The location is good, and the staff are pleasant, if not very helpful. It's freezing but there is no heat most of the time. The rooms are tattered, with broken lights and cheap plywood sheet doors and roofs, along with tiny cramped bathrooms. The walls are VERY thin. Breakfast is in an unheated room, everyone wore a coat, and was a chunk of hard bread and some coldcuts. I changed to a less expensive hotel across the street, and got twice the comfort and service. Sorry, Don Sebastian has potential, but it seems that at the moment they are just doing the minimum and making money until the bad reviews start kicking in.
