were not the only ones that had issues.
Excellent, friendly service, I would definitely return to this hotel. First given a "17" room, went to the front desk and Lin very kindly moved us to a different room, which was larger and brighter.
Classy. Clean. Kind helpful staff. Great location.
Very central to all points of downtown. Clean and modern with a friendly staff.
Great location for convention center.
The room was clean and had a great location to downtown.
Gym was awesome , BEST hotel gym I have ever been to. Super clean and great equipment and organization. I thought it was ridiculous that we had to pay extra for internet in the room, I can't remember the last time I was at a hotel and the internet was covered.
